The skew angle causes a discrepancy in determining the reader-to-writer offset (RWO) when using different periodical patterns in track profile tests. It also separates the peak overwrite (OW) from the peak high frequency amplitude HFA, (1 T periodical pattern) on corresponding track profiles. Furthermore, higher track density and larger skew angle exacerbate the skew effect and induce more RWO error, thus impacting the parametric performance optimization. Simulation studies are used to interpret the skew effect on the RWO determination and OW cross-track characteristics. Based on experimental investigations and simulation analyses, using the HFA, track profile for deriving the optimal RWO is proposed for spin-stand tests. Actual parametric characterization has proven that the optimal RWO minimized the skew effect and the RWO error, thus improving the parametric performance and reducing the test variation. The method is beneficial and necessary for the high track density characterization.  相似文献

A series of high quality 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium-based ionic liquids are synthesized and used for studying their surface tension. The capillary rise method is used for measuring the surface tension of I, Cl, PF6, and BF4 salts in the temperature range 298–393 K. The capillary apparatus is evacuated and sealed under vacuum. The experimental results show that surface tension of these compounds depend systematically on temperature.  相似文献

The aim of minimal cost flow problem (MCFP) in fuzzy nature, which is denoted with FMCFP, is to find the least cost of the shipment of a commodity through a capacitated network in order to satisfy imprecise concepts in supply or demand of network nodes and capacity or cost of network links. Fuzzy supply–demand may arise in real problems, where incomplete statistical data or simulation results are used. Also, variation in the cost or capacity of links is commonly happening. In the present paper, after defining a total order on LR type fuzzy numbers, three models are studied; MCFP with fuzzy costs, MCFP with fuzzy supply–demand and a combination of two cases. For the first model, scaling negative cycle cancelling algorithm, which is a polynomial time algorithm, is proposed. For the second model, “nominal flow” is introduced which provides an efficient scheme for finding fuzzy flow. For the third model, we present an exact and some heuristic methods. Numerical examples are illustrated to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed schemes. Finally, an application of this viewpoint in bus network planning problem is provided.  相似文献

Yttria doped zirconia solid electrolytes with non-equilibrium composite structure were prepared by impregnation of a porous 3Y-TZP matrix with a solution of yttrium nitrate. Microstructures were characterized by XRD and SEM. The electrical properties were studied by impedance spectroscopy as a function of temperature. Biaxial flexural strength and fracture toughness of composite samples were measured by ring on ring and Vickers microhardness indentation methods respectively. The yttria content of the electrolytes was increased by a multi impregnation process. It was concluded that electrical and mechanical properties of the electrolytes can be adjusted by controlling the amount of doped yttria especially if severe sintering treatments are avoided. Electrolytes with conductivity of 0.08 S/cm at 900 °C and fracture strength and fracture toughness of respectively 390 MPa and 2.9 MPa m1/2 were obtained.  相似文献
