Reaction of d-Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride with Anisaldehyde in the Presence of Sodium Cyanide

2-(p-Methoxyphenyl)-3,4-dimethyl-5-phenyl-1,3-oxadiazolidine was synthesized, and its steric structure was studied by X-ray diffraction.     

Synthesis of β-d-glucopyranosyl- and β-d-galactopyranosylamines from 4-bromo-3-methylaniline and 2-amino-5-bromopyridine

The possibility of coupling of d-glucose and d-galactose with 4-bromo-3-methylaniline, 2,4,6-tribromoaniline, and 2-amino-5-bromopyridine was studied. The substituent in the aromatic ring was found to influence the conditions and possibility of the reaction. The yields of β-d-glucopyranosyl- and β-d-galactopyranosylamines from 4-bromo-3-methylaniline and 2-amino-5-bromopyridine were 50–65%; 2,4,6-tribromoaniline did not react at all.     

Synthesis and steric structure of 3,4-dimethyl-2-(3-methyl-1-phenylbuta-1,2-dienyl)-5-phenyl-1,3,2λ<Superscript>5</Superscript>-oxazaphospholane 2-oxide

Allenic 1,3,2-oxazaphospholanes on the basis of d-pseudoephedrine were synthesized. The steric structure of 3,4-dimethyl-2-(3-methyl-1-phenylbuta-1,2-dienyl)-5-phenyl-1,3,2λ⁵-oxazaphospholane 2-oxide was determined by X-ray diffraction.     

Synthesis and crystal structure of (4S,5R)-2-[2-(hydroxyethyl)imino]-3,4-dimethyl-5-phenyl-1,3-thiazolidine

Acid hydrolysis of l-N-[N′-(2-vinyloxy)ethylcarbamothioyl]ephedrine was studied. The synthesized (4S,5R)-2-[2-(hydroxyethyl)imino]-3,4-dimethyl-5-phenyl-1,3-thiazolidine was studied by means of X-ray diffraction.     

Synthesis of ephedrine (dialkyl phosphorothioate)s. Crystallographic structure of ephedrine (diethyl phosphorothioate)

The synthesis of ephedrine (dialkyl phosphorothioate)s has been effected. The method of their preparation and their properties are described. Synthesis of organophosphorus derivatives of lupinine and solasodine and investigation of their cholinergic activities

The synthesis of lupinine O-(dialkyl phosphate)s and of solasodine O-(diethyl phosphate) has been achieved under the conditions of phase-transfer catalysis-and their antienzyme activities have been studied.     

Synthesis and molecular structure of 2-hydroxy-2-(p-nitrophenyl)ethyl morpholine-4-carbodithioate

2-Hydroxy-2-(p-nitrophenyl)ethyl morpholine-4-carbodithioate was synthesized by reaction of p-nitrophenyloxirane with carbon disulfide and morpholine, and its molecular structure was studied by the X-ray diffraction method.
