A novel series of α-aminophosphonates containing the trifluoromethyl aniline moiety were obtained in high yields by condensation of 2-methyl-3-trifluoromethyl aniline, aryl/heteroaryl aldehydes and dimethylphosphite in the presence of chitosan as a catalyst. The molecular modeling studies revealed their important structural features of binding affinities towards the target enzyme. The cytotoxicity of these compounds was evaluated against PC-3(prostate cancer), MCF-7 (breast cancer), HeLa(cCervix Cancer), U973, K562 and HL60 human lLeukemia cell lines. Compound 4k with a pyrene moiety showed high potency against a breast cancer cell line, while compounds 4g and 4k exhibited more promising cytotoxicity against U973, K562 and HL60 cell lines. 相似文献

We propose a strategy for automated trading, outline theoretical justification of the profitability of this strategy, and overview the backtesting results in application to foreign currencies trading. The proposed methodology relies on the assumption that processes reflecting the dynamics of currency exchange rates are in a certain sense similar to the class of Ornstein–Uhlenbeck processes and exhibit the mean reverting property. In order to describe the quantitative characteristics of the projected return of the strategy, we derive the explicit expression for the running maximum of the Ornstein–Uhlenbeck process stopped at maximum drawdown and look at the correspondence between derived characteristics and the observed ones. Cyclo[8]pyrrole, an octapyrrolic expanded porphyrin with no meso-linking atoms, was found to interact with a series of anions in the solid state and in a chloroform solution. The anion selectivities have been determined relative to a structurally characterised salt, H2cyclo[8]pyrrole2+·I? ·I3 ? , via counter anion exchange. Although cyclo[8]pyrrole demonstrates a general selectivity for sulfate, it interacts well with both the pertechnetate and perrhenate anions. Moreover, it has been shown to act as a phase-transfer catalyst facilitating the extraction of pertechnetate from an aqueous to an organic phase in the presence of sulfate. 相似文献

To develop highly efficient molecular photocatalysts for visible light‐driven hydrogen production, a thorough understanding of the photophysical and chemical processes in the photocatalyst is of vital importance. In this context, in situ X‐ray absorption spectroscopic (XAS) investigations show that the nature of the catalytically active metal center in a (N^N)MCl2 (M=Pd or Pt) coordination sphere has a significant impact on the mechanism of the hydrogen formation. Pd as the catalytic center showed a substantially altered chemical environment and a formation of metal colloids during catalysis, whereas no changes of the coordination sphere were observed for Pt as catalytic center. The high stability of the Pt center was confirmed by chloride addition and mercury poisoning experiments. Thus, for Pt a fundamentally different catalytic mechanism without the involvement of colloids is confirmed. 相似文献

In their recent paper, Alday et al. (Lett Math Phys 91:167–197, 2010) proposed a relation between \({\mathcal{N}=2}\) four-dimensional supersymmetric gauge theories and two-dimensional conformal field theories. As part of their conjecture they gave an explicit combinatorial formula for the expansion of the conformal blocks inspired by the exact form of the instanton part of the Nekrasov partition function. In this paper we study the origin of such an expansion from a CFT point of view. We consider the algebra \({\mathcal{A}={\sf Vir} \otimes\mathcal{H}}\) which is the tensor product of mutually commuting Virasoro and Heisenberg algebras and discover the special orthogonal basis of states in the highest weight representations of \({\mathcal{A}}\). The matrix elements of primary fields in this basis have a very simple factorized form and coincide with the function called \({Z_{{\sf bif}}}\) appearing in the instanton counting literature. Having such a simple basis, the problem of computation of the conformal blocks simplifies drastically and can be shown to lead to the expansion proposed in Alday et al. (2010). We found that this basis diagonalizes an infinite system of commuting Integrals of Motion related to Benjamin–Ono integrable hierarchy. 相似文献

This paper presents a computational study of global characteristics of the US stock market using a network-based model referred to as the market graph. The market graph reflects similarity patterns between stock return fluctuations via linking pairs of stocks that exhibit “coordinated” behavior over a specified period of time. We utilized Spearman rank correlation as a measure of similarity between stocks and considered the evolution of the market graph over the recent decade between 2001–2011. The observed market graph characteristics reveal interesting trends in the stock market over time, as well as allow one to use this model to identify cohesive clusters of stocks in the market. 相似文献
