The use of visible light to drive polymerizations with spatiotemporal control offers a mild alternative to contemporary UV-light-based production of soft materials. In this spectral region, photoredox catalysis represents the most efficient polymerization method, yet it relies on the use of heavy-atoms, such as precious metals or toxic halogens. Herein, spin-orbit charge transfer intersystem crossing from boron dipyrromethene (BODIPY) dyads bearing twisted aromatic groups is shown to enable efficient visible light polymerizations in the absence of heavy-atoms. A ≈5–15× increase in polymerization rate and improved photostability was achieved for twisted BODIPYs relative to controls. Furthermore, monomer polarity had a distinct effect on polymerization rate, which was attributed to charge transfer stabilization based on ultrafast transient absorption and phosphorescence spectroscopies. Finally, rapid and high-resolution 3D printing with a green LED was demonstrated using the present photosystem.  相似文献

In the present paper, we study warped product CR-submanifolds of cosymplectic manifolds. It is shown that the warped product of the type ${N_\perp\times{_f}N_T}$ is trivial and obtain a characterization result for the warped product of the type ${N_T\times{_f}N_\perp}$ , where N T and ${N_\perp}$ are invariant and anti-invariant submanifolds of a cosymplectic manifold ${\bar M}$ , respectively.  相似文献

Four new polyoxygenated steroids (1-4) together with four known ones (5-8) have been isolated from the gorgonian Isis hippuris. The structures of the new compounds have been elucidated by spectroscopic analysis and chemical conversion. Neuroprotectin D1 / protectin D1, a potent anti-inflammatory, proresolving, and neuroprotective lipid mediator derived biosynthetically from docosahexaenoic acid, was prepared in enantiomerically pure form via total organic synthesis. The synthetic strategy is highly stereocontrolled and convergent, featuring epoxide opening of glycidol starting materials for the introduction of the 10(R) and 17(S) hydroxyl groups. The desired alkene Z geometry was secured via the cis-reduction of alkyne precursors, while the conjugated E,E,Z triene was introduced at the end, in order to minimize Z/E isomerization. The same strategy, was also employed for the total synthesis of aspirin-triggered neuroprotectin D1 / protectin D1 having the 17(R)-stereochemistry. Synthetic compounds obtained with the reported method were matched with endogenously derived materials, and helped establish their complete stereochemistry.  相似文献

Nanoporous SnO(2)-ZnO heterojunction nanocatalyst was prepared by a straightforward two-step procedure involving, first, the synthesis of nanosized SnO(2) particles by homogeneous precipitation combined with a hydrothermal treatment and, second, the reaction of the as-prepared SnO(2) particles with zinc acetate followed by calcination at 500 °C. The resulting nanocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), FTIR, Raman, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), nitrogen adsorption-desorption analyses, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The SnO(2)-ZnO photocatalyst was made of a mesoporous network of aggregated wurtzite ZnO and cassiterite SnO(2) nanocrystallites, the size of which was estimated to be 27 and 4.5 nm, respectively, after calcination. According to UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, the evident energy band gap value of the SnO(2)-ZnO photocatalyst was estimated to be 3.23 eV to be compared with those of pure SnO(2), that is, 3.7 eV, and ZnO, that is, 3.2 eV, analogues. The energy band diagram of the SnO(2)-ZnO heterostructure was directly determined by combining XPS and the energy band gap values. The valence band and conduction band offsets were calculated to be 0.70 ± 0.05 eV and 0.20 ± 0.05 eV, respectively, which revealed a type-II band alignment. Moreover, the heterostructure SnO(2)-ZnO photocatalyst showed much higher photocatalytic activities for the degradation of methylene blue than those of individual SnO(2) and ZnO nanomaterials. This behavior was rationalized in terms of better charge separation and the suppression of charge recombination in the SnO(2)-ZnO photocatalyst because of the energy difference between the conduction band edges of SnO(2) and ZnO as evidenced by the band alignment determination. Finally, this mesoporous SnO(2)-ZnO heterojunction nanocatalyst was stable and could be easily recycled several times opening new avenues for potential industrial applications.  相似文献

A new megastigmane glycoside, phoenixoside A (1), has been isolated from the n-butanol--soluble fraction of seeds of Phoenix dactylifera. Sphingomonas xenophaga QYY, capable of growing significantly on more than ten kinds of aromatic compounds as sole carbon source, was used to study characterization of catechol 1,2-dioxygenase (C12O) in cell extracts. Characterization of the crude C12O showed that the maximum activity was obtained at 40-70℃ and pH 7.8-8.8. Metal ions had different influences on the activity of crude C12O. This paper presents thermal analysis on crosstalk and performance of optoelectronic transmitter modules and also demonstrates the thermal analysis for efficient heat dissipation for the transmitter modules. The thermal crosstalk model for analysis is based on interconnects parameters for vertically stacked and horizontally packaged optoelectronic transmitter modules. While the analytical expression is used to estimate the thermal critical frequency, f crit_th , above which signals become severely deteriorated, a Teflon-based thermal printed circuit board (PCB) has been designed for packaging the optoelectronic transmitter modules to ensure efficient heat dissipation. The thermal and performance analysis of the packaged modules show that the chips operate at temperatures below the f crit_th , which is apt for reliable data and signal transmission.  相似文献
