Matrix Lie Algebras and Integrable Couplings

Three kinds of higher-dimensional Lie algebras are given which can be used to directly construct integrable couplings of the soliton integrable systems. The relations between the Lie algebras are discussed. Finally, the integrable couplings and the Hamiltonian structure of Giachetti-Johnson hierarchy and a new integrable system are obtained, respectively.

金催化乙炔氢氯化的密度泛函理论研究进展

乙炔氢氯化(AH)是生产氯乙烯的主要途径之一,传统上使用高毒性的汞催化剂,因此开发无汞催化剂迫在眉睫。金(Au)催化剂是最有潜力的替代催化剂之一,然而其活性Au物种、反应物的活化过程或反应过渡态结构等催化机理仍不够清晰。密度泛函理论（DFT）在研究由Au催化AH的反应机理中发挥了极其重要的作用。本文综述了DFT对金催化剂活性位点、反应物在催化剂上的吸附性质及反应机理的研究进展。重点讨论了DFT对阳离子金和金簇催化AH反应过程的模拟计算,包括Au电子状态、其它原子掺杂及金簇尺寸和形状对催化AH反应影响的模拟。结果表明DFT模拟计算在微观分子尺度上研究反应物的吸附、反应中间体及过渡态等方面发挥了关键作用,对理解Au催化AH反应机理做出了重要贡献。     

自然科学基金资助计划和支出预算的平衡

在政府推进部门预算制度和财政拨款管理制度改革的大环境下,国家自然科学基金逐渐采用预算管理制度,因此需要平衡资助计划和支出预算．本文在建立科学基金计划和预算的协调模型中,提出计划批准对年度支出敏感度的概念,设计了对经费使用的计划和支出纵横两维拨付的动态监控方法．并且通过模型的计算,可以快速给出综合考虑资助计划发展和使用经费有效两个方面因素的多种方案,供决策者参考．

四川省广元千佛崖石窟是四川境内最大的石窟寺和摩崖造像群,承载着古代社会的历史信息,对研究当时的政治、文化和社会生活意义重大.千佛崖石窟在自然环境因素的长期作用下,目前受到多种严重病害的侵蚀,亟待保护.为了获取石刻彩妆的成分与工艺信息以支撑彩妆的保护工作,应用X射线衍射分析、剖面显微分析、扫描电镜能谱分析、激光拉曼光谱分...     

苯乙烯/丙烯酸正丁酯乳液聚合反应过程中残余单体含量的实时监测

采用近红外光谱分析技术在线测量苯乙烯(St)/丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)乳液聚合体系中残余单体的含量. 共设计9个半连续方式的St/BA乳液共聚反应, 在反应过程中实时取样测量其残余单体含量, 并记录取样时刻对应的聚合体系的近红外光谱. 采用多元散射校正法(MSC)处理光谱, 有效地克服了乳胶粒子散射效应对近红外光谱分析的影响. 采用主成分分析法(PCA)对乳液体系的近红外光谱数据进行了解析. 选取6个聚合反应对应不同反应时间的72个样品, 用于建立校正模型, 另外3个聚合反应共取36个样品用于校正模型的验证, 并在反应设计上体现了乳化剂用量的变化, 从而使校正模型对乳化剂用量的变化具有一定的适应性. 研究结果表明, 所得模型对残余单体St和BA含量的预测结果标准差(SEP)分别为0.08026和0.05305.     

Synthesis and Herbicidal Activity of Novel Sulfonylureas Containing Thiadiazol Moiety

Thirteen novel sulfonylureas containing thiadiazole moiety were synthesized in a two-step reaction. Their structures were determined using IR, ^1H NMR, HRFTMS, and elemental analysis. Herbicidal activities of these compounds were determined in the green house bio-assay. The results show that four compounds among them exhibit some activity toward four tested herbs.     

Functional Mechanism of Resveratrol in Inhabiting Growth of Cells ls174t and Its Mechanism in Subcutaneously Transplanted Tumor of Nude Mice

To explore the functional mechanism of Resveratrol against colon cancer cells Is174t and the growth of colon cancer tissue of tumor-bearing mice,MTT method was used to observe the functions of resveratrol for inhibition against cells ls174t in vitro.Transmission electron microscope was used to observe the cell apoptosis.FCM assay was performed to measure the change of the cell apoptosis rate and of cell cycle,RT-PCR method was used to detect the expressions of bc1-2 and bax mRNA.Western blot method was used to detect the expressions of bc1-2 and bax protein.Cells isi74t were transplanted subcutaneously to nude mice to observe the effect of resveratrol on the growth of subcutaneously transplanted tumor.RT-PCR method was used to detect the expressions of bc1-2 and bax mRNA in the tumor tissue.Western blot method was used to detect the expressions of bc1-2 and bax protein in the tumor tissue.Resveratrol has an effect of inhibiting proliferation of cells ls174t in vitro(P<0.01).It is able to induce the apoptosis of cells Is174t,causing the decrease in the expression of bc1-2 and the increase in the expression of bax.Resveratrol could inhibit the growth of subcutaneously transplanted tumor of nude mice(P<0.05),causing the decrease in the expression of bc1-2 and the increase in the expression of bax.Resveratrol can inhibit the growth of cells 174t and the growth of subcutaneously transplanted tumor.The mechanism is possibly related to the induction of the cell apoptosis and the regulation of bc1-2/bax expression.
