A number of pistachio oils were selected in order to test the efficacy of nuclear magnetic resonance relaxation dispersion (NMRD) technique in the evaluation of differences among oils (1) obtained from seeds subjected to different thermal desiccation processes, (2) retrieved from seeds belonging to the same cultivar grown in different geographical areas and (3) produced by using seed cultivars sampled in the same geographical region. NMRD measures relaxation rate values which are related to the dynamics of the chemical components of complex food systems. Results not only allowed to relate kinematic viscosity to relaxometry parameters but also were successful in the differentiation among the aforementioned oils. In fact, from the one hand, the larger the kinematic viscosity, the faster the rotational motions appeared as compared to the translational ones. On the other hand, relaxation rate curves (NMRD) varied according to the oxidative stresses and chemical composition of each sample. The present study showed for the first time that NMRD is a very promising technique for quick evaluations of pistachio oil quality without the need for time-consuming chemical manipulations. 相似文献

Diels–Alder and 1,3‐dipolar cycloadditions involving (E)‐3‐aryl‐1‐(pyridin‐2‐yl‐N‐oxide)prop‐2‐en‐1‐ones as the 2π components are efficiently catalysed by bis(oxazoline)–CuII complexes. The cycloadducts are obtained in quantitative yields with up to 98 % ee; absolute configurations were determined by X‐ray analysis. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small single-stranded RNA molecules that play an essential role in the regulation of gene expression and cell physiology. Gene rearrangements occurring in the miRNA sequence are associated with cancer. The IBTK genetic locus is located in the genomic sequence 6q14.1 that undergoes chromosomal aberration in lymphoproliferative disorders. The IBTK gene encodes the proteins IBtk-α, β and γ that regulate the B cell receptor signalling through Bruton's tyrosine kinase, which promotes B cell survival and differentiation. Pro-MirII-based analysis predicted four precursors of microRNAs (pre-miR) encoded by introns 17, 21, 26 and the 3′ un-translated region of the IBTK gene. Pre-miR-IBTK3, which was encoded by intron 26, was the effective substrate of RNase III Dicer in vitro as well as the precursor of an IBtk miRNA generated in vivo. By CLUSTALW-based analysis, pre-miR-IBTK3 homologues were found in Pan troglodytes, Pongo pygmaeus and Macaca mulatta, suggesting an evolutionary conserved function in primates. 相似文献

[RhCl(C8H14)2]2 together with the optically active amidines C6H5C(=NR)NHCH(CH3) (C6H5) I–V or their Li derivatives after activation with molecular hydrogen gives catalysts which at room temperature and 1.1 bar H2-pressure hydrogenate the prochiral substrates (Z)-[N-acetylamino]-cinnamic acid, itaconic acid, -methylcinnamic acid, -methylcinnamic aldehyde, and -methylcinnamic alcohol as well as cyclohexene, benzene and toluene. Good hydrogenation activity of the new catalysts is in contrast to low optical induction which only in the hydrogenation of -methylcinnamic alcohol with 1.5 to 2% leads to values different from zero.

Piperidine-, morpholine-4-, N-methylpiperazine-4- and thiornorpholine-4-carbodithioate complexes of chromium(III), manganese(III), tin(II) and lead(II) are prepared and characterized by chemical analyses, spectroscopic methods (I.R. and electronic spectra), magnetic susceptibilities, conductivity measurements and mass spectra. The complexes are of the type M(R2dtc)n, where n is the oxidation number of the metal ion. The factors influencing the reactivity of α-thienylglyoxal monosemicarbazones when treated with cyclizing reagents (bromine/sodium acetate and hydrobromic acid in acetic acid) were investigated. Depending on the experimental conditions, on the position of the substituent on the semicarbazide residue, and on the cyclizing agent, the substrates 1a-e give the semicarbazone bromides 2a-b, 5 , the 1,3,4-oxadiazoles 3a-c , the 1,2,4-triazine 11 and the 2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazine-3-ones 6, 8 and 9 . Compound 6 by thermolysis undergoes ring contraction in the Δ2-1,3,4-oxadiazoline 12 , while treatment with base involves the conversion of 6 into 1,2,4-triazol-5-one 13 .
