Highly transparent ceramics for the spectral range from 1.0 to 60.0μm based on solid solutions of the system AgBr-AgI-TlI-TlBr

The article is devoted to the technology for obtaining optical ceramics of Ag Br-Tl I and Ag Br-Tl Br_0.46I_0.54 systems and manufacturing samples with different compositions.The new heterophase crystal ceramics are transparent without absorption windows in the spectral range from 1.0 to 60.0μm.In the ceramics’transparency spectra based on the Ag Br-Tl I and Ag Br-Tl Br_0.46I_0.54 systems fusibility diagrams,with an increase in the thallium halides mass fraction,as well as the replacement of the bromine ion with iodine,the maximum transparency shifts to a long infrared region.     

A modern approach to the solution and analysis of the Simha-Somcynsky model for the description of pressure-volume-temperature properties of polymer fluids

We revisit the Simha-Somcynsky model of polymer fluids with the purpose of developing novel theoretical and computational approaches to simplify and speed up its solution as well as the fitting of experimental data, and decrease its level of mathematical complexity. We report a novel method that allows us to solve one of the two equations of the model exactly, thus putting the level of mathematical difficulty on a par with the one of other models for polymer fluids. Moreover, we describe a computational algorithm capable of fitting all five parameters of the model in an unbiased way. The results obtained reproduce literature results and fit experimental pressure-volume-temperature and solubility parameter data for three polymers very accurately. Moreover, the new techniques allow for the investigation of the model at very low temperatures. Unexpectedly, the model predicts behaviors that could be interpreted as a glass transition, as routinely observed in dilatometry and differential scanning calorimetry, and a glass phase. We compared the predicted and experimental T g’s for cis poly(1,4-butadiene) and found an excellent quantitative agreement.

钙钛矿型Sr_（1－x）Bi_xFeO_（3－y）系列物的结构、电性及铁氧化态研究

在１１００℃制备了钙钛矿型非计量系列物Ｓｒ_（１－ｘ）Ｂｉ_ｘＦｅＯ_（３－ｙ），与文献相比，明显具有温度低、时间短、能耗少的特点。用化学分析方法测得其化学式及Ｆｅ离子的平均价态，用ＸＲＤ、交流阻抗、ＩＲ、Ｍｏｓｓｂａｕｅｒ谱等方法研究了其结构与性质，该类化合物具有Ｐｍ３ｍ对称性和半导体性质，铁离子会产生电荷歧化现象。

SINGULAR PERTURBATION OF BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM FOR NONLINEAR HIGHER ORDER ORDINARY DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS INVOLVING TWO SMALL PARAMETERS

The singularly perturbed boundary value problem for nonlinear higher order ordinary differential equation involving two small parameters has been considered. Under appropriate assumptions, for the three cases:ε/μ2→0(μ→0),μ2/ε→0 (ε→0) andε=μ2, the uniformly valid asymptotic solution is obtained by using the expansion method of two small parameters and the theory of differential inequality.     

EXISTENCE OF PERIODIC SOLUTIONS OF SYSTEM OF DIFFERENCE EQUATIONS

This paper studies the nonautonomous nonlinear system of difference equationsΔx(n)=A(n)x(n)+f(n,x(n)),n∈Z,(*) where x(n)∈R~N,A(n)=(a_(ij)(n))N×N is an N×N matrix,with a-(ij)∈C(R,R) for i,j= 1,2,3,...,N,and f=(f_1,f_2,...,f_N)~T∈C(R×R~N,R~N),satisfying A(t+ω)=A(t),f(t+ω,z)=f(t,z) for any t∈R,(t,z)∈R×R~N andωis a positive integer.Sufficient conditions for the existence ofω-periodic solutions to equations (*) are obtained.     

τ-CHEBYSHEV AND τ-COCHEBYSHEV SUBPSACES OF BANACH SPACES

The concepts of quasi-Chebyshev and weakly-Chebyshev and σ-Chebyshev were defined [3 - 7], andas a counterpart to best approximation in normed linear spaces, best coapprozimation was introduced by Franchetti and Furi^[1]. In this research, we shall define τ-Chebyshev subspaces and τ-cochebyshev subspaces of a Banach space, in which the property τ is compact or weakly-compact, respectively. A set of necessary and sufficient theorems under which a subspace is τ-Chebyshev is defined.     

填充式方钴矿化合物CeOs4Sb12近藤相互作用的非弹性中子散射研究

CeOs4Sb12晶体中由于导电电子与Ce3+ 4f1电子之间存在c-f杂化作用导致费米面附近存在能量间隙.这种c-f近藤相互作用和能量间隙是理解CeOs4Sb12物理性质,如近藤绝缘体行为、Ce3+磁矩在低温下猝灭以及重费米性等电、磁性质的关键.当用LAM-D中子谱仪对粉末CeOs4Sb12进行测量时,可以得到不同温度下CeOs4Sb12的非弹性中子散射谱.结果表明CeOs4Sb12中存在近藤相互作用,其作用强度为3.1 meV,证实了CeOs4Sb12为近藤绝缘体.中子测量得出CeOs4Sb12德拜温度为317 K.     

纳米复合超硬薄膜中与界面有关的弛豫现象

利用内耗技术研究了TiSiN系列纳米复合超硬薄膜的结构弛豫和硬化机理.当共振频率大约在100 Hz时在230～280 ℃范围内观察到一个弛豫型的内耗峰.计算出激活能为0.7～1.0 eV,弛豫时间指数前因子为10-10～10-12秒.对比一系列样品,发现硬度越高内耗峰越低,在硬度高于50 GPa的薄膜中没有内耗峰.内耗峰随退火温度升高而不断降低,直至600～750 ℃退火时消失, 并且杨氏模量开始增加,这跟样品退火后硬度增长是一致的.结果表明内耗峰来源于样品中界面的弛豫过程.
