The spin population distribution in the ferromagnetically coupled hetero-bimetallic chain compound [MnNi(NO(2))(4)(en)(2)] (en = 1,2-ethanediamine) has been investigated by means of polarized neutron diffraction experiments, and the results compared with those from theoretical estimates obtained via calculations based on density functional theory on dinuclear molecular models of the chain. The spin distributions obtained from experiment and from theory are consistent and reflect a larger spin delocalization from the Ni atom due to the more covalent character of the Ni-N bonds compared to the Mn-O ones. Also a nearly isotropic spin distribution is observed for the more ionic d(5) Mn(2+) ion and a clearly anisotropic distribution for the d(8) Ni(2+) ion. The use of dinuclear molecular models for the calculation of the exchange coupling constant between Ni and Mn provide upper and lower limits (+17.6 and -4.2 cm(-)(1)) for the experimentally determined value (+1.3 cm(-)(1)), depending on how the missing part of the chain is simulated, but yield essentially the same spin distribution. The Mn(II)-Ni(II) weak ferromagnetic coupling in the chain is interpreted in a spin delocalization mechanism as resulting from the weakness of the overlap between the magnetic orbitals centered on nickel and those centered on manganese which are only weakly delocalized on the ligands.  相似文献

The chiral recognition capabilities of three macrocyclic glycopeptide chiral selectors, namely teicoplanin (Chirobiotic T), its aglycone (Chirobiotic TAG) and ristocetin (Chirobiotic R), were evaluated with supercritical and subcritical fluid mobile phases. A set of 111 chiral compounds including heterocycles, analgesics (nonsteroidal antiinflamatory compounds), beta-blockers, sulfoxides, N-protected amino acids and native amino acids was separated on the three chiral stationary phases (CSPs). All separations were done with an outlet pressure regulated at 100 bar, 31 degrees C and at 4 ml/min. Various amounts of methanol ranging from 7 to 67% (v/v) were added to the carbon dioxide along with small amounts (0.1 to 0.5%, v/v) of triethylamine and/or trifluoroacetic acid. The Chirobiotic TAG CSP was the most effective closely followed by the Chirobiotic T column. Both columns were able to separate, partially or fully, 92% of the enantiomers of the compound set. The ristocetin chiral selector could partially or baseline resolve only 60% of the enantiomers tested. All separations were done in less than 15 min and 70% were done in less than 4 min. The speed of the separations is the main advantage of the use of SFC compared to normal-phase HPLC. In addition, SFC is advantageous for preparative separations with easy solute recovery and solvent disposal.  相似文献

Two new terpyridine dimanganese oxo complexes [Mn(2)(III,IV)(mu-O)(2)(terpy)(2)(CF(3)CO(2))(2)](+) (3) and [Mn(2)(III,III)(mu-O)(terpy)(2)(CF(3)CO(2))(4)] (4) (terpy = 2,2':6,2' '-terpyridine) have been synthesized and their X-ray structures determined. In contrast to the corresponding mixed-valent aqua complex [Mn(2)(III,IV)(mu-O)(2)(terpy)(2)(H(2)O)(2)](3+) (1), the two Mn atoms in 3 are not crystallographically equivalent. The neutral binuclear monooxo manganese(III,III) complex 4 exhibits two crystallographic forms having cis and trans configurations. In the cis complex, the two CF(3)CO(2)(-) ligands on each manganese adopt a cis geometry to each other; one CF(3)CO(2)(-) is trans to the oxygen of the oxo bridge while the second is cis. In the trans complex, the two coordinated CF(3)CO(2)(-) have a trans geometry to each other and are cis to the oxo bridge. The electrochemical behavior of 3 in organic medium (CH(3)CN) shows that this complex could be oxidized into its corresponding stable manganese(IV,IV) species while its reduced form manganese(III,III) is very unstable and leads by a disproportionation process to Mn(II) and Mn(IV) complexes. Complex 4 is only stable in the solid state, and it disproportionates spontaneously in CH(3)CN solution into the mixed-valent complex 3 and the mononuclear complex [Mn(II)(terpy)(2)](2+) (2), thereby preventing the observation of its electrochemical behavior.  相似文献

A new asymmetric synthesis of 2-substituted chiral chromanes has been achieved. The key step is the intramolecular conjugate addition of a phenolic nucleophile on a α,β-unsaturated ester catalyzed by Cinchona alkaloids. The high ee’s obtained with cinchonine and its derivatives have been rationalized by ab initio quantum chemistry calculations of transition state structures.  相似文献

