The aim of this study was to determine the systemic distribution of magnetic nanoparticles of 100 nm diameter (MNPs) coupled to a specific monoclonal antibody anti-Her2 in an experimental breast cancer (BC) model. The study was performed in two groups of Sprague–Dawley rats: control (n = 6) and BC chemically induced (n = 3). Bioconjugated “anti-Her2-MNPs” were intravenously administered, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) monitored its systemic distribution at seven times after administration. Non-heme iron presence associated with the location of the bioconjugated anti-Her2-MNPs in splenic, hepatic, cardiac and tumor tissues was detected by Perl’s Prussian blue (PPB) stain. Optical density measurements were used to semiquantitatively determine the iron presence in tissues on the basis of a grayscale values integration of T1 and T2 MRI sequence images. The results indicated a delayed systemic distribution of MNPs in cancer compared to healthy conditions with a maximum concentration of MNPs in cancer tissue at 24 h post-infusion. 相似文献

Some new benzoxazolyl isoxazoles, benzothiazolyl isoxazoles and benzimidazolyl isoxazoles connected by amide bonds ( 7-9 ) were prepared from N-benzazolylcarbamoylmethylcinnamamides ( 1-3 ) adopting eco-friendly synthetic methodologies. In fact, cycloaddition of nitrile oxide generated from araldoxime using iodosobenzene and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide to 1-3 followed by treatment with iodine in dimethyl sulfoxide led to the formation of title compounds with good yields and in shorter reaction times. The structures of all the synthesized compounds were confirmed by spectral parameters, viz, IR, NMR, and mass spectra and were assayed for antimicrobial activity. Among all the tested compounds, 8a and 8c displayed excellent antibacterial activity, whereas 9a and 9c showed promising antifungal activity. 相似文献

In this article, we develop patch‐wise local projection‐stabilized conforming and nonconforming finite element methods for the convection–diffusion–reaction problems. It is a composition of the standard Galerkin finite element method, the patch‐wise local projection stabilization, and weakly imposed Dirichlet boundary conditions on the discrete solution. In this paper, a priori error analysis is established with respect to a patch‐wise local projection norm for the conforming and the nonconforming finite element methods. The numerical experiments confirm the efficiency of the proposed stabilization technique and validate the theoretical convergence rates. 相似文献
