Green extraction techniques (GreETs) emerged in the last decade as greener and sustainable alternatives to classical sample preparation procedures aiming to improve the selectivity and sensitivity of analytical methods, simultaneously reducing the deleterious side effects of classical extraction techniques (CETs) for both the operator and the environment. The implementation of improved processes that overcome the main constraints of classical methods in terms of efficiency and ability to minimize or eliminate the use and generation of harmful substances will promote more efficient use of energy and resources in close association with the principles supporting the concept of green chemistry. The current review aims to update the state of the art of some cutting-edge GreETs developed and implemented in recent years focusing on the improvement of the main analytical features, practical aspects, and relevant applications in the biological, food, and environmental fields. Approaches to improve and accelerate the extraction efficiency and to lower solvent consumption, including sorbent-based techniques, such as solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and fabric-phase sorbent extraction (FPSE), and solvent-based techniques (μQuEChERS; micro quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe), ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE), and microwave-assisted extraction (MAE), in addition to supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and pressurized solvent extraction (PSE), are highlighted.  相似文献

Research focused on the transformation and utilization of industrial wastes into products of commercial interest plays an increasingly important role. Residual pulp can become useful in the manufacture of different materials, providing high value to this waste and reducing its environmental impact when disposed of improperly in the environment. The main constituents of this waste are kaolin and calcium carbonate (CaCO3). Starting from kaolin, metakaolin can be produced by calcination of the residue at 630?°C for 2?h in a rotary reactor with air flow, followed by solubilization with hydrochloric acid to remove the CaCO3. The development of technological alternatives aimed at the reuse of certain wastes can result in applications of real economic interest to the chemical industry and ceramics and glass, which is the case in this study. The raw material and metakaolin obtained were analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis and derivative thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction, and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy with promising results. This is because metakaolin was obtained free of contamination by other materials.  相似文献

Let μ be a finite positive Borel measure supported in [−1,1] and introduce the discrete Sobolev-type inner product

In this paper, we study the asymptotics of the Sobolev orthogonal polynomials by comparison with the orthogonal polynomials with respect to the measure μ and we prove that they have the same asymptotic behaviour. We also study the pointwise convergence of the Fourier series associated to this inner product provided that μ is the Jacobi measure. We generalize the work done by F. Marcellán and W. Van Assche where they studied the asymptotics for only one mass point in [−1,1]. The same problem with a finite number of mass points off [−1,1] was solved by G. López, F. Marcellán and W. Van Assche in a more general setting: they consider the constants Mk,i to be complex numbers. As regards the Fourier series, we continue the results achieved by F. Marcellán, B. Osilenker and I.A. After reviewing the Lounesto spinor field classification, according to the bilinear covariants associated to a spinor field, we call attention and unravel some prominent features involving unexpected properties about spinor fields under such classification. In particular, we pithily focus on the new aspects — as well as current concrete possibilities. The fluorescence spectrum of Cr3+ in GdAlO3 has been examined at 4.2 K as a function of magnetic field up to 60 kG. The resulting splitting of the 2E4A2 emission lines are explained in terms of a modified molecular field approximation, which incorporates the effect of the spin fluctuations. The exchange constant in the relaxed excited state is found to be 1.2 cm-1, which differs from that reported from absorption data. It is suggested that the difference may be related to the Frank-Condon effect.  相似文献

Using optical frequency-domain reflectometry to reveal the gain distribution and allow us to optimize a thulium-doped fiber amplifier, we have demonstrated 18-dB gain by employing only 5 m of a 2000-parts-in-10(6)-Tm-doped fiber pumped with 145 mW of power at dual wavelengths of 800 and 1050 nm. The role of the 800-nm pump, which by itself does not permit population inversion, was clearly observed experimentally.  相似文献

The purpose here is to investigate, by means of the constructal principle, the influence of the convective heat transfer flux at the cavity surfaces over the optimal geometry of a T-shaped cavity that intrudes into a solid conducting wall. The cavity is cooled by a steady stream of convection while the solid generates heat uniformly and it is insulated on the external perimeter. The convective heat flux is imposed as a boundary condition of the cavity surfaces and the geometric optimization is achieved for several values of parameter a = (2hA1/2/k)1/2. The structure of the T-shaped cavity has four degrees of freedom: L0/L1 (ratio between the lengths of the stem and bifurcated branches), H1/L1 (ratio between the thickness and length of the bifurcated branches), H0/L0 (ratio between the thickness and length of the stem), and H/L (ratio between the height and length of the conducting solid wall) and one restriction, the ratio between the cavity volume and solid volume (φ). The purpose of the numerical investigation is to minimize the maximal dimensionless excess of temperature between the solid and the cavity. The simulations were performed for fixed values of H/L = 1.0 and φ = 0.1. Even for the first and second levels of optimization, (L1/L0) ○○ and (H0/L0), the results revealed that there is no universal shape that optimizes the cavity geometry for every imposed value of a. The T-shaped cavity geometry adapts to the variation of the convective heat flux imposed at the cavity surfaces, i.e., the system flows and morphs with the imposed conditions so that its currents flow more and more easily. The three times optimal shape for lower ratios of a is achieved when the cavity has a higher penetration into the solid domain and for a thinner stem. As the magnitude of a increases, the bifurcated branch displaces toward the center of the solid domain and the number of highest temperature points also increases, i.e., the distribution of temperature field is improved according to the constructal principle of optimal distribution of imperfections.  相似文献

We study spectral properties of discrete Schrödinger operators with potentials obtained via dimerization of a class of aperiodic sequences. It is shown that both the nature of the autocorrelation measure of a regular sequence and the presence of generic (full probability) singular continuous spectrum in the hull of primitive and palindromic (four block substitution) potentials are robust under dimerization. Generic results also hold for circle potentials. We illustrate these results with numerical studies of the quantum mean square displacement as a function of time. The numerical techniques provide a very fast algorithm for the time evolution of wave packets.  相似文献

We demonstrate a technique for simultaneous detection of coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) at four vibrational frequencies, using simple passive optical elements and without spectrally resolved detection. The technique is based on pump and Stokes femtosecond pulses selectively exciting vibrational resonances through spectral focusing. By replicating the pump and Stokes pair into four pairs, each traveling through appropriate glass elements, we simultaneously excite four different vibrational frequencies. The resulting CARS is a periodic train of intensities detected by a single photomultiplier and frequency analyzed to retrieve its Fourier coefficients. We demonstrate detection of methanol and ethanol mixtures in water and quantitative determination of their concentration owing to the improved chemical selectivity of this quadruplex CARS scheme.
