A rapid and easy route to formamides by microwave assisted N-formylation of primary and secondary amines is described. Using an insoluble polymer or an inorganic solid-supported reagent as a formylating agent, microwave irradiation furnished the corresponding formamides in high yields, with reduced reaction time and solvent volume over the conventional approach.  相似文献

A mild and selective C(sp3)?H aerobic oxidation enabled by decatungstate photocatalysis has been developed. The reaction can be significantly improved in a microflow reactor enabling the safe use of oxygen and enhanced irradiation of the reaction mixture. Our method allows for the oxidation of both activated and unactivated C?H bonds (30 examples). The ability to selectively oxidize natural scaffolds, such as (?)‐ambroxide, pregnenolone acetate, (+)‐sclareolide, and artemisinin, exemplifies the utility of this new method.  相似文献

The synthesis of diarylpalladium(II) complexes by twofold aryl C?H bond activation was developed. These intermediates of oxidative cyclization reactions are stabilized by chelation with acetyl groups while still maintaining sufficient reactivity to study their reductive elimination. Four distinct triggers were found for the reductive elimination of these complexes to dibenzofurans and carbazoles. Thermal elimination occurs at very high temperatures, whereas ligand‐promoted and oxidatively induced reductive eliminations proceed readily at room temperature. Under these conditions, no isomerization occurs. In contrast, weak Brønsted acids, such as acetic acid, lead to a sequence of proto‐demetalation, isomerization to a κ3‐diarylpalladium(II) complex, and reductive elimination to non‐symmetrical cyclization products.  相似文献

A series of 6- and 6,8-halocoumarin derivatives have been investigated as potential antiproliferative compounds against a panel of tumor and normal cell lines. Cytotoxic effects were determined by the MTT method. To investigate the potential molecular mechanism involved in the cytotoxic effect, apoptosis assay, cell cycle analysis, reactive oxygen species (ROS), and reduced glutathione analysis were performed. Among the screened compounds, coumarins 6,8-dibromo-2-oxo-2H-chromene-3-carbonitrile 2h and 6,8-diiodo-2-oxo-2H-chromene-3-carbonitrile 2k exhibited the most antiproliferative effect in thyroid cancer-derived cells TPC-1. The apoptosis assay showed that both 2h and 2k induced apoptosis in TPC-1 thyroid cancer cells. According to these experiments, both coumarins induced a slight increase in TPC-1 cells in the G2/M phase and a decrease in the S phase. A significant increase in ROS levels was observed in TPC-1 treated with diiodocoumarin 2k, while the dibromocoumarin 2h induced a decrease in ROS in a dose and time-dependent manner.  相似文献

1-5-benzoxathiepine compounds are a novel class of heterocyclic rings that present interesting properties as central nervous system depressants. With the aim to contribute to the elucidation of the structure-activity relationship of this class of compounds we report a structural study of the 3-hydroxy-1,5-benzoxathiepine both in solution and in the solid state. Studies by dynamic 13C-nmr in solution show that three conformations are possible for the oxathiepin ring. A unique chair conformation characterizes the atoms in the oxathiepine ring of the crystallized molecule. The crystal structure was solved by direct methods. Values of bond distances and angles are within the expected range.  相似文献

This study assessed the diagnostic potential of Raman spectroscopic mapping by evaluating its ability to distinguish between normal brain tissue and the human intracranial tumors gliomas and meningeomas. Seven Raman maps of native specimens were collected ex vivo by a Raman spectrometer with 785 nm excitation coupled to a microscope with a motorized stage. Variations within each Raman map were analyzed by cluster analysis. The dependence of tissue composition on the tissue type in cluster averaged Raman spectra was shown by linear combinations of reference spectra. Normal brain tissue was found to contain higher levels of lipids, intracranial tumors have more hemoglobin and lower lipid to protein ratios, meningeomas contain more collagen with maximum collagen content in normal meninges. One sample was studied without freezing. Whereas tumor regions did not change significantly, spectral changes were observed in the hemoglobin component after snap freezing and thawing to room temperature. The results constitute a basis for subsequent Raman studies to develop classification models for diagnosis of brain tissue.  相似文献

The realization of a reliable receptor biosensor requires stable, long-lasting, reconstituted biomembranes able to supply a suitable biomimetic environment where the receptor can properly work after incorporation. To this end, we developed a new method for preparing stable biological membranes that couple the biomimetic properties of BLMs (bilayer lipid membranes) with the high stability of HBMs (hybrid bilayer membranes); this gives rise to an innovative assembly, named MHBLM (mixed hybrid bilayer lipid membrane). The present work deals with the characterization of biosensors achieved by embedding an ionotropic glutamate receptor (GluR) on MHBLM. Thanks to signal (transmembrane current) amplification, which is typical of natural receptors, the biosensor here produced detects glutamate at a level of nmol L(-1). The transmembrane current changes linearly vs glutamate up to 100 nmol L(-1), while the limit of detection is 1 nmol L(-1). In addition, the biosensor response can be modulated both by receptor agonists (glycine) and antagonists (Mg(2+)) as well, and by exploiting the biosensor response, the distribution of different kinds of ionotropic GluR present in the purified sample, and embedded in MHBLM, was also evaluated. Finally, one of the most important aspects of this investigation is represented by the high stability of the biomimetic system, which allows the use of biosensor under flowing conditions, where the solutions flow on both biomembrane faces.  相似文献
