MnS nanocrystals with different phases and shapes were prepared through solvothermal synthesis. The products were characterized
by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), UV–vis absorption and photoluminescence (PL) spectra.
The solvent and reaction time played an important role in controlling the phase and shape of MnS nanocrystals. The possible
mechanism of the shape evolution was investigated, which revealed that the crystal growth along the unique c axis of γ-MnS resulted in the rod-like MnS at the primary period, and the tetrahedral crystal seed of β-MnS with zincblende structure resulted in the interlinking of MnS rods, so the zigzag and three-branched and palm-like MnS
appeared; with increasing reactive time the thermodynamically stable spherical α-MnS was favored through the Ostwald ripening process. The PL results showed that the intensity of γ-MnS was much weaker than that of α-MnS, and the trap state emissions of γ-MnS at 470 and 482 nm, respectively, disappeared, which might be ascribed to the difference of the shapes between the sphere

设计合成了一种新型的有机电致发光材料2(8-羟基喹啉)-2(苯酚)合锆(Zr(OPh)2q2),制备了Zr(OPh)2q2薄膜,并利用红外光谱、差热-热重谱、扫描电镜、X射线衍射谱、UV吸收谱和荧光光谱等方法研究了其晶态、热稳定性、能带结构以及光致发光机理。结果表明,Zr(OPh)2q2的熔点为381.2 ℃,分解温度为467.1 ℃,具有非常高的热稳定性,利用真空热蒸镀方法很容易在经过净化处理的玻璃基底上形成高质量、无定形纳米级薄膜,在390 nm紫外光的激发下,Zr(OPh)2q2薄膜产生发光峰为525 nm、半峰宽度为107.6 nm的强黄绿色荧光,其粉体产生强黄色荧光,是一种性能优良的电致发光材料。 相似文献

针对汽油苯含量的快速分析问题,提出了基于低分辨率色散型拉曼光谱仪的新的检测方法。由于色散型拉曼光谱中存在着严重的测量噪声和荧光背景干扰,应用多项式平滑滤波除噪声和迭代多项式拟合基线校正方法减少荧光背景的干扰。随后,分别采用岭回归、主成分回归、偏最小二乘回归方法,对炼油厂的汽油样本建立了三个苯含量的快速分析模型并对其进行验证。实验表明,基于低分辨率色散型拉曼光谱仪进行汽油苯含量分析,结合常规建模方法,重复性和再现性均满足SH/T0713—2002标准的要求,此外由于其具有低成本、小型易携带等优点,适用于日常快速分析。 相似文献

Al-doped ZnO thin films (AZO) were prepared on Si (1 0 0) substrates by using sub-molecule doping technique. The Al content was controlled by varying Al sputtering time. The as-prepared samples were annealed in vacuum chamber at 800 °C for 30 min. From the XRD observations, it is found that all films exhibit only the (0 0 2) peak, suggesting that they have c-axis preferred orientation. The average transmittance of the visible light is above 80%. Spectroscopic ellipsometry was used to extract the optical constants of the films. The absorption coefficient and the energy gap were then calculated. The results show that the absorption edge initially blue-shifts and then red-shifts with increase of Al content. 相似文献

We experimentally study the generation of a partially coherent non-diffractive beam by focusing a partially coherent vortex beam with an axicon. The investigation results show that when the partially coherent vortex beam is focused by the axicon, the beam is transferred into a partially coherent higher-order non-diffractive beam. In the non-diffractive zone, the transverse intensity distribution of the partially coherent higher-order non-diffractive beam is invariant during propagation. In addition, the range of the non-diffractive zone is related to the coherence of the partially coherent vortex beam. The paper describes the development of periodic structure mechanical filter (PSMF) that has the potential to reduce vibration transmission and sound radiation at resonances of the foundation in a two-degree-of-freedom (2dof) vibration isolation system by using the band gaps of the periodic structure. The transmission matrix method is used to model vibration transmission of the 2dof system and an analytical expression of sound radiation from the foundation plate is derived. The multi-layer PSMF composed of rigid plates and curved beams is represented by an equivalent m-k-c (viscous damping) model. The propagation/attenuation zones and attenuation ability of PSMF are expressed in the propagation scenario and the iso-attenuation curves by exploiting the unit cell transfer matrix invariant. Influence of the number of unit cells, viscous damping on the mobility of PSMF and vibro-acoustic behavior of the 2dof system is extensively studied. And under the constraints of installation space and stability of the whole system, the more the number of the unit cells, the better attenuation ability in the band gap can be obtained. The interaction between PSMF and the 2dof system is analyzed by the substructure method and contribution of frequency component from different substructures is identified by setting different level of damping for each substructure. Factors influencing the first mounting frequency of the 2dof system with PSMF are discussed and three styles of installing PSMF are studied. The performance of piecewise periodic PSMF and quasi-periodic PSMF is also studied in an attempt to eliminate new-born resonances by PSMF. An optimization scheme involving sensitivity analysis is applied to obtain the optimal values of m and k. And the optimization is effective. The experiment of detecting the band gap of PSMF and the comparative trial of a 2dof system with a flexible plate as the foundation with/without PSMF are carried out. Both numerical and experimental simulation results have demonstrated that by use of PSMF, the vibration transmission at resonances is reduced and the radiation of the foundation at resonances is suppressed. 相似文献
