The elemental composition and antioxidant activity have been obtained for regional mushrooms species, wild and cultivated, from Dambovita County, Romania. A multivariate approach and data mining techniques (principal component analysis and cluster analysis, respectively) were applied in order to evaluate the correlation matrix for these parameters for both caps and stipes of mushrooms. The associations between metallic elements (i.e., Fe, Cu, Cd, Pb, Co, Ni, Zn, Mn, Cr, Na, K, Ca and Mg) correlated with antioxidant activity, total phenolics, and total flavonoids were carried out by using a full factorial linear design. The multivariate functional analysis revealed on associated accumulation of several elements in mushrooms. In the cluster analysis, the dataset was treated to appreciate the correlation between metals group (e.g., heavy metals, such as Fe, Cu, Cd, Pb, Co, Ni, Zn, Mn, Cr, and important nutritional elements, such as Na, K, Ca, and Mg). Fungal species with similar characteristics in terms of metal accumulation formed two distinctive clusters. From a point of view of the consumer, the content of Cd and especially Pb in the fruiting bodies of the analyzed mushrooms species may be considered elevated, so that mapping the risk is compulsory. Applying the chemometric tools in the sense mentioned above, as well as in helping the scientific research by optimizing the number of data points, was shown to be extremely useful.  相似文献

Instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) was used to determine various trace elements in crop vegetation (potato, carrot and maize) grown around a phosphate fertilizer plant in Romania. INAA using long-lived radionuclides was applied at NIPNE in Bucharest, and based on short-lived radionuclides at JINR in Dubna. The results for Na, Mg, Cl, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Zn, As, and Hg were compared with Romanian norms for the alimentary products, as well as with literature data. Concentration ratios to control samples for both soil and crop as well as concentration factors of crop to host soil were assessed. Three new copper(II) complex compounds with chlorhexidine diacetate as a ligand have been prepared and characterized by elemental and thermogravimetrical analyses, molar conductances, magnetic susceptibility measurements, infrared, electronic and EPR spectra. The complexes correspond to the formulas: [Cu2(CHX)Cl4]·2C2H5OH, [Cu2(CHX)Br4]·2C2H5OH and [Cu2(CHX)(CH3COO)2] (CH3COO)2·2C2H5OH, where CHX = chlorhexidine, their composition and stereochemistry depending on the reaction conditions and the metal salt used. Chlorhexidine acts as neutral tetradentate NNNN donor, coordinating through the four imine nitrogen atoms. Investigations on antimicrobial activity in vitro show that all the complexes are active against the tested microorganisms, the complex with chloride being more active against Gram negative bacteria than chlorhexidine diacetate..   相似文献

The coinsurance problem is an important topic in insurance decisions. A risk-averse agent should choose a coinsurance rate maximizing the expected final wealth. In this paper, we propose a possibilistic model of coinsurance problem. A decision problem whose solution is the optimal coinsurance is formulated. An MV-space is a topological space X such that there exists an MV-algebra A whose prime spectrum Spec A is homeomorphic to X. The characterization of the MV-spaces is an important open problem.We shall prove that any projective limit of MV-spaces in the category of spectral spaces is an MV-space. The efficiency of erbium three-micron laser (laser transition 4I11/24I13/2) depends essentially on the ratio of the parameters of active energy transfer upconversion (ETU) from the laser levels. The parameters of both ETU processes can be obtained from the analysis of the shape of the kinetics of the 4I11/2 level in concentrated Er:YAG crystals, under short pulse pumping. Mathematical modeling is used to evaluate the sensitivity of the method and to estimate the errors which can be introduced by the inhomogeneous pumping and accidental impurities. It was found that the ratio of the parameters corresponding to the ETU from the laser levels is less sensitive to the pumping inhomogeneities than that corresponding to the lower laser level. A reduction of this ratio with increasing erbium concentration is observed.  相似文献

We analysed the asymptotic behaviour of breakthrough curves (BTCs) obtained after a single pulse injection in a 1D flow domain. Five different types of solute transport with nonequilibrium sorption were considered. The properties of the porous medium were assumed to be spatially constant. For long times, the concentration at a fixed position in time was found to decay like exp(–t) where depends on both the transport parameters and the parameters describing the nonequilibrium process. The results from the asymptotic analysis were compared with 1D numerical transport calculations. For all cases examined a good agreement between numerical calculations and the asymptotic analysis was found. The results from the asymptotic analysis provide an alternative way to determine transport and sorption related parameters from BTCs. The derived relationships between and the model parameters are however only valid for large times. This requires that the very low concentrations need to be measured and not only the bulk mass, too. By either increasing or decreasing the velocity during BTC experiments additional asymptotic equations are obtained which can be used to determine the value of the model parameters. The results from the asymptotic analysis can also be used in standard inverse modelling techniques to either obtain good initial guesses or to reduce the parameter space. The fact that linear nonequilibrium processes decay like exp(–t) can be used to qualitatively evaluate observed BTCs. The asymptotic analysis can also be easily extended to a larger class of transport problems (e.g. transport of solutes with microbial decay) provided that the overall transport problem remains linear in the concentration.  相似文献

The competition between two laser transitions in Er:YLiF4 (4S3/2 → 4I15/2 at 551 nm and 4S3/2 → 4I13/2 at 850 nm) is studied using a model based on rate equations. The laser emission is pumped by upconversion at 795 nm; for comparison, we also discuss upconversion pumping by another mechanism, at 970 nm. The conditions that favor laser emission in various regimes on these two transitions are found.  相似文献
