Electrochemical extraction of alkaloids from ephedra herbage

The process of extracting ephedra herbage in a constant electric field has been studied. It has been shown that the application of an electric field considerably accelerates the isolation of the alkaloid molecules from the cellulose of the plant raw material. The main kinetic characteristics of the electroextraction of the total alkaloids as functions of various factors have been obtained.

Crystal and molecular structure of 2e-diethylamino-3e,4e-dimethyl-5e-phenyl-2a-thio-1,3,2-oxazaphospholane

The results of an x-ray structural investigation of 2e-diethylamino-3e,4e-dimethyl-5e-phenyl-2a-thio-1,3,2-oxazaphospholane are discussed. Synthesis and Structure of Dithiocarbamates Derived from Ephedrine Alkaloids

Products of the reactions of l-ephedrine and d-pseudoephedrine with saturated and unsaturated alkyl halides and carbon disulfide in the presence of triethylamine were obtained. Synthesis and aphicidal activity of ethyl N-aroylaminoacetates

Ethyl aminoacetate was acylated with various aroyl chlorides. The resulting ethyl N-aroylacetates were tested for aphicidal activity.
