The reaction of 2-(2'-pyridyl)benzothiazole, [NN], with the ReO(V)(3+) and TcO(V)(3+) cores in the presence of thiophenols, [S] (RC(6)H(4)SH, R = H, 4-CH(3), 4-OCH(3)), as coligands led to the isolation of hexacoordinated complexes of the MO[NN][S](3) type (M = Re, Tc). In all cases, two geometric mer isomers were formed, as evidenced by NMR spectroscopy and confirmed by X-ray crystallography. In both isomers, the coordination geometry about the metal ion is a distorted octahedral defined by the two nitrogen atoms of the bidentate ligand, the three sulfur atoms of the monodentate thiols, and the oxygen atom of the oxo group. The apical positions of the octahedron are occupied by the oxygen of the oxo group and, in one of the isomers, the nitrogen of the pyridyl moiety of 2-(2'-pyridyl)benzothiazole, while, in the second isomer, the imine nitrogen of 2-(2'-pyridyl)benzothiazole. The complexes are stable, neutral, and lipophilic. Complete (1)H and (13)C NMR assignments are reported for all complexes. The synthetic reaction was also successfully transferred at the technetium-99m tracer level by ligand exchange reaction using (99m)Tc-glucoheptonate as precursor in the presence of 2-(2'-pyridyl)benzothiazole and 4-CH(3)C(6)H(4)SH. The structure of the technetium-99m complex was established by high-performance liquid chromatographic comparison with the analogous oxotechnetium and oxorhenium complexes. The 2-(2'-pyridyl)benzothiazole ligand serves as a preliminary model for 2-(4-aminophenyl)benzothiazole, which possesses interesting properties for the development of technetium and rhenium radiopharmaceuticals for tumor imaging and/or radiotherapy as well as in vivo diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease.  相似文献

CdS nanoparticles have been synthesized and stabilized in poly(N,N-dimethylacrylamide) hydrogels. The properties of the composite material have been characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, and steady-state and time-resolved luminescence spectroscopy. This material can be obtained in three different states: swollen, shrunk, and freeze-dried. The swollen and the freeze-dried states correspond to a nanocomposite organic/inorganic (wet or dry) gel containing CdS nanoparticles of approximately 50 nm diameter while the shrunk state is a two-phase system containing CdS crystals, which precipitate forming interesting geometrical shapes.  相似文献

Two association models, the CPA and sPC-SAFT equations of state, are applied to binary mixtures containing alkanolamines and hydrocarbons or water. CPA is applied to mixtures of MEA and DEA, while sPC-SAFT is applied to MEA-n-heptane liquid-liquid equilibria and MEA-water vapor-liquid equilibria. The role of association schemes is investigated in connection with CPA, while for sPC-SAFT emphasis is given on the role of different types of data in the determination of pure compound parameters suitable for mixture calculations. Moreover, the performance of CPA and sPC-SAFT for MEA-containing systems is compared. The investigation showed that vapor pressures and liquid densities were not sufficient for obtaining reliable parameters with either CPA or sPC-SAFT, but that at least one other type of information is needed. LLE data for a binary mixture of the associating component with an inert compound is very useful in the estimation. The simple 4-site scheme is suitable for both CPA and sPC-SAFT and little is gained by using more complex association schemes. Finally, the results of CPA and sPC-SAFT are overall similar and whatever differences are seen appear to be more related to details in the parametrization rather than the different functional forms of the two equations of state.  相似文献

Magnetic hysteresis is demonstrated for monolayers of the single‐molecule magnet (SMM) Dy2ScN@C80 deposited on Au(111), Ag(100), and MgO|Ag(100) surfaces by vacuum sublimation. The topography and electronic structure of Dy2ScN@C80 adsorbed on Au(111) were studied by STM. X‐ray magnetic CD studies show that the Dy2ScN@C80 monolayers exhibit similarly broad magnetic hysteresis independent on the substrate used, but the orientation of the Dy2ScN cluster depends strongly on the surface. DFT calculations show that the extent of the electronic interaction of the fullerene molecules with the surface is increasing dramatically from MgO to Au(111) and Ag(100). However, the charge redistribution at the fullerene‐surface interface is fully absorbed by the carbon cage, leaving the state of the endohedral cluster intact. This Faraday cage effect of the fullerene preserves the magnetic bistability of fullerene‐SMMs on conducting substrates and facilitates their application in molecular spintronics.  相似文献

