Zusammenfassung Im vorfibrillaren Stadium besitzt die Crazematerie eine in Verformungsrichtung deformierte Netzwerkstruktur, die sich bei Polystyrol und Styrol-Acrylnitril-Copolymerisat elektronenoptisch an Oberflächenabdrücken sauerstoffionengeätzter Proben nachweisen läßt. Während die durchschnittlichen Globulitverformungen zumeist deutlich unterhalb von 50% liegen, werden partiell Spitzenwerte von bis zu 300% erreicht. Am Beispiel des Polystyrols verdeutlichen quantitative Strukturvergleiche mit warmgerecktem Material, daß die molekulare Beweglichkeit während des Crazewachstums und der Schulter-Hals-Verstreckung derjenigen entspricht, die für thermisch aktiviertes Material oberhalb der Glastemperatur charakteristisch ist.Mit 7 Abbildungen und 2 Tabellen  相似文献

The magnetic depolarization of the impact radiation at λ(41 D?21 P)=492 nm and λ(31 D?21 P) = 668 nm as well as the splitting of the magnetic depolarisation signals in electric fields were investigated for 10–25 keV H 2 + (D 2 + )-He collisions (only 492 nm line) and for 5-22.5 keV He-He collisions (both lines). The results are compared with analogous measurements for He+- He and Ne+ - He collisions and the dynamics of the excitation process are qualitatively discussed. In particular, we emphasize the importance of inertia for the evolution of the electron cloud during the final phase of the collision process.  相似文献

From this quantity the global accuracy of \documentclass{article}\pagestyle{empty}\begin{document}$ \tilde \psi $\end{document} is defined and a “working supposition” is presented, which quantitatively relates the global accuracy to the accuracy of expectation values. Two criteria based on the accuracy of the reduced local energy and the density respectively, are presented as alternatives to \documentclass{article}\pagestyle{empty}\begin{document}$ |\tilde \psi - \psi _0 | $\end{document}. The relative global accuracies of eight wave-functions for H2 are determined using the two criteria. The ‘working supposition’ is applied and predictions are made concerning the relative accuracies of the expectation values of the following operators: z2, r2, x2 + y2, 3z2 ?; r2, ξ, r, r, and EL (the reduced local energy). The success rate is high (>90%) except for those operators which are sensitive to interelectron coordinates or derivatives of the wave-function.  相似文献

The Ludwig-Soret effect or thermal diffusion, which refers to the separation of liquid mixtures in a temperature gradient, is governed by a nonlinear, partial differential equation in space and time. It is shown here that the solution to the nonlinear differential equation for a binary mixture predicts the existence of shock waves completely analogous to fluid shocks and obeys an expression for the shock velocity that is an exact analogue of the Rankine-Hugoniot relations. Direct measurements of the time dependent, spatial absorption profile of a suspension of nanometer sized particles subjected to a sinusoidal temperature field generated by a pair of continuous laser beams, as well as self-diffraction experiments, show motion of the particles in agreement with the predictions of nonlinear theory.  相似文献

The first fully operational mid-IR (3–5 μm) 256×256 IR-FPA camera system based on a type-II InAs/GaSb short-period superlattice showing an excellent noise equivalent temperature difference below 10 mK and a very uniform performance has been realized. We report on the development and fabrication of the detecor chip, i.e., epitaxy, processing technology and electro-optical characterization of fully integrated InAs/GaSb superlattice focal plane arrays. While the superlattice design employed for the first demonstrator camera yielded a quantum efficiency around 30%, a superlattice structure grown with a thicker active layer and an optimized V/III BEP ratio during growth of the InAs layers exhibits a significant increase in quantum efficiency. Quantitative responsivity measurements reveal a quantum efficiency of about 60% for InAs/GaSb superlattice focal plane arrays after implementing this design improvement. Knowing the low-frequency response of hydrophones, down to 100 kHz at least, is important for accurate biomedical ultrasound measurements. However, current international standards do not extend below 500 kHz. Furthermore, commercial hydrophone sources typically do not supply sensitivity data below 1-2 MHz. Therefore, to help identify and validate practical calibration methods below 2 MHz, the authors have extended their previous individual efforts in an interlaboratory evaluation of sensitivity calibration using the swept-frequency technique, time delay spectrometry (TDS). Calibrations were performed for needle and membrane PVDF hydrophones using each laboratory's TDS system. Each site employed the same purpose-built broadband source transducers, comprising both plano-concave and biconcave 1-3 piezocomposite elements 4 cm in diameter, with maximum and minimum thicknesses of approximately 1.5 and 0.1 cm. Agreement between laboratories was within the estimated measurement precision of +/-0.6 dB. The results demonstrated that a TDS system employing such transducers constitutes a viable method for hydrophone calibrations in this frequency range.  相似文献
