Conclusions 1. A polysaccharide has been isolated from the inflorescences ofMatricaria chamomilla L. It has been established that it is composed of D-galacturonic acid (45%), D-galactose (12.2%), D-glucose (2.3%), L-rhamnose (5.3%), L-arabinose (10.2%), and D-xylose (20.8%).2. In the development of promising methods for the production of biodiesel from different raw materials, it was proposed to perform the comparative evaluation of the degree of conversion of the source material and the effectiveness of the heterogeneous catalyst used by the gas-chromatographic determination of the resulting amount of glycerol with the direct injection of a reaction mixture (or end products) into the column without derivatization. A Bruker 430 GS gas chromatograph with a flame-ionization detector and a quartz capillary column in the isothermal regime was used for determining the glycerol formed. The degree of conversion was evaluated in a study of the transesterification of sunflower oil and microalgae lipids with the use of the enzyme catalyst Novozym 435. For comparison, the degree of conversion was determined by HPLC–MS based on the triglyceride content of the reaction mixture. 相似文献

The scattering matrix was measured for a flat microwave cavity with classically chaotic dynamics. The system can be perturbed by small changes of the geometry. We define the "scattering fidelity" in terms of parametric correlation functions of scattering matrix elements. In chaotic systems and for weak coupling, the scattering fidelity approaches the fidelity of the closed system. Without free parameters, the experimental results agree with random matrix theory in a wide range of perturbation strengths, reaching from the perturbative to the Fermi golden rule regime. 相似文献

A novel hybrid organic-inorganic photocurable sol-gel material based on tantalum ethoxide and 3-trimethoxysilylpropylmethacrylate has been developed, characterised and used in the fabrication of optical waveguides and three-dimensional woodpile structures employing the single and two-photon polymerisation techniques, respectively. Single mode waveguides operating at 1310 and 1550 nm have been fabricated, optically characterised and their performances correlated to the material formulation. Three-dimensional woodpile structures exhibiting negligible shrinkage have been developed and their remarkable mechanical stability correlated to the molecular structure of the hybrid material. The overall fabrication process of these devices is described and it is shown that the refractive indices of the materials can be tailored by a precise control of the material composition allowing the successful fabrication of performing single mode waveguides. 相似文献

The development of the microelectronics industry requires a new element basis with reduced size and increased functionality. The most important components in modern microelectronic integrated circuits are passive elements. One of the key challenges in order to improve the functionality of integrated circuits is to increase the quality of passive elements composing them. In this paper we suggest a novel approach to increase the quality factor Q of inductors by the surface modification and functionalization of the metal components. Ultrasound induced surface modification of metal wires led to the formation of a porous surface structure, which further can be functionalized with magnetite nanoparticles using layer-by-layer assembly technique. The surface modification and deposition of magnetite nanoparticles was investigated with SEM, XRD, and contact angle measurements. Additionally, inductance and resistance measurements, as the main parameters determining the Q-factor of inductors, were carried out. Samples with high number of magnetic nanoparticle-polyelectrolyte bilayers demonstrate a significant increase in inductance and a slight decrease in resistance in comparison to uncoated ones. The combination of these factors led to enhancement the Q-factor of the investigated inductive elements. 相似文献

Interaction-dependent PCR (IDPCR) is a solution-phase method to identify binding partners from combined libraries of small-molecule ligands and targets in a single experiment. Binding between DNA-linked targets and DNA-linked ligands induces formation of an extendable duplex. Extension links codes that identify the ligand and target into one selectively amplifiable DNA molecule.
