N-{2-[5-(2-Hydroxyphenylmethyleneamino)-1-alkylbenzimidazol-2-yl]phenyl}-4-methyl-benzenesulfamides (H2L) and their zinc complexes Zn2L2 were synthesized. The structure of the ligands and complexes was studied by IR, UV, 1Н NMR, X-ray absorption spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction analysis. The chemical and electrochemical syntheses of the zinc (I) and cadmium (II) complexes are carried out on the basis of the tridentate Schiff base (H2L), the condensation product of (2-tosylaminoaniline) N-(2-aminophenyl)-4-methylbenzenesulfunamide with 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-formylpyrazole-5-thiol. The structures and compositions of the synthesized metallochelates are proved by the data of C, H, and N elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, and 1H NMR spectroscopy. X-ray absorption spectroscopy is used to determine the structure of the zinc complex. The binuclear structure of the cadmium complex is confirmed by the X-ray diffraction data (CIF file CCDC no. 1471159). The optical properties of H2L and the zinc and cadmium complexes in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) solutions are studied. 相似文献

N-Alkylsalicylideneimines and their complexes with 3d metals were obtained by chemical (from metal salts) and electrochemical methods (from metals in the zero oxidation state). The compounds obtained were characterized by IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. According to crystallographic data, nickel bis(chelate) exists in the trans-planar configuration. A polynomial expansion is proposed as a new way to discretize the Griffin-Wheeler-Hartree-Fock equations of the Generator Coordinate Hartree-Fock method. The implementation of the polynomial expansion in the Generator Coordinate Hartree-Fock method discretizes the Griffin-Wheeler-Hartree-Fock equations through a numerical mesh which is not equally spaced. This procedure makes the optimization of Gaussian exponents in the Generator Coordinate Hartree-Fock method more flexible and more efficient. The results obtained with the polynomial expansion for atomic Hartree-Fock energies show this technique is very powerful when employed in the design of compact and high accurate Gaussian basis sets used in ab initio non-relativistic (Hartree-Fock) and relativistic (Dirac-Fock) calculations. 相似文献
