Computational design and structure-property relationship studies on (I2GaN3) n (n = 1–4) clusters

To look for the single-source precursors, density functional theory calculations were performed to study structures, IR spectra, and stabilities of the possible isomers for the clusters (I₂GaN₃) _n (n = 1–4). It is found that the optimized (I₂GaN₃) _n (n = 2–4) clusters all possess cyclic structure containing Ga-N_α-Ga linkages, and azido group in azides has linear structure. Trends in geometrical parameters with the oligomerization degree n are discussed. The IR spectra are obtained and assigned by vibrational analysis. Thermodynamic properties are linearly correlated with the oligomerization degree n as well as the temperature. Mean-while, the oligomerizations can occur spontaneously at 298.2 K.     

Investigation of chondroitin sulfate D and chondroitin sulfate E as novel chiral selectors in capillary electrophoresis

Various chiral selectors have been utilized successfully in capillary electrophoresis (CE); however, the number of polysaccharides used as chiral selectors is still small and the mechanism of enantiorecognition has not been fully elucidated. Chondroitin sulfate D (CSD) and chondroitin sulfate E (CSE), belonging to the group of glycosaminoglycans, are linear, sulfated polysaccharides with large mass. In this paper, they were investigated for the first time for their potential as chiral selectors by CE. The effect of buffer composition and pH, chiral selector concentration, and applied voltage were systematically examined and optimized. A variety of drug enantiomers were resolved in the buffer pH range of 2.8–3.4 using 20 mM Tris/H₃PO₄ buffer with 5.0 % CSD or CSE and 20 kV applied voltage. A central composite design was used to validate the optimized separation parameters and satisfactory uniformity was obtained. As observed, CSE allowed satisfactory separation of the enantiomers of amlodipine, laudanosine, nefopam, sulconazole, and tryptophan methyl ester, as well as partial resolution of citalopram, duloxetine, and propranolol under the optimized conditions. CSD allowed partial or nearly baseline separation of amlodipine, laudanosine, nefopam, and sulconazole. The results indicated that CSE has a better enantiorecognition capability than CSD toward the tested drugs.

肟醚-酰胺衍生物的合成与生物活性研究

为了寻找高效、低毒的新农药,采用活性结构拼接法设计并合成了12个新型肟醚-酰胺类化合物,其结构均经1HNMR、IR、LC/MS及元素分析确证。初步生物活性测定结果显示,部分化合物具有明显的杀菌活性,其中化合物3a和3h在500mg/L的浓度下对小麦白粉病菌的盆栽活性均达80%以上。     

高效液相色谱法测定辣椒中的辣椒碱和二氢辣椒碱

建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定辣椒中辣椒碱、二氢辣椒碱的检测方法.实验考察了仪器条件、不同流动相体系、流动相配比、柱温、流速等因素对分离的影响.确定了最佳色谱条件为ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);二极管阵列检测器,辣椒碱、二氢辣椒碱的最佳检测波长为280 nm;色谱柱温度为2...     

Dirichlet空间上的超循环复合算子

设Bn是复平面C中的单位圆盘(n=1)或复空间Cn中的单位球.众所周知,在Hardy空间上存在丰富的符号在Aut(Bn)中的超循环复合算子.然而,在复平面中单位圆盘上的Dirichlet空间中, 任何复合算子都不能是超循环的.本文则证明,当n>1时,Bn上的Dirichlet空间中确有超循环复合算子.     

Cl+F2→ClF+F和F+ClF′→ClF+F′反应机理的密度泛函理论研究

用密度泛函理论（ＤＦＴ）Ｂ３ＬＹＰ方法,在６－３３１Ｇ＊基组下,计算研究了反应Ｃｌ＋Ｆ２→ＣｌＦ＋Ｆ和对称反应Ｆ＋ＣｌＦ’→ＣｌＦ＋Ｆ’的机理。求得前者的过渡态为三角形,活化能为１５．５７ｋＪ·ｍｏｌ＾－１;后者的过渡态为线形和三角形,活化能分别为１１．５２和１９６．２５ｋＪ·ｍｏｌ＾－１。结果均经过振动分析和ＩＲＣ计算验证。     

SnO2水溶胶气-液界面纳米胶粒成膜过程

采用胶体化学法制得稳定的ＳｎＯ２纳米粒子溶胶。在ＬＢ膜槽内，用膜天平考察了溶胶在陈化和均速压缩过程中，气－液界面表面压力的变化。，并用布儒斯特色显微镜，直接观察了陈化过程中界面胶体粒子的片面成膜过程，和均速压缩过程中界面胶体粒子的压缩成膜过程。     

Equilibrium of drops on inclined fibers

Why is it that drops do not slip down inclined thin fibers or spider silks? The possible explanation is based on the existence of fiber size, which causes a sustaining force that pins these drops. Following this explanation, the drop remains in equilibrium until a critical value of the sustaining force is reached. We suggest an alternative analyses, from the point of view of the inclined fiber at which the drop slips down is predicted. This result does not depend explicitly on silk surface roughness, but only on the drop size and surface tensions.

Synthesis and biological activity of novel phenyltriazolinone derivatives

Phenyltriazolinones are one of the most important classes of herbicides targeting the protoporphyrinogen oxidase enzyme. A series of triazolinone derivatives containing a strobilurin pharmacophore were designed and synthesized with the aim of discovering new phenyltriazolinone analogues with high activity. The herbicidal activity of the synthesized compounds was assayed and some of the test compounds displayed moderate herbicidal activity at 150 g ai/ha.
