We show that up to a translation each automorphism of the derived category D b X of coherent sheaves on a weighted projective line X, equiv-alently of the derived category D b A of finite dimensional modules over a derived canonical algebra A, is composed of tubular mutations and automorphisms of X. In the case of genus one this implies that the automorphism group is a semi-direct product of the braid group on three strands by a finite group.

Moreover we prove that most automorphisms lift from the Grothendieck group to the derived category.  相似文献

A new synthesis of tetraazaperopyrenes (TAPPs) starting from a halogenated perylene derivative 3,4,9,10- tetrabromo-1,6,7,12-tetrachloroperylene ( 1 ) gave access to bay-substituted TAPPs for the first time. Selective lithiation of the bromine-positions and subsequent addition of tosyl azide led to the formation of the tetraazidotetrachloroperylene ( 2 ), which was subsequently reduced by addition of sodium borohydride to the corresponding tetraaminotetrachloroperylene ( 3 ). Oxidation to its semiquinoidal form 4 and subsequent cyclization with acid chlorides gave rise to a series of bay-chlorinated TAPPs. Whereas the aromatic core of the previously studied ortho-substituted TAPPs was found to be planar, the steric pressure of the two chlorine substituents on each side leads to the twist of the peropyrene core of approximately 30 degrees, a structural feature also observed in other bay-substituted perylene derivatives. An experimental and computational analysis reveals that introducing chloride substituents at these positions leads to slightly increased electron affinities (EA) enabling the selective generation and characterization of the reduced mono-anionic radicals and closed shell di-anionic species. These anions were isolated and characterized by UV/Vis spectroscopy and EPR or NMR, respectively. Processing of the bay-chlorinated TAPPs in n-channel organic TFTs revealed electron mobilities of 0.001 to 0.003 cm2 V−1 s−1. These reduced electron mobilities compared to the ortho-halogenated TAPPs are thought to be rooted in the less densely packed solid-state structures.  相似文献

We compute the binding energies, radii, and densities for selected medium-mass nuclei within coupled-cluster theory and employ a bare chiral nucleon-nucleon interaction at next-to-next-to-next-to-leading order. We find rather well-converged results in model spaces consisting of 15 oscillator shells, and the doubly magic nuclei 40Ca, 48Ca, and the exotic 48Ni are underbound by about 1 MeV per nucleon within the coupled-cluster singles-doubles approximation. The binding-energy difference between the mirror nuclei 48Ca and 48Ni is close to theoretical mass table evaluations. Our computation of the one-body density matrices and the corresponding natural orbitals and occupation numbers provides a first step to a microscopic foundation of the nuclear shell model.  相似文献

Targeted photodynamic therapy (PDT) in head/neck cancer patients with a conjugate of the anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) antibody, Cetuximab and a phthalocyanine photosensitizer IR700DX is under way, but the exact mechanisms of action are still not fully understood. In this study, the EGFR-overexpressing human head/neck OSC-19-luc2-cGFP tumor with transfected GFP gene was used in a skin-fold window chamber model in BALB/c nude mice. The uptake and localization of the conjugate in the tumor and its surrounding normal tissues were studied by an intravital confocal laser scanning microscopy with image analyses. The tumor was also irradiated with 690 nm laser light 24 h after conjugate administration. The vascular and tumor responses were examined by morphological evaluation and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The amount of conjugate in the tumor peaked at 24–48 h after injection. Image analyses of colocalization correlation parameters demonstrated a high fraction of the conjugate IR700DX colocalized in the GFP-expressing tumor cells. PDT-treated tumors showed extensive necrotic/apoptotic destruction with little vascular damage, while IHC showed no HIF-1α expression and decreased EGFR and Ki67 expression with activated caspase-3 overexpression, indicating a direct killing of tumor cells through both necrotic and apoptotic cell death.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Die zur Vitamin D2-Bestimmung bekannten spezifischen Farbreaktionen nachHalden und H.Brockmann werden durch die Unbeständigkeit des erhaltenen Farbtones und dieser durch Fettbegleitsubstanzen empfindlich gestört. Es gelingt, eine für Vitamin D spezifische, im Farbton beständige Reaktion bei Verwendung einer 20%igen Antimontrichloridund 5%igen Guajakol-Lösung in Chloroform. Die Empfindlichkeit der Reaktion ist 1200000. Es können quantitativ 15 in 2,8 ml Chloroform nachgewiesen werden bei tunlichster Einhaltung der beschriebenen Versuchsbedingungen.Der Einfluß der Sterine auf die Reaktion ist sehr gering, doch werden die Empfindlichkeit und die Spezifität dann vermindert, wenn sehr große Mengen dieser Begleitstoffe vorhanden sind. Mit Hilfe der Adsorption an frisch behandeltes, bei 120 erhitztes Aluminiumoxyd können störende Begleitstoffe abgetrennt werden. Das Vitamin D2 wird dabei in einer scharf umrissenen Zone festgehalten, die im UV.-Licht weiß aufleuchtet.Die vorliegende Methode ist geeignet zur mengenmäßigen Bestimmung von Vitamin D in tierischen und pflanzlichen Fetten, in Milch und Milcherzeugnissen, in Kindernährmitteln, bestrahlten Hefen und pharmazeutischen Präparaten. Um die hier auftretenden, störenden Begleitstoffe auszuschalten, werden die Präparate nach der Extraktion des Vitamins D verseift, und der unverseifbare Anteil wird an Aluminiumoxyd adsorbiert. Dabei wird das Vitamin D bei Einhaltung der Arbeitsvorschrift immer in einer charakteristischen schmalen Zone festgehalten, die im Tageslicht gelb bis rosafarben erscheint. Durch die Anwesenheit von Vitamin A, Provitamin A und anderen. Carotinoiden kann die Reaktion gestört werden, so daß auch hier eine chromatographische Auftrennung erforderlich ist, die sich aber leicht durchführen läßt.  相似文献

Takai-Utimoto reactions with secondary and tertiary aliphatic halides usually failed according to previous reports. Now, significant improvements could be achieved, and especially secondary aliphatic halides can be coupled to aromatic aldehydes in yields of up to >95%. A variety of processes are competing with the desired one, and thus conditions must be adapted to the nature of the aldehyde as well as the aliphatic halide used, as the outcome of these reactions is strongly affected by the putative radical intermediates.  相似文献
