Mixed-ligand complexes of Pt(II) and Pt(IV) with 2,6-diaminopurine and 6-thioguanine were synthesized and characterised. The complexes were prepared in acidic and basic media. The binding of the ligands to the metal ion varies according to the pH of the medium. Thus, in the complexes of 6-thioguanine, the ligand acts as a monodentate ligand coordinating through the neutral C6-SH group in the acidic medium and in the basic medium as a bidentate ligand binding to the metal ion through C6S? and N7, forming a five-membered chelate ring. In an acidic medium 2,6-diaminopurine forms mononuclear complexes with Pt(II) and Pt(IV) binding through N7. In a basic medium binuclear hydroxobridged complexes are formed with Pt(IV) and the ligand is monodentate, coordinating through N7.  相似文献

Two new bromotyrosine-derived metabolites (1, 2) have been isolated along with the known compounds 3,5-dibromo-4-methoxyphenylacetonitrile, 3-bromo-4-methoxyphenylacetonitrile, 3-bromo-4-hydroxyphenylacetonitrile, 1-hydroxyuracil, 1-methoxyhemibastadin 2, purpuramine H and a steroid 5alpha,8alpha-epidioxycholest-6-en-3beta-ol from the sponge Psammaplysilla purpurea. Compounds 1 and 2 were characterized by interpretation of their spectral data. The antibacterial activity of these compounds is summarized.  相似文献

We report the high speed scanning submicronic microscopy (SSM) using a low cost polymer microlens integrated at the extremity of an optical fiber. These microlenses are fabricated by a free-radical photopolymerization method. Using a polymer microlens with a radius of curvature of 250 nm, a sub-micrometric gold pattern is imaged experimentally by SSM. Different distances between the tip and the sample are used with a high scanning speed of 200 cm/s. In particular, metallic absorption contrasts are described with an optical spatial resolution of 250 nm at the wavelength of 532 nm. Moreover, finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) simulations concerning the focal lengths of microlenses with different geometries and heights support the experimental data.  相似文献

Ferroelectric materials exhibit switchable remanent polarization due to reversible symmetry breaking under an applied electric field. Previous research has leveraged temperature‐induced neutral‐ionic transitions in charge‐transfer (CT) cocrystals to access ferroelectrics that operate through displacement of molecules under an applied field. However, displacive ferroelectric behavior is rare in organic CT cocrystals and achieving a Curie temperature (TC) above ambient has been elusive. Here a cocrystal between acenaphthene and 2,3,5,6‐tetrafluoro‐7,7,8,8‐tetracyanoquinodimethane is presented that shows switchable remanent polarization at room temperature (TC=68 °C). Raman spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, and solid‐state NMR spectroscopy indicate the ferroelectric behavior is facilitated by acenaphthene (AN) rotation, deviating from conventional design strategies for CT ferroelectrics. These findings highlight the relevance of non‐CT interactions in the design of displacive ferroelectric cocrystals.  相似文献

A series of 28 novel 2‐(4‐aminophenyl)benzothiazole analogues have been synthesized and characterized using various analytical techniques like 1H NMR, 13C NMR, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, and IR and bioevaluated for their antiproliferative activity over a group of three human cancer cell lines, namely, lung cancer (A549), cervical cancer (HeLa), and breast cancer (MDA‐MB‐231), using sulforhodamine B assay method. Few synthesized molecules ( 5a , 5c , 5d , 5f , 7b , and 7j ) displayed effective growth inhibition (GI50) activity against the tested human cancer cell lines at lower micromolar concentration (GI50) values in the range 0.2–1.7 μM. Noticeably, compound 7b exhibited reasonable activity in all three cancer cell lines in the GI50 range 0.55–1.2 μM. Further, when 7b was screened for tubulin polymerization inhibition, it exhibited more than 55% inhibition at concentration of 5.0 μM. The molecular docking simulations supported the molecular interactions of the derivatives with the targeted receptor. These derivatives may serve as lead structures for development of potential anticancer drug candidates, and 7b might act as a potential microtubule polymerization inhibitor.  相似文献
