Modulation of Spin Distribution and Spin Transport by a Magnetic Field in a Quasi-One-Dimensional System with Spin--Orbit Coupling

The distributions of spin and currents modulated by magnetic field in a transverse parabolic confined two-dimensional electronic system with a Rashba spin--orbit coupling have been studied numerically. It is shown that the spin accumulation and the spin related current are generated by magnetic field if the spin--orbit coupling is presented. The distributions of charge and spin currents are antisymmetrical along the cross-section of confined system. A transversely applied electric field does not influence the characteristic behaviour of charge- and spin-dependent properties.     

Mode equation and its solution for dielectric waveguide with parabolic cross-section

The mode equation for the dielectric waveguide with parabolic cross-section is derived using both the effective index method and WKB theory, and the expression of the mode propagation constant or effective index is solved directly from this mode equation, so that the mode-propagation properties of this kind of waveguide can be analysed conveniently with comparative accuracy.     

Cathodoluminescence study of extended defects in hydrothermal ZnO crystals

Understanding the luminescence of ZnO is very important for some applications. In spite of the many studies carried out, there are still some points concerning the origin of some of the luminescence emissions in ZnO crystals that require additional study; in particular, the role of extended defects remains to be a matter of controversy. We present here a cathodoluminescence analysis of the defects generated by Vickers indentation in hydrothermal HTT crystals. Special emphasis was paid to the luminescence band peaking around 3.3 eV. The origin of this band is a matter of controversy, since it has been related to different causes, extended defects being one of the candidates for this emission. The CL images were acquired around crystal defects. It is observed that the 3.3 eV emission is enhanced around the crystal defects; though it is also observed, but weaker, out of the defect regions, which suggests that there exist two luminescence emissions peaking very close to 3.3 eV. The two emissions, one related to structural defects and the other to the LO phonon replica of the free excitonic band, appear very close each other and their relative intensity should determine the shape of the spectrum.     

Bayes估计的进一步研究及其Pitman最优性

对线性模型参数,讨论了Bayes估计的Pitman最优性,将已有结果进行了改进,去掉了附加条件,证明了在Pitman准则下,Bayes估计一致优于最小二乘估计(LSE),在此基础上,提出了一种基于先验信息的方差分量估计,通过和基于LSE的方差分量估计作比较,证明了新估计是无偏估计且有更小的均方误差．最后,证明了在Pitman准则下生长曲线模型参数的Bayes估计优于最佳线性无偏估计．     

Dynamical Running Mass of Quark in the Dyson-Schwinger Equation Approach

Based on the Dyson-Schwinger equations of QCD in the "rainbow" approximation, the fully dressed quarkpropagator Sf(p) is investigated, and then an algebraic parametrization form of the propagator is obtained as a solutionof the equations. The dressed quark amplitudes Af and Bf built up the fully dressed quark propagator and the dynamicalrunning masses Mf defined by Af and Bf for light quarks u, d and s are calculated, respectively. Using the predictedrunning masses Mf, quark condensates <0|q(0)q(0)|0> = -(0.255 GeV)a for u, d quarks, and <0|s s|0> = 0.8<0|q(0)q(0)]0)for s quark, and experimental pion decay constant fπ = 0.093 GeV, the masses of Goldstone bosons K, π, and η are alsoevaluated. The numerical results show that the masses of quarks are dependent on their momentum p2. The fully dressedquark amplitudes Af and Bf have correct behaviors which can be used for many purposes in our future researches onnonperturbative QCD.     

一类过程摄动系统的无阻塞鲁棒性

使用参数Dioid模块网络法,把含大量摄动参数的在普通极大代数意义下非线性状态空间模型在参数Dioid意义下线性化,在此基础上研究一类过程摄动系统的无阻塞鲁棒性.给出了有限缓冲串行生产系统在没有缓冲器下无阻塞的充要条件和充分条件.

用于二聚物三能级蒸气激光系统的环形谐振腔设计

针对二聚物三能级蒸气激光系统增益相对于泵浦光方向显著的不对称特性,本文设计了一种稳定的能够充分利用介质增益特性的环形谐振腔,给出了象散和慧差补偿及泵浦激光与谐振腔匹配的条件。文中还给出了Na_2B~1Ⅱ_u-X~1∑_g~+跃迁激光谐振腔设计数据。     

同输入M/M/∞排队群的联合队长过程

本提出一个偏微分方程方法，用这一方法研究同输入M/M／∞排队群中的联合队长分布。在任意初始条件下，给出了瞬时联合队长分布的多元母函数，也讨论了稳态队长的联合分布及各排队系统之间的相关性。
