Self-assembly of the rigid rodlike ligand N,N'-4,4'-diphenylethynebis(oxamate) (dpeba) and Cu(2+) ions affords a novel dinuclear copper(II) metallacyclophane (nBu(4)N)(4)[Cu(2)(dpeba)(2)]·4MeOH·2Et(2)O (1) featuring a very long intermetallic distance (r = 15.0 ?). Magnetic susceptibility measurements for 1 reveal a moderately weak but nonnegligible intramolecular antiferromagnetic coupling between the two metal centers across the double para-substituted diphenylethynediamidate bridge (J = -3.9 cm(-1); H = -JS(1)S(2), where S(1) = S(2) = S(Cu) = (1)/(2)). In this paper we analyzed the antiprotozoal effects of eighteen Cuban propolis extracts (brown, red and yellow type) collected in different geographic areas, using Leishmania amazonensis (as a model of intracellular protozoa) and Trichomonas vaginalis (as a model of extracellular protozoa). All evaluated propolis extracts caused inhibitory effect on intracellular amastigotes of L. amazonensis. However, cytotoxicity on peritoneal macrophages from BALB/c mice was observed. Only five samples decreased the viability of T. vaginalis trophozoites at concentrations lower than 10 microg/mL. No correlation between the type of propolis and antiprotozoal activity was found. Cuban propolis extracts demonstrated activity against both intracellular and extracellular protozoa model, as well as the potentialities of propolis as a natural source to obtain new antiprotozoal agents. 相似文献

A new method for determining endocrine disrupter compounds (EDCs) in sewage sludge is described in this paper. EDCs studied were bisphenol A (BPA) and alkylphenols (APs). In order to obtain a fast and simple method, selective pressurised liquid extraction (SPLE) and focused ultrasound solid-liquid extraction (FUSLE) were tested. Best results for SPLE were obtained using Florisil as clean-up sorbent and dichloromethane as extraction solvent, while temperature was the only significant variable. Analyte extraction by SPLE was completed in only one extraction cycle of 1 min at 130 °C. FUSLE was carried out in one step of 20 s at 75% power (0.5 cycles) and with 8 mL of ethyl acetate. Although the optimised FUSLE process was faster, simpler and cheaper, SPLE provided higher recovery values (ranging from 81 to 105%) and therefore SPLE-based method was selected and validated. The SPLE and GC-MS method showed an LOD of 10.7 ng/g for BPA and LODs between 1.2 and 41.6 ng/g for APs. Relative standard deviation values lower than 6% were obtained for all analytes. As a result, an efficient, fast and simple method based on SPLE and GC-MS for the determination of BPA and APs in sewage sludge is proposed. 相似文献

合成了α-环糊精(α-CD)修饰的有机聚合整体材料,对合成的材料进行了表征,研究比较了α-CD修饰整体材料作为室温磷光固体基质的效果以及14种有机化合物在其上的室温磷光分析(RTP)行为。 α-CD修饰的有机聚合整体材料背景干扰低, 对二环芳烃类物质有较好的选择性和富集能力。 在α-CD修饰膜上,萘和7,8苯并喹啉的分配常数分别为5.03×103和2.94×102,表明修饰材料对萘有较好的选择性。 萘酚也能与修饰材料形成包络物。 但是由于较强的极性和在水中的溶解性,不能被有效富集。 对5.0×10-11 mol/mL萘,最大富集体积为300 mL。 采用SPE-RTP,萘和7,8苯并喹啉的检出限分别为9.80×10-12和4.60×10-11 mol/mL,RSD小于3.7%;线性范围分别为5.00×10-11~8.00×10-9 mol/mL和6.00×10-11~5.00×10-10 mol/mL。 应用修饰的膜片对土样中的萘进行选择性富集和测定,结果由GC-MS进一步确认。 用环己烷一步提取和SPE-RTP测定,萘可以被选择性富集。 在土壤样品中加萘标准0.012 8 mg,测得回收率(104.9±6.5)%。 土样中萘的浓度为(5.61±0.12) mg/kg,与GC-MS的较为吻合。 相似文献

A new formal strategy in the multidimensional optimisation of the experimental variables affecting the chemiluminescence (CL) detection in flow injection analysis (FIA) is proposed here. The strategy implies several steps, being the most significant: selection of the variables to be studied and their experimental domain; use of a screening design to detect significant variables and interactions into the experimental region; study of the main effect of variables and second-order interactions; and finally application of a Draper-Lin small composite design (orthogonal) to obtain the optimum values of the significant variables. The methodology is applied to the determination of methylamine by FIA based on the use of the peroxyoxalate CL (PO-CL) reaction. Considering the high number of experiments required due to the different chemical and instrumental variables to be taken account and their adequate compatibility to obtain maximum sensitivity, the methodology offers a rigorous study of the main effects and interactions, achieving a reduction of experimental work. 相似文献

We describe in this work the synthesis and crystal structure of five rare earth and Mo(VI) or W(VI) containing complex perovskites. The compounds studied are Ba(Dy2/3Mo1/3)O3, Ba(Dy2/3W1/3)O3, Ba(Gd2/3Mo1/3)O3, Ba(Gd2/3W1/3)O3 and Ba(Sm2/3W1/3)O3 and were prepared starting from solutions, by the polymeric precursors method. Structural characterization by HREM, SAED and powder XRD revealed the five compounds to be ordered cubic perovskites, SG Fm-3m (225), with a cell parameter double of that of a simple perovskite cell and increasing as the size of the trivalent lanthanide ion increases (Dy<Gd<Sm). 相似文献
