随机网络计划在审计中的应用

审计作为市场经济的自我约束机制,在经济发展中有着不可或缺的责任.本文利用随机网络技术进行分析,旨在设计出高效率的审计活动方案.首先,利用PERT技术建立了确定型的审计活动模型,在此基础上给出了时间—资源优化下的最优人员分配方案;其次,利用GERT技术建立了随机型的审计活动模型,引入矩母函数和梅森公式进行GERT解析求解求出所需的工期等指标,同时采用蒙特卡罗模拟求解验证解析求解的准确性,为审计活动的工期控制提供了理论依据.最后对于工作时间确定的GERT模型,结合PERT和GERT两种技术对其进行简化分析,从而得到了时间—资源优化下的最优人员分配方案.     

Highly photocatalytic activity of metallic hydroxide/titanium dioxide nanoparticles prepared via a modified wet precipitation process

Surface modification is one important approach to increase the photocatalytic activity of TiO₂. By using a modified wet precipitation process, novel M(OH)_x/TiO₂ nanoparticles were synthesized, where M(OH)_x represents ferric or cupric hydroxide. The prepared M(OH)_x/TiO₂ powders were characterized with XRD, FT-IR, BET, UV–vis DRS, and TGA, and were observed to yield high photocatalytic ability by using methyl orange (MO) as a model compound of organic pollutants to be degraded. Due to the accelerating effects of the new photocatalyst, the half-time of MO during its photocatalytic degradation at pH 6.0 over M(OH)_x/TiO₂ was decreased from 332 min for unmodified neat TiO₂ to 63 min for Fe(OH)₃/TiO₂ and 65 min for Cu(OH)₂/TiO₂, respectively. The enhancing effects of M(OH)_x/TiO₂ was further observed in a wide composition range with various M/Ti atomic ratios in the photocatalysts and in a wide pH range of the MO solution from 3 to 7. This enhancing effect is mainly attributed to the increased trapping of the photogenerated electron by the higher valence sites (Fe(III) or Cu(II)) in the hydroxide layer near the M(OH)_x/TiO₂ interface and the enriched surface hydroxyl groups which accept photogenerated holes to yield more hydroxyl radicals.     

Cap representations of G2 and the spin L-function of PGSp6

We give a construction of a family of CAP representations of the exceptional group G ₂, whose existence is predicted by Arthur’s conjecture. These are constructed by lifting certain cuspidal representations of PGS _p6. To show that the lifting is non-zero, we establish a Rankin-Selberg integral for the degree 8 Spin L-function of these cuspidal representations of PGS _p6.     

Global determinism of semigroups having regular globals

The aim of this paper is to study the global determinism of the class \({\mathcal {A}}\) of all semigroups having regular globals. It is known from PeliKán (Periodica Math Hungarica 4:103–106, 1973) and Pondělí?ek (On semigroups having regular globals, 1976) that \({\mathcal {A}}\) can be divided into two subclasses: the class \({\mathcal {A}}_{2}\) of all semigroups having idempotent globals and the class \({\mathcal {A}}_{3}\) of all semigroups having regular but non-idempotent globals. We prove that \({\mathcal {A}}_{2}\) is globally determined and that \({\mathcal {A}}_{3}\) satisfies the strong isomorphism property. This shows that \({\mathcal {A}}\) is globally determined.     

国产航空有机玻璃在冲击载荷下的热粘弹性力学响应

本文以鸟撞高速飞机风档问题为背景,对国产航空有机玻璃3~#PMMA在从准静载荷的应变率(10~(-4)S~(-1))直到冲击载荷的高应变率(10~3S~(-1))范围,和环境温度从-60℃到+100℃范围内的力学性能进行了系统的实验研究,并建立了相应的非线性热粘弹性本构方程。理论预示与实验结果符合。另外还对3~#PMMA低温及高应变率冲击脆化现象进行了讨论,发现与这一现象相一致,3~#PMMA在高应变率冲击条件下的玻璃化温度有明显的提高。     

Influence of hydrogen and helium implantation on the properties of structural materials

The influence of hydrogen and helium impurities on physical and mechanical properties of EP-450 ferrite steel has been studied. The techniques of elastic recoil detection analysis, Rutherford backscattering, acoustic emission, acoustic energy dissipation rate measurements, magnetic and eddy-current methods were used. Microhardness of steel samples containing hydrogen and helium has been studied by nanoindentation. Microscopic investigation of the steel surface after hydrogenation and after exposing to monoenergetic 40-keV helium ions has been performed.     

ORBITAL INSTABILITY OF STANDING WAVES FOR THE COUPLED NONLINEAR KLEIN-GORDON EQUATIONS

This paper deals with a type of standing waves for the coupled nonlinear Klein-Gordon equations in three space dimensions. First we construct a suitable constrained variational problem and obtain the existence of the standing waves with ground state by using variational argument. Then we prove the orbital instability of the standing waves by defining invariant sets and applying some priori estimates.     

THE INTERIOR LAYER SOLUTION TO NONLOCAL REACTION DIFFUSION EQUATIONS

An initial boundary value problem of semilinear nonlocal reaction diffusion equations is considered.Under some suitable conditions,using the asymptotic theory,the existence and asymptotic behavior of the interior layer solution to the initial boundary value problem are studied.     

Spectral radius of graphs with given matching number

In this paper, we show that of all graphs of order n with matching number β, the graphs with maximal spectral radius are K_n if n = 2β or 2β + 1; if 2β + 2 ? n < 3β + 2; or if n = 3β + 2; if n > 3β + 2, where is the empty graph on t vertices.
