The microwave spectrum of N2D4 has been observed and analyzed. Based on five low-J rotational transitions the effective rotational constants are: A = 74712.9 ± 1.9 MHz, B = 18500.42 ± 0.46 MHz, and C = 18439.91 ± 0.46 MHz. The quadrupole coupling constants of the 14N nuclei are Xaa = 4.23 ± 0.04 MHz, Xbb = 1.98 ± 0.05 MHz, and Xcc = ?2.25 ± 0.05 MHz. Using the observed ground state inversion splittings for N2D4 and N2H4 the barrier to inversion of a single amino group is computed to be 5.00 kcal mol?1.  相似文献

The main purpose of this paper is to use variational methods in the study of problems of following type: $$\left\{ {\begin{array}{*{20}c} {Lu = \lambda f(x,u) in \Omega } \\ {u = 0 on \partial \Omega } \\ \end{array} } \right.$$ Here Ω is supposed to be a bounded domain with smooth boundary ? Ω,L an elliptic operator, λ∈IR andf(x, t) a real function defined on \(\tilde \Omega \times IR\) having one or several simple discontinuities ont. Mainly we are interested in solutions which satisfy (.) a. e., which are most meaningful in physical problems, and we prove various existence theorems for several choices ofL, f and λ. Inelastic X-ray scattering experiments have been performed on methanol as a function of density from ambient to the supercritical state. Positive dispersion of the sound velocity, as compared to the hydrodynamic values, is 50% in the ambient condition and decreases to zero at 0.50 g cm−3 over the momentum transfer Q = 1–10 nm−1 with lowering density; however, it increases again with a further decrease in density down to 0.20 g cm−3in the supercritical state only in the Q-range above 5 nm−1. These results have been interpreted as the formation of small oligomers in the low-density supercritical methanol.  相似文献

This study describes a comparison of different modes of open-tubular electrochromatography (OTCEC) in bare and etched capillaries. To carry out the investigation, the separation of impurities of two synthetic peptides and the separation of a mixture of five heterocyclic aromatic amines were studied. Three different types of stationary phase were evaluated: (i) fluorosurfactants (anionic and zwitterionic) adsorbed in the inner wall of the capillary (electrochromatography with dynamically modified stationary phases (DMS)CEC); (ii) physically adsorbed polymers (DMA-SO(3-) and DMA-N(+)(CH(3))(3)) and (iii) chemically modified capillaries (C(18), cholesteryl 10-undecanoate and diol). The results confirm that electrochromatography can be a viable alternative to capillary electrophoresis (CE) and liquid chromatography, more established separation techniques. It is possible to differentiate some minor species for the synthetic peptides that cannot be resolved by CE or high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Moreover the separation of the amine mixture depends strongly on the stationary phase used.  相似文献

The effect of the addition of 1, 2, 4, and 6 mol % cholesterol to 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DPPC) floating bilayers has been investigated by neutron reflectivity. All samples exhibited fully stable and reversible gel and fluid phases. Around the main lipid phase transition temperature, DPPC double bilayers exhibit large increases in the water layer separating the bilayers and the upper bilayer roughness. The inclusion of low amounts of cholesterol reduced the swelling of the water layer between the bilayers and the upper bilayer roughness and progressively widened the temperature range over which swelling occurs. Results from asymmetric bilayers are also reported. A higher amount of cholesterol in the lower bilayer induces a smaller swelling of the water layer between the bilayers than in the symmetric case. Finally, the effect of the inclusion of a leaflet of 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (DPPE) was investigated. The presence of a leaflet with a higher gel-transition temperature (T(m)) modifies the phase behavior of the lower T(m) leaflet.  相似文献
