A novel, simple, specific, sensitive and reproducible high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) assay method has been developed and validated for the estimation of tofacitinib in rat plasma. The bioanalytical procedure involves extraction of tofacitinib and itraconazole (internal standard, IS) from rat plasma with a simple liquid–liquid extraction process. The chromatographic analysis was performed on a Waters Alliance system using a gradient mobile phase conditions at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and C18 column maintained at 40 ± 1 °C. The eluate was monitored using an UV detector set at 287 nm. Tofacitinib and IS eluted at 6.5 and 8.3 min, respectively and the total run time was 10 min. Method validation was performed as per US Food and Drug Administration guidelines and the results met the acceptance criteria. The calibration curve was linear over a concentration range of 182–5035 ng/mL (r2 = 0.995). The intra‐ and inter‐day precisions were in the range of 1.41–11.2 and 3.66–8.81%, respectively, in rat plasma. The validated HPLC method was successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study in rats. The effects on squeezing and sub-poissonian of light in fourth harmonic generation (FHG) are investigated based on the fully quantum mechanically up to the first order Hamiltonian interaction in gt, where g is the coupling constant between the modes per second and t is the interaction time between the waves during the process in a nonlinear medium. FHG is a process in which an incident laser beam of the fundamental frequency ω interacts with a nonlinear medium to produce the harmonic frequency at 4ω. The coupled Heisenberg equations of motion involving real and imaginary parts of the quadrature operators are established. The occurrence of amplitude squeezing effects in both the quadratures of the radiation field in the fundamental mode is investigated and found to be dependent on the selective phase values of the field amplitude. The photon statistics of the pump mode in this process have also been investigated and found to be sub-poissonian in nature. It is found that there is no possibility to produce squeezed light in the harmonic mode up to first-order interaction in gt. Further, we have found the case up to second-order Hamiltonian interaction in gt that the normal squeezing in the harmonic mode is directly depends upon the fourth-order squeezing of the initial pump field. This gives a method of converting higher-order (fourth-order) squeezing into normal squeezing in the harmonic mode and vice versa. 相似文献

Nanocrystalline Cr2O3 and NiO are prepared using high-energy ball milling. Average sizes of the particles obtained from Scanning Electron Microscopy and crystallite sizes obtained from X-ray diffraction are larger for Cr2O3 than NiO particles. At low temperature, large high-field magnetization and small coercivity lead to a weak exchange bias for Cr2O3, whereas small high-field magnetization and large coercivity lead to a considerable exchange bias for NiO. The training effect is observed for NiO at 4 K which could be described with a recursive formula constructed in the framework of the spin configurational relaxation model. The results suggest that the pinning mechanism at the interface between the antiferromagnetic and the weak ferromagnetic component ascribed to uncompensated spins leads to the exchange bias effect. 相似文献

Magnetic properties of rare-earth intermetallics RE2Ni7 (RE=Dy, Ho) are reported. Both the samples undergo two successive magnetic transitions at Th (paramagnetic to ferromagnetic) and Tl (spin reorientation) below 100 K. The transitions are found to be second order in nature as evident from the Arrot plot analysis. Large reversible magnetocaloric effect (MCE) was observed at low temperature in the studied samples. The maximum value of the magnetic entropy change in Ho2Ni7 is found to be −12.5 J/kg K (for 0 to 50 kOe of field change) around 25 K with a high relative cooling power (RCP) of 534 J/kg. The Dy counterpart also shows moderately large values of MCE (−7.3 J/kg K) and RCP (475 J/kg) around the magnetic transition region for similar change in the magnetic field. RE2Ni7 compounds can be promising materials for magnetic refrigeration in the temperature range of helium and hydrogen liquefaction. 相似文献

Using first‐principles calculations with predictive capability we show that organic molecules having negative electron affinity can be transformed to superhalogens with electron affinities far exceeding that of chlorine, once its core and ligand atoms are suitably replaced. The discovery of organic superhalogens could have significant impact in chemistry, allowing the synthesis of new materials and compounds. 相似文献
