本文提出了用偶幂级数代替对称分布函数,使其线积分成为递推可积,从而简化了Abel逆变换。引进权函数使本方法简单地过渡到非对称问题。对一组假想相移信号进行变换,获得了可靠的密度分布结果,并对影响变换精度的各种因素作了讨论。     

Biosensors with reversed micelle-enzyme sensitive membrane

The effect of reversed micelle on the conformation of enzyme was studied by sensor techniques. By means of measurement of the response current of GOD enzyme membrane electrode, the effects of enzyme embedded in AOT reversed micellar on GOD conformation and catalytic activity are discussed. The results show that the response current increased greatly with decreasing ratio of GOD/AOT, meaning that the catalytic activity and the conformation stability of enzyme were enhanced.

Lamb wave sensors array for nonviscous liquid sensing

The interdigital transducer (IDT) can excite Lamb wave in a piezoelectric plate loading with a liquid layer, and the phase velocity of Lamb wave is associated with the properties of the liquid layer. In this paper, the concept of effective permittivity is introduced to study the Lamb wave’s potential application in liquid sensing. Considering the measuring of ideal nonviscous liquid, the sensors array is designed to sense the density and the dielectric constant of the liquid layer simultaneously. Using LiNbO₃ as piezoelectric material, in order to improve the sensors array sensitivity and the electro-mechanical coupling coefficient, the optimized results including plate thicknesses and cut orientations are presented by numerical simulation. These studies show that the Lamb wave sensors array can be potential in liquid sensing.     

On-line matrix addition for detecting aerosol particles

Single aerosol particles were measured by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) with an aerosol time-of-flight mass spectrometer (ATOFMS). The inlet to the ATOFMS was coupled with an evaporation/condensation flow cell that allowed matrix addition by condensation onto the particles. The coated particles entered the ion source through three-stage differentially pumped capillary inlet and were then ionized by a focused 266 nm Nd:YAG laser. The mass spectra and aerodynamic size of the single particles can be obtained simultaneously. The on-line matrix addition technique makes it possible to identify biological aerosols in real-time.     

对一般二次指标的随机适应控制

本文对多维离散时间的随机系统给出适应最优控制,既使一般型的二次性能指标达最小,又使随机梯度算法给出的参数估计收敛到真值.本文的特点是不事先假定系统稳定.     

基于激光点云多条件约束的相机检校方法

为了克服相机检校对二维/三维检校场的依赖,提出一种基于激光点云多条件约束的相机检校方法。该方法通过对相机获取的多视影像进行光束法平差获得初始相机参数;利用影像点云与其最邻近的激光点云之间的位置关系,以共线方程为基础模型,建立多条件约束的相机检校数学模型;使用不等式约束的最小二乘方法平差迭代解算相机参数。将本文方法与基于三维控制场的检校精度进行了实验对比分析,结果表明本文方法与基于三维控制场的检校精度相当,两者反投影平均误差相差小于0.1 pixel,验证了本文方法在没有传统检校场的情况下进行相机检校的可行性。
