By using time-dependent density functional theory combined with the polarizable continuum model, a satisfactory assignment of the absorption and circular dichroism spectra and energy transfer flow of the beta-subunit in C-phycocyanin (C-PC) was achieved when the protonation of beta-84 and beta-155 phycocyanobilin (PCB) and their interaction with the protein moiety in C-PC have been taken into account. We attribute the main peak for both beta-84 and beta-155 as arising from the pi electron excitation of the pyrrole rings and the shoulder peak as arising from the charge transfer from the asparate residue to PCBH(+). The satisfactory agreement between theory and experiment suggests that F?rster resonance theory prevails such that energy transfer occurs from beta(s) (beta-155) to beta(f) (beta-84).  相似文献

An aqueous solution method has been developed for preparing Cu-ferrite nanorods (NRs) array and nanowires (NWs) on Cu substrate. The Cu-ferrite NRs exhibit a clear uniaxial anisotropy with the easy axis along rods. The decrease of the reduced remanence from 0.24 in the parallel magnetic field to almost zero in the perpendicular field shows a strong effect of the demagnetizing field perpendicular to the rod axis. The weaker uniaxial anisotropy makes NWs the lower saturation magnetization.  相似文献

In this study, paclitaxel loaded poly( L-lactic acid) (PTX-PLLA) microparticles were prepared using solution enhanced dispersion by supercritical CO2(SEDS) technique. This supercritical antisolvent technique offers the advantage of negligible organic solvent residua in the drug loaded microparticles. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that microparticles exhibited rather spherical shape and small particle size with narrow particle size distribution. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) indicated that PTX was amorphously dispersed in the PLLA matrix. The drug loading and encapsulation efficiency of PTX-PLLA microparticles were 14.33% and 62.68%, respectively. In vitro cytotoxicity evaluation of PTX-PLLA microparticles against nonsmall-cell lung cancer A549 and ovarian cancer SKOV3 cell lines indicated that PTX-PLLA had superior antiproliferation activity against the A549 and SKOV3 cell lines, compared with free PTX formulations. The cellular internalization of fluorescent microparticles was evidenced by fluorescence microscope and further confirmed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). This was attributed to the efficient intracellular accumulation of PTX via cell phagocytosis and sustained release of PTX from PLLA matrix. The anticancer activity of PTX-PLLA was associated with PTX-induced cell apoptosis such as nuclear aberrations, condensation of chromatin and swelling damage in mitochondria. The cell apoptosis index detected by flow cytometry was higher in PTX-PLLA group than in free PTX. The PTX-PLLA formulation, which was obtained through micronization of PTX and encapsulation of micronized PTX into PLLA simultaneously in the SEDS process, significantly potentiated the anticancer activity of PTX.  相似文献

Quantitative structure-activity relationships for herbicidal activity against rape of sulfonylurea and triazolopyrimidin-2-sulfonamide derivatives were examined three-dimensionally using comparative molecular field analysis (CoMFA). The CoMFA results show that the slopes in steric and electrostatic fields around the molecule were significant for both series in governing the potency variations in herbicidal activity. Based upon the successful superposition between the two series, the herbicidal activity was analyzable with a single equation for the combined set of compounds, which suggested that the two different series of compounds have a common region of the receptor site.  相似文献

对羟苯基丙酮酸双氧化酶(EC 1.13.11.27, HPPD)是一个重要的除草剂作用靶标. 为了寻找具有高效除草活性的新型HPPD抑制剂, 在前期研究的基础上设计合成了24个含有喹唑啉二酮结构的三酮类化合物9a~9x. 所合成的化合物均经过1H NMR, 13C NMR和 HRMS的表征. 以来源于拟南芥的HPPD (AtHPPD)为测试对象进行酶抑制活性筛选, 结果表明所合成的大部分化合物对AtHPPD均表现出了较好的抑制效果, 其中化合物9i的Ki 值为0.005 μmol/L, 显著优于商品化对照药剂硝磺草酮(Ki=0.013 μmol/L). 进一步温室盆栽筛选结果表明, 多数化合物在150 g ai/ha的剂量下对六种供试杂草中的至少一种表现出80%以上的防效, 特别是化合物9g在37.5 g ai/ha的低剂量下对所测试的六种杂草中的四种仍表现出了大于85%的抑制效果, 同时9g 在150 g ai/ha的剂量下对水稻和小麦均表现出了很好的作物安全性, 可以作为先导化合物供进一步深入研究.  相似文献

Molecular dynamics simulation was applied to study the structure and energy properties of β-HMX (β-cyclotetramethylene tetranitramine) crystal and its composite PBXs (polymer-bonded explosives) with F2311 as a polymer binder under different temperatures and F2311 concentrations. The interface interaction energy of HMX and F2311, the interaction energy EN–N between N atoms in N–NO2 trigger bond in HMX molecules, and the cohesive energy density (CED) are presented and analyzed. A meaningful finding is that there exists correlation between EN–N and the sensitivity of β-HMX and its composites, i.e. the less the EN–N is, the larger the sensitivity is. Additionally, molecular interactions are inherently disclosed by using pair correlation function (PCF) to analyze the interfacial structure between (1 0 0)HMX crystal surface and F2311 molecular chain.  相似文献
