Zusammenfassung Durch eine Reihe von Messungen an einem Reflexklystron wird die Abhängigkeit seiner Ausgangsleistung und Frequenz von den angelegten Gleichspannungen untersucht und in Diagrammen dargestellt. An Hand dieser Diagramme wird gezeigt, dass durch gleichzeitige Modulation der Resonatorspannung und der Reflektorspannung entweder reine Amplitudenmodulation oder reine Frequenz-modulation des Klystrons erreicht werden kann. Die wichtigste Anwendung besteht in der Modulation von Signalgeneratoren für Messzwecke.  相似文献

We have used nanografting, an atomic force microscopy (AFM)-based nanolithography technique, to fabricate thiolated DNA nanostructures on gold surfaces. The tip-guided assembly offers opportunities for locally controlling the packing order, density, and thus the thickness of the DNA patterns. By selecting proper nanografting parameters, we can embed single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) patches into a background composed of the same DNA molecule prepared by self-assembly, in which the patches remain topographically (and chemically) invisible but have much improved packing order. When the complementary DNA (cDNA) is added, the thickness of the nanografted layer increases much more dramatically than that of the self-assembled layer during the hybridization process, and as a result, the pattern emerges. Interestingly, the pattern can be reversibly hidden and shown with high fidelity simply by dehybridizing and appending the cDNA repeatedly.  相似文献

Reaction of [Pt(CH3)2(COD)] (COD = 1,5-cyclooctadiene) with Ph2PCCCCPPh2 led to a mixture of [{Pt(CH3)2}2(mu-Ph2PC4PPh2)2] (1) and [{Pt(CH3)2}3(mu-Ph2PC4PPh2)3] (2). Reaction of [PtCl2(COD)] with Ph2PCCCCPPh2 led to a mixture of the thermally unstable compounds [{PtCl2}2(mu-Ph2PC4PPh2)2] (3) and [{PtCl2}3(mu-Ph2PC4PPh2)3] (4) which transform into [{PtMe2}2{mu-C8(PPh2)4}] (5) and [{PtMe2}3{mu3-C12(PPh2)6}] (6) containing 8-membered diene-diyne and 12-membered triene-triyne rings, respectively. Compound 2 can be converted to [{PtMe2}3{C12(PPh2)6}] (7) by heating with CuCl at 80 degrees C, while 1 can be heated without significant cycloaddition.  相似文献

Acid hydrolysis of [Ru(5)(CO)(15)(mu(4)-PN(i)Pr(2))] (2) or protonation of the anionic PO cluster [Ru(5)(CO)(15)(mu(4)-PO)](-) (3) affords the hydroxyphosphinidene complex [Ru(5)(CO)(15)(mu(4)-POH)].1.[H(2)N(i)()Pr(2)][CF(3)SO(3)], which cocrystallizes with a hydrogen-bonded ammonium triflate salt. Reaction of [Ru(5)(CO)(15)(mu(4)-PN(i)Pr(2))] (2) with bis(diphenylphosphino)methane (dppm) leads to [Ru(5)(CO)(13)(mu-dppm)(mu(4)-PN(i)Pr(2))] (4). Acid hydrolysis of 4 leads to the dppm-substituted hydroxyphosphinidene [Ru(5)(CO)(13)(mu-dppm)(mu(4)-POH)] (5), which is analogous to 1, but unlike 1, can be readily isolated as the free hydroxyphosphinidene acid. Compound 5 can also be formed by reaction of 3 with dppm and acid. The cationic hydride cluster [Ru(5)(CO)(13)(mu-dppm)(mu(3)-H)(mu(4)-POH)][CF(3)SO(3)] (6) can be isolated from the same reaction if chromatography is not used. Compound 4 also reacts with HBF(4) to form the fluorophosphinidene cluster [Ru(5)(CO)(13)(mu-dppm)(mu(4)-PF)] (7), while reaction with HCl leads to the mu-chloro, mu(5)-phosphide cluster [Ru(5)(CO)(13)(mu-dppm)(mu-Cl)(mu(5)-P)] (8).  相似文献

We report the results of a direct comparison of the adhesion, friction, and mechanical properties between alkanethiol self-assembled monolayer films terminated by either CH(3) or CF(3) end groups using both interfacial force (IFM) and atomic force (AFM) microscopies. The purpose of this work is to gain insight into the detailed origins of the differing frictional behavior previously observed with AFM. The IFM results reveal an increased adhesive interaction for the CF(3)-terminated film due to the highly polar nature of the end groups. In agreement with earlier studies, the AFM results show two linear regions with differing frictional slopes for the CH(3)-terminated film but only a single slope for the CF(3)-terminated film. We contrast the differences between these techniques, approximately 100 times smaller tips for the AFM, and discuss the role of the mechanical properties, the increased adhesive interaction, and the amount of disorder present in the film in creating differences in frictional behavior between the two systems. We conclude that increased adhesion for the CF(3)-terminated film plays an important role in the observed differences in frictional behavior, while the differences between the two techniques can be traced to the different tip sizes and the consequent responses to the presence of disorder in the films.  相似文献

Chronic pain is one of the most common causes of the need for clinical evaluation, acquiring more importance in the elderly with cognitive impairment. Reduced self-reporting capabilities cause unrelieved pain contributing to the development of agitation. Safe and effective pain treatment can afford the management of agitation without the serious increase in death risk associated with neuroleptics. To this aim, the essential oil of bergamot (BEO), proven by rigorous evidence to have strong preclinical anti-nociceptive and anti-allodynic properties, has been engineered (NanoBEO, patent EP 4003294) to allow randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials (BRAINAID, NCT04321889). The present study: (1) assesses the analgesic effects of a single therapeutic dose of NanoBEO, as supplied by an airless dispenser for clinical translation, in models of inflammatory, neuropathic, and sensitization types of pain relevant to clinic; (2) provides a dose–response analysis of the efficacy of NanoBEO on scratching behavior, a typical behavioral disturbance occurring in dementia. A single therapeutic dose of NanoBEO confirms efficacy following thirty minutes pre-treatment with capsaicin and on the central sensitization phase induced by formalin. Moreover, it has an ID50 of 0.6312 mg and it is efficacious on static and dynamic mechanical allodynia. Altogether, the gathered results strengthen the potential of NanoBEO for clinical management of pain and agitation.  相似文献

Measurements and calculations of resonances in the scattering of H atoms from a Xe monolayer on graphite are presented. At the crossing of two resonances, we observe a splitting which is qualitatively different from those previously known and from the predictions of first-order theories. Its behaviour is explained when coupling through continuum states is included in a second-order theory. Because of this effect, data taken along a symmetry direction do not, in some cases, show resonance features expected from the commonly used zeroth- or first-order theories and therefore contain less information about the bound states than, for example, azimuthal scans.  相似文献