Syntheses of new sulfinylcinnolines, quinoxalines, quinazolines and phtalazines have been investigated starting from the appropriate halogenobenzodiazine derivatives. The latter were converted in one step to the corresponding sulfanyl benzodiazines which upon oxidation with m-CPBA led to the corresponding sulfoxide derivatives of benzodiazines in moderate to good yields. In parallel to this study, an improved method for the synthesis of 2-methylsulfinylquinoxaline starting from 2-sulfanylquinoxaline is also described and in the quinazoline series a synthetic route has been developed to prepare 2-tert-butyl-5-phenylsulfinylquinazoline with satisfactory yield as well as 2-tert-butyl-5-tert-butylsulfinyl-4(3H)-quinazolinone and 2-tert-butyl-8-tert-butylsulfinyl-4(3H)-quinazolinone.  相似文献

A straightforward process for the encapsulation of HbHNL under low methanol conditions has been developed. By adding a sol, prepared by hydrolysis of TMOS/MTMS at pH 2.8 with continuous removal of methanol, to a stirred solution of the enzyme in a buffer at pH 6.5, at least 65% of the activity of the free enzyme could be recovered after the encapsulation. The aquagels were successfully used in the synthesis of (S)-cyanohydrins.  相似文献

Seventy-one chiral compounds were separated on four macrocyclic glycopeptide chiral selectors: teicoplanin, its aglycone, ristocetin A and vancomycin, using three possible separation modes: reversed phase with methanol/buffer mobile phases, normal phase with hexane/ethanol mobile phases and polar ionic mode (PIM) with 100% methanol mobile phase with trace amounts of acid and/or base. These 148 separations were studied in a 5-45 degrees C temperature range. Peak efficiencies always increased with temperature, but in only 17% of the separations studied a small increase of the enantioresolution factor was observed. In the majority (83%) of the cases, the enantioresolution decreased or even vanished when temperature increased. All 148 Van't Hoff plots were linear showing that the selector did not change in the temperature range studied. The calculated enthalpy and entropy variations showed that the interaction of the solute with the stationary phase was always enthalpy driven with normal and reversed mobile phases. It could be enthalpy as well as entropy driven with PIM mobile phases strongly dependent on the solute. The plots of delta(deltaH) versus delta(deltaS) were linear in most cases (enthalpy entropy compensation). This observation cannot be used to give clear information on chiral recognition mechanisms, but it allowed identifying specific stationary phase-solute interactions because the points corresponding to the respective thermodynamic parameters were clearly delineated from the general compensation lines.  相似文献

We study the synthesis of organic-inorganic hybrids in the molten state of the polymer without solvent, by reactive processing. The synthesis is based in a first step upon the crosslinking of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) through an exchange reaction between the pendant ester groups of EVA and tetrapropoxysilane (TPOS) in presence of dibutyltin oxide (DBTO) as an indispensable catalyst. Then in a second step the hydrolysis-condensation reactions of residual alkoxide groups results in silica network formation, which is covalently bonded with the organic network. An original approach was developed to correlate the evolution of the hydrolysis-condensation reactions through the assessment of propanol by gas chromatography and the evolution of the morphology through SAXS and TEM analysis. Silica-rich domains with a diameter close to 5 nm are obtained.  相似文献

The syntheses and structures of two mixed‐ligand complexes of platinum(II) with deprotonated oxopurine bases and tri­phenyl­phosphine are reported, namely the theophyllinate complex cis‐bis(1,2,3,6‐tetra­hydro‐1,3‐di­methyl­purine‐2,6‐dionato‐κN7)­bis(tri­phenyl­phosphine‐κP)­platinum(II), [Pt(C7H7N4O2)2(C18H15P)2], (I), and the theobrominate complex cis‐chloro(1,2,3,6‐tetrahydro‐3,7‐dimethylpurine‐2,6‐dionato‐κN1)­bis(tri­phenyl­phosphine‐κP)­platinum(II) ethanol hemisolvate, [PtCl(C7H7N4O2)(C18H15P)2]·0.5C2H5OH, (II). In (I), the coordination geometry of Pt is square planar, formed by the two coordinating N atoms of the theophyl­linate anions in a cis arrangement and two P atoms from the tri­phenyl­phosphine groups. In (II), there are two crystallographically independent mol­ecules. They both exhibit a square‐planar coordination geometry around Pt involving one Cl atom, the coordinating N atom of the theobrominate anion and two P atoms from the tri­phenyl­phosphine groups. The two tri­phenyl­phosphine groups are arranged in a cis configuration in both structures. The heterocyclic rings are rotated with respect to the coordination plane of the metal by 82.99 (8) and 88.09 (8)° in complex (I), and by 85.91 (16) and 88.14 (18)° in complex (II). Both structures are stabilized by intramolecular stacking interactions involving the purine rings and the phenyl rings of adjacent tri­phenyl­phosphine moieties.  相似文献
