The structures, stabilities and electronic properties of neutral and anionic B3Sin (n?=?1–17) clusters have been systemically investigated on the basis of density functional theory at the B3LYP/6-311?+?G(d) level and CALYPSO structure prediction method. The structural searches show that three boron atoms tend to form B3 triangle encapsulated into Sin cages with the increasing number of silicon atoms. Most of the lowest energy structures can be derived by using the squashed pentagonal bipyramid structure of B3Si4 and B3Si4? as the major building unit. The relative stabilities are studied based on the calculated binding energies, second-order difference of energies and HOMO–LUMO gaps of the lowest energy structures. In addition, Hirshfeld, natural population analysis, Bader approaches and natural electronic configuration are performed to explore the charge transfer. At last, molecular orbital, magnetic properties, IR, Raman and UV–vis spectra are also, respectively, analysed for providing strong support for essential theoretical and experimental research.  相似文献

矿井喷雾降尘是利用水雾使粉尘润湿沉降的过程,考虑到固体与液体间分子作用力,本文采用格子Boltzmann方法对液滴沿固壁铺展的动力学行为进行了数值模拟,结果发现铺展直径及动态接触角随时间呈指数规律,确定了液滴表面张力与铺展最大直径间的关系,固壁润湿性对铺展最大速度值影响较大,这些与物理试验及文献结果符合良好. 进一步考察了疏水性强的固壁,发现当液滴表面张力足够小时,铺展接触角可以在90°以下,与理论公式符合. 研究发现铺展过程中伴随着振荡,且铺展到最大时液膜有回缩趋势. 关键词: 液滴 格子Boltzmann方法 铺展 数值模拟  相似文献

Multiply-alkylated cyclopentanes (MACs) composite thin films containing Cu nanoparticles are fabricated on the octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS)-modified substrate by a spin-coating technique. The thickness, wetting behavior, and nanoscale morphologies of the films are characterized by means of ellipsometry, contact angle measurement, and atomic force microscope (AFM). The friction and wear behaviors of the thin films sliding against Si3N4 ball are examined on a UMT-2MT tribometer in a ball-on-disk contact mode. The worn surfaces of the OTS-MAC-Cu composite film and the counterpart Si3N4 balls are investigated with a scanning electron microscope. Water contact angle on OTS-MAC-Cu composite film is higher than that of OTS-MAC film. OTS-MAC-Cu composite film exhibits higher load-carrying capacity and better friction reduction and antiwear behavior as compared with OTS-MAC film. This may be attributed to the load-carrying and self-repairing property of the Cu nanoparticles in the composite film and the formation of a transfer layer composed of OTS, MAC, and Cu on the rubbing surface of the counterpart ball.  相似文献

In this article, water-soluble graphene–cadmium telluride quantum dot nanocomposites were fabricated through the synthesis of cadmium telluride quantum dots in the presence of graphene aqueous dispersion. It was found that pyrene could remarkably quench fluorescence of graphene–cadmium telluride quantum dot nanocomposites. On this basis, a novel method for the determination of pyrene was developed. Factors affecting the pyrene detection were investigated, and the optimum conditions were determined. Under the optimum conditions, a linear relationship could be established between the quenching of fluorescence intensity of graphene–cadmium telluride quantum dot nanocomposites and the pyrene concentration in the range of 6.00 × 10?8–2.00 × 10?6 mol L?1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9959. The detection limit was 4.02 × 10?8 mol L?1. Furthermore, the nanocomposites were applied to practical determination of pyrene in different water samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Abstract

Exhaustive extraction of analytes in their original chemical forms from samples with complex matrices is a pivotal step for speciation analysis. Herein we propose a pretreatment method for extracting and preconcentrating methylmercury and ethylmercury from coal samples by using KBr–H2SO4/CuSO4–C6H5CH3–Na2S2O3 system. The extraction conditions, including the volume of the organic phase and the extraction time, were optimized in detail. Speciation analysis of alkylmercuries was carried out by high‐performance liquid chromatography online coupled with UV‐digestion and cold vapor atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The detection limits were 0.6 ng mL?1 for methylmercury and 1 ng mL?1 for ethylmercury, respectively. The recoveries of methylmercury and ethylmercury spiked in a sample were 84% and 82%, respectively. The method was applied successfully to analysis of alkylmercuries in four coal samples collected from northeast China.  相似文献

The Fano and Kondo cooperated resonant tunneling through a quantum dot interferometer under the perturbation of a rotating magnetic field is investigated theoretically. The spin-polarized current components have been derived generally by employing the Keldysh nonequilibrium Green?s function method, through which the charge and spin currents are determined directly. The numerical calculations on spin and charge currents are performed to show the compound features of mesoscopic transport associated with the Kondo, Fano, and Zeeman effects intimately. The induced spin current in the Kondo regime is much different from the one in the non-interacting regime. The spin current is tuned from resonant peak to valley by varying external parameters.  相似文献

By applying a femtosecond stimulating pulse, we theoretically study the stimulated processes of an exciton and a biexciton in a polymer within the framework of an extended Su–Schrieffer–Heeger tight-binding model. For an exciton, it is obtained that the stimulated emission and absorption between the intragap levels take place with the same probability, by which we will not get the light amplification. However, the light amplification can be realized by the stimulated emission between the intragap levels in a biexciton, which is found to have two different modes. Finally, effect of the stimulating energy and intensity on the stimulated processes is separately analyzed. These results might be of great importance for further improving the optical applications of polymers, especially for optimizing the polymer laser properties.  相似文献

Turbulent piloted Bunsen flames of stoichiometric methane–air mixtures are computed using the large eddy simulation (LES) paradigm involving an algebraic closure for the filtered reaction rate. This closure involves the filtered scalar dissipation rate of a reaction progress variable. The model for this dissipation rate involves a parameter βc representing the flame front curvature effects induced by turbulence, chemical reactions, molecular dissipation, and their interactions at the sub-grid level, suggesting that this parameter may vary with filter width or be a scale-dependent. Thus, it would be ideal to evaluate this parameter dynamically by LES. A procedure for this evaluation is discussed and assessed using direct numerical simulation (DNS) data and LES calculations. The probability density functions of βc obtained from the DNS and LES calculations are very similar when the turbulent Reynolds number is sufficiently large and when the filter width normalised by the laminar flame thermal thickness is larger than unity. Results obtained using a constant (static) value for this parameter are also used for comparative evaluation. Detailed discussion presented in this paper suggests that the dynamic procedure works well and physical insights and reasonings are provided to explain the observed behaviour.  相似文献

本文采用完全非线性弹性理论,研究了一类不可压缩橡皮类材料[1]在Ⅰ型荷载作用下的平面应力问题.指出裂尖变形由两个收缩区和一个扩张区三部分组成.裂纹尖端应力、应变分别具有R-1、R-1/n的奇异性,当趋近裂尖时,厚度以R1/4n的方式趋于零,n为材料常数.  相似文献
