Seven new alkaloids, named as 1,9-epoxy-9a-hydroxystenine (1), tuberostemoline A (2), tuberostemoline B (3), tuberostemoninol C (4), oxotuberostemonine A (5), the mixture of bisdehydrotuberostemonine D (6), and bisdehydrotuberostemonine E (7), together with four known alkaloids neotuberostemonine (8), sessilifoline B (9), stemoxazolidinone F (10), and tuberostemoninol A (11), were isolated from the roots of Stemona tuberosa. The structures of 1–7 were elucidated through extensive spectroscopic analysis, and the relative configurations of 1–6 and 8 were further confirmed by X-ray crystallographic data. Compounds 8, 9 and the mixture of 6 & 7 exhibited potential acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitory activities. 相似文献

An efficient method of ligand-free Cu-catalyzed oxidative decarboxylative homocoupling of aryl propiolic acids was developed. When CuI was employed as the catalyst and I2 as the oxidant, the decarboxylative homocoupling reaction for Csp–Csp bond formation in DMSO underwent smoothly to afford the corresponding 1,4-disubstituted 1,3-dialkynes in good to excellent yields without any organic ligands. The enantioselective reduction of prochiral ketones with NaBH4/Me2SO4/(S)-Me-CBS is described. Borane is generated in situ via the reaction of NaBH4 with Me2SO4 in tetrahydrofuran, which is as efficient as the commercial one. Such in situ–generated borane reagent was applied to reduce prochiral ketones in the presence of chiral oxazaborolidine catalyst directly. The corresponding chiral secondary alcohols were obtained with excellent enantiomeric excesses (93–99% ee) and good to excellent yield (80–99%). 相似文献

A silver(I)-catalyzed reaction of 2-alkynylaryl aldimine with trimethyl(trifluoromethyl)silane is reported. This reaction proceeds efficiently under extremely mild conditions to generate 1-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2-dihydroisoquinolines in good yields. A practical HPLC-free total synthesis of chlorofusin has been successfully accomplished in this work. The new synthesis showed great flexibility and convenience in generating artificial natural product-like mimics through Click chemistry, and enabled us to further investigate the biological importance of the chromophore and the spiro-aminal functionality of the natural product. The entire skeleton is believed to be essential for satisfactory biological activities of both natural chlorofusin and unnatural mimics. An experimental study on yield stress of water-in-heavy crude oil emulsions has been carried out by using a HAAKE RS6000 Rheometer with a vane-type rotor. Several factors such as oil volume fraction, shear rate, temperature, and emulsifying agent on the yield stress of emulsions were investigated. Zero shear viscosity of heavy crude oil was 6000 mPas at 30°C, with a density 955 kg/m3. This study shows that the yield stress increases linearly with the increasing shear rate, and displays an exponential decay with increasing the temperature and oil volume fraction. Although the addition of emulsifying agent enhanced the stability of the emulsion, to some extent it also increased the yield stress, especially for the emulsions with high oil volume fractions. Therefore, to reduce the start-up force for the pipeline transport of water-in-heavy crude oil emulsions, the starting rate should be decreased, temperature increased, or oil volume fraction increased. These results are helpful to improve the transportation of water-in-heavy crude oil in pipeline. 相似文献

为寻找具有更高生物活性、更环保的新农药杀菌剂,基于杀菌剂氟咯菌腈设计并合成了10个新型吡唑联吡咯类杂环化合物,以吡唑环代替氟咯菌腈上原有的苯环,以期提高其杀菌活性.采用1H NMR,FTIR,单晶X射线衍射、元素分析和熔点测定等测试手段对目标化合物及其中间体的结构进行了表征与确认,并通过挥发法培养得到了6个目标化合物的单晶.还对其中6个化合物进行了生物活性测试,测试结果表明各化合物对水稻纹枯病、黄瓜灰霉病、黄瓜霜霉病均表现出一定的抑菌效果,可作为先导化合物对其结构进行深入的研究,为新农药杀菌剂的开发提供了理论支持. 相似文献

Through the use of a homemade sol–gel‐derived fiber, a headspace solid‐phase microextraction technique coupled to gas chromatography with mass spectrometry was developed for the determination of fatty acids with long, even‐numbered carbon chains (C12–C24) in soil samples. The experimental parameters such as reaction time, temperature, and ionic strength that might affect derivatization, extraction, and desorption were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, the linearity of the method ranged from 0.1 to 100 mg/L with a correlation coefficient >0.997. The limit of detection values based on a signal‐to‐noise ratio of 3:1 were determined with the concentration from 0.39 to 39.4 μg/L. The recoveries of the method for the soil samples were from 91.15 to 108.1%. This developed method using a homemade fiber showed a higher sensitivity than that using a commercial polydimethylsiloxane fiber and was also for the analysis of real soil samples from the Paomaling geological park of China. 相似文献

Alkaloids from Cortex Phellodendron amurense Rupr. were identified to determine the material basis for the bioactivity of this herb. HPLC–ESI‐MS with photodiode array detection coupled to XCharge C18 column was applied to analyze the alkaloids qualitatively and quantitatively. A total of 37 alkaloids were identified and tentatively characterized from the ethanol extract by online ESI‐MSn fragmentation and UV spectral analysis. A total of ten alkaloids, including four novel natural products, were tentatively identified for the first time in P. amurense. The fragmentation pathways for certain compounds were analyzed. The contents of a pair of isomers (columbamine and jatrorrhizine) and four main alkaloids (phellodendrine, magnoflorine, berberine, and palmatine) were simultaneously quantified using the aforementioned method. Results showed that the newly discovered and known components of P. amurense were helpful in determining the material basis for the bioactivity of the herb. The application of the XCharge C18 column is a suitable and practical method for the isolation of alkaloids in plants. 相似文献

The lateral root of Aconitum carmichaeli, a popular traditional Chinese medicine, has been widely used to treat rheumatic diseases. For decades, diterpenoid alkaloids have dominated the phytochemical and biomedical research on this plant. In this study, a rapid and sensitive method based on ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled with linear ion trap‐Orbitrap tandem mass spectrometry was developed to characterize the diterpenoid alkaloids in Aconitum carmichaeli. Based on an optimized chromatographic condition, more than 120 diterpenoid alkaloids were separated with good resolution. Using a systematic strategy that combines high resolution separation, highly accurate mass measurements and a good understanding of the diagnostic fragment‐based fragmentation patterns, these diterpenoid alkaloids were identified or tentatively identified. The identification of these chemicals provided essential data for further phytochemical studies and toxicity research of Aconitum carmichaeli. Moreover, the ultra high performance liquid chromatography with linear ion trap‐Orbitrap mass spectrometry platform was an effective and accurate tool for rapid qualitative analysis of secondary metabolite productions from natural resources. 相似文献
