The reaction of 3,8‐bis(diazo)‐2,2,4,4,7,7,9,9‐octamethyldecane ( 5 ) with elemental selenium in 1,8‐diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec‐7‐ene (DBU) at 130°C yielded 1,2‐di‐tert‐butyl‐3,3,6,6‐tetramethylcyclohexene ( 1 ) (64%) and trans‐3,8‐di‐tert‐butyl‐4,4,7,7‐tetramethyl‐1,2‐diselenocane ( 8 ) (13%), while that of 5 with elemental sulfur in DBU gave trans‐3, 8‐di‐tert‐butyl‐4,4,7,7‐tetramethyl‐1,2‐dithiocane ( 9 ) (77%). The reaction of 3,9‐bis(diazo)‐2,2,4,4,8,8,10,10‐octamethylundecane ( 6 ) with elemental selenium in DBU at 80°C gave a cyclic triselenide, cis‐4,10‐di‐tert‐butyl‐5,5,9,9‐tetramethyl‐1,2,3‐triselenecane ( 11 ), in 15% yield as the only identifiable product. A flow-injection method for the determination of glycerol in wine is described. Glycerol dehydrogenase and NADH oxidase were co-immobilized on poly (vinyl alcohol) beads and incorporated in a flow-injection system. The hydrogen peroxide produced was detected chemiluminometrically via a luminol-hexacyanoferrate (III) reaction. Wine was diluted 1000-fold with water and sample solution (50 microl) was injected into the carrier stream. The calibration graph was linear in the range 3 x 10(-7)-3 x 10(-4) M; the detection limit was 7 x 10(-8) M and the sample throughout was 30 h(-1) without carryover. 相似文献

To prepare regular composite particles comprised of organic and inorganic compounds, based on heterocoagulation theory, the properties of the mixture of small amphoteric latices (2a=250 nm) and large spherical silica (2a=240–1590 nm) were investigated as a function of pH, particle number ratio, particle size ratio and electrolyte concentration in the medium. It is apparent that under suitable conditions, we may prepare a stable mixed suspension comprising uniform composite particles, which are made up of many latices regularly adsorbed on silica surfaces, and each composite particle is undergoing Brownian motion as an isolated unit. This new composite particle is very stable for electrolyte, base and acid medium, and its surface charges (sign and magnitude) can be controlled by changing the pH of the medium. 相似文献

A sensor for hydrogen sulphide is described. It is based on the catalytic effect of the gas on the iodine-azide reaction. An iodine-azide solution is exuded from a sintered-glass ball (10mm diameter) at a flow-rate of 3.30 ml min whilst its potential is monitored by two platinum electrodes. one inside and the other outside the ball. Sample is carried in a gas at a flow-rate of 350 ml min . Carbon disulphide, methyl mercaptan or sulphur dioxide in amounts up to a hundred times that of the hydrogen sulphide do not interfere. A technique is presented for the economical, routine, and quantitative analysis of contamination by dichloro-diphenyl-trichloroethanes (DDTs) [pp'-DDT, pp'-dichlorodiphenyl dichloroethylene, and pp'-dichlorodiphenyl dichloreothane in beef tallow and chicken fat samples, based on their separation using matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) extraction with Toyobo-KF, an activated carbon fiber. Toyobo-KF is a newly applied MSPD sorbent, and it is followed by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a photodiode array detector. The resulting analytical performance parameters [recoveries of spiked DDTs (0.1, 0.2, and 0.4 microg/g) > or = 81%, with relative standard deviations of < or = 8% (n = 5), and quantitation limits < or = 0.03 microg/g], with minimal handling and cost-efficiency, indicate that the present MSPD-HPLC method may be a useful tool for routine monitoring of DDT contamination in meat. 相似文献

A hazardous-chemical free method for simultaneous determination of sulfamonomethoxine (SMM), sulfadimethoxine (SDM), and their N4-acetyl metabolites in raw milk using shielded column liquid chromatography is developed. The target analytes are extracted by mixing with ethanol-acetic acid (97:3, v/v) followed by centrifugation. The procedure uses a Hisep shielded hydrophobic phase (SHP) column, isocratic elution with 0.1% acetic acid solution (pH 3.1, in water)-ethanol (75:25, v/v), and a photo-diode array detector. Average recoveries from samples spiked at 25-500 ng/ml for each drug were >81% with relative standard deviations within 5%. The limits of quantitation were <25 ng/ml. 相似文献

Nanometer-sized gelatin particles have been prepared by means of gamma-ray irradiation and characterized by static and dynamic light scattering combined with circular dichroism (CD) measurements. The molecular weight of the nanoparticles was much larger than that of the original gelatin molecules, whereas the hydrodynamic radius was much smaller. Radius of gyration evaluated from the angular dependence of the static light scattering intensity decreased with increasing irradiation dose. CD spectra of the gelatin nanoparticles were independent of temperature, and it is suggested that the nanoparticles consist of highly and randomly packed gelatin and their conformation is stable against the temperature change. 相似文献

We have compared endo- and exo-type protease reactions and characterized the enzymatic reaction mechanisms by determining all kinetic parameters (k(on), k(off), k(cat), K(d) = k(off)/k(on), and K(m) = (k(off) + k(cat))/k(on)) by following the mass change of the formation and the decay of the enzyme-substrate (ES) complex (k(on) and k(off)), and the formation of the product (k(cat)) on a 27 MHz quartz-crystal microbalance in aqueous solutions. The K(m) value was nearly equal to the K(d) value for the endo-type protease (subtilisin and alpha-chymotrypsin); however, in the case of exo-type protease (carboxypeptidase P), the K(m) value was quite different from the K(d) value, due to k(cat) > k(off). 相似文献
