Studies on the Physicochemical Properties, Structure and Antitumor Activity of an Oligosaccharide Homologue SnS-2 from the Root of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsh

An oligosaccharide homologue named SnS-2 was isolated from the root of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl.SnS-2 was purified by means of gel-permeation chromatography and ion-exchange chromatography. Its physicochemical properties, including carbohydrate content and molecular weight were determined. The structure of SnS-2 was elucidated by chemical methods along with ^1H and ^13C NMR spectroscopy, including two-dimensional DQCOSY and H-detected ^1H, ^13C HMQC experiments. These results show that SnS-2 possesses a backbone consisting of terminal α-Galp-(1→, α-Galp-(1→6), α-Glcp-(1→6) and nonreducing end β-Fruf-(2→. The bioactive assay showed that it could inhibit the growth of Lewis pulmonary carcinoma implanted in mice.     

流动注射—化学发光法测定苯甲醛

依据苯甲醛增强没食子酸－过氧化氢－氢氧化钠体系化学发光的性质，建立了苯甲醛的流动注射化学发光分析法。     

2,6-二乙酰吡啶类双希夫碱配合物的合成和研究 Ⅱ.Cu(Ⅱ)配合物的合成和研究

合成了五个2,6-二乙酰吡啶缩肼基硫代甲酸酯双希夫碱合铜(Ⅱ)配合物,用元素分析、磁化率、红外光谱及紫外-可见光谱等对它们进行了表征,研究了配合物的电化学性质和Cu₃L₂²X₂(X=Cl^-、SCN^-)的光电子能谱。结果表明:五个Cu(Ⅱ)配合物均为三核配合物,在Cu₃L₂²(SCN)₂中存在Cu(Ⅱ)间的自旋-交换作用。     

Divisors on Generic Complete Intersections in Projective Space

Let be a generic complete intersection of hypersurfaces of degree in -dimensional projective space. We study the question when a divisor on is nonrational or of general type, and give an alternative proof of a result of Ein. We also give some improvement of Ein's result in the case .

     

Adsorption enthalpy and desorption enthalpy during displacement of adsorbate to solvent in a liquid-solid system

The adsorption heat of the stoichiometric displacement process for the adsorption of a solute in a liquid-solid system was investigated. On the basis of the SDM-A and the rule of the additivity of energy, an expression which describes the dependence of the adsorption enthalpy on the nature and concentration of the solute, and on the solvent and adsorbent, was derived. The adsorption heat determined for the solute with the traditional method can be divided into two independent fractions, relating to the adsorption of the solute and to the desorption of the solvent. Experimental data on both isotherms from the literatures and precise calorimetry were used to test the adsorption heat and its fractions computed quantitatively via the equations presented in this study, and a satisfactory degree of conformity between them was obtained. 脱色阴离子交换剂的再生研究

提出一种新的离子交换剂再生理论，即吸附物的脱附依靠离子交换和络合的协同效应完成．以二价钙离子为再生剂，对糖液脱色用的阴离子交换树脂和阴离子交换纤维进行再生，并与传统的碱性钠盐相比较，研究证明钙离子为再生剂的工艺，具有低成本、无污染的特点．