In the cone conformation calix[4]arenes possess lower-rim polyphenolic pockets that are ideal for the complexation of various transition-metal centres. Reaction of these molecules with manganese salts in the presence of an appropriate base (and in some cases co-ligand) results in the formation of a family of calixarene-supported [Mn(III)(2)Mn(II)(2)] clusters that behave as single-molecule magnets (SMMs). Variation in the alkyl groups present at the upper-rim of the cone allows for the expression of a degree of control over the self-assembly of these SMM building blocks, whilst retaining the general magnetic properties. The presence of various different ligands around the periphery of the magnetic core has some effect over the extended self-assembly of these SMMs.  相似文献

In this work, we investigate the role of inherent structures in the vitrification process of glass-forming materials by using a two-component Lennard-Jones mixture. We start with a simplified model that describes the dynamics of the atomistic system as a Poisson process consisting of a series of transitions from one potential energy minimum (inherent structure) to another, the rate of individual transitions being described by a first-order kinetic law. We investigate the validity of this model by comparing the mean square displacement resulting from atomistic molecular dynamics (MD) trajectories with the corresponding mean square displacement based on inherent structures. Furthermore, in the case of vitrification via stepwise cooling, we identify the role of the potential energy landscape in determining the properties of the resulting glass. Interestingly, the cooling rate is not sufficient to define the resulting glass in a stepwise cooling process, because the time spent by the system at different temperatures (length of the steps) has a highly nonlinear impact on the properties of the resulting glass. In contrast to previous investigations of supercooled liquids, we focus on a range of temperatures close to and below the glass transition temperature, where the use of MD is incapable of producing equilibrated samples of the metastable supercooled state. Our aim is to develop a methodology that enables mapping the dynamics under these conditions to a coarse-grained first-order kinetic model based on the Poisson process approximation. This model can be used in order to extend our dynamical sampling ability to much broader time scales and therefore allow us to create computer glasses with cooling rates closer to those used experimentally. In a continuation to this work, we provide the mathematical formulation for lifting the coarse-grained Poisson process model and reproducing the full dynamics of the atomistic system.  相似文献

The preparation of an entirely supramolecular, multichromophoric azaborondipyrromethene ( ABDP )/zinc tetraphenylporphyrin ( ZnTPP )/exfoliated graphene ( GR ) nanoensemble was accomplished. The ABDP derivative bears glycol chains for enhancing solubility and a pyridine functionality for allowing coordination with ZnTPP . The ABDP / ZnTPP/GR nanoensemble was characterized in terms of morphology and composition by using complementary microscopy imaging, thermogravimetric analysis, Raman as well as steady-state and time-resolved absorption and emission spectroscopy. The photophysical and electrochemical assessment of ABDP / ZnTPP/GR as well as the binding properties of the ABDP / ZnTPP complex, employed as a reference, are presented. Energy and electron transfer events were observed in ABDP / ZnTPP upon photoexcitation. However, in the case of ABDP / ZnTPP/GR , the graphene-induced aggregation of the chromophores alters their electronic interactions, enhancing the energy/electron transfer process between them.  相似文献

A series of L-serine amides of antioxidant acids, such as Trolox, (E)-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)acrylic acid (phenolic derivative of cinnamic acid) and 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzoic acid (structurally similar to butylated hydroxytoluene), was synthesized. The hydroxy group of serine was esterified with two classical NSAIDs, ibuprofen and ketoprofen. The Trolox derivatives with ibuprofen (7) and ketoprofen (10) were the most potent inhibitors of lipid peroxidation (IC50 3.4 μΜ and 2.8 μΜ), several times more potent than the reference Trolox (IC50 25 μΜ). Most of the compounds decreased carrageenan-induced rat paw edema (37–67% at 150 μmol/kg). They were moderate inhibitors of soybean lipoxygenase, with the exception of ibuprofen derivative 8 (IC50 13 μΜ). The most active anti-inflammatory compounds exhibited a significant decrease in lipidemic indices in the plasma of Triton-induced hyperlipidemic rats, e.g., the most active compound 9 decreased triglycerides, total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol by 52%, 61% and 70%, respectively, at 150 μmol/kg (i.p.), similar to that of simvastatin, a well-known hypocholesterolemic drug. Since the designed compounds seem to exhibit multiple pharmacological actions, they may be of use for the development of agents against inflammatory and degenerative conditions.  相似文献
