Zusammenfassung Auf Grund unserer Versuchsergebnisse sind wir zur Ansicht gekommen, dass der Einfluss der Görtler-Wirbel auf den Umschlag der Grenzschicht an konkaven Wänden mehrindirekt ist, da die Wirbel eine Veränderung der Grenzschichtdicke in der Spannweitenrichtung induzieren und die Entwicklung der instabilen Schwingungen (Tollmien-Schlichting-Wellen) modifizieren. Die Zerstörung der instabilen Schwingungen, die schliesslich zur Turbulenz führt, tritt zuerst an der Stelle auf, wo die Grenzschicht in der Querrichtung die grösste Dicke hat, und in etwas verschiedener Weise als bei den zweidimensionalen Grenzschichten an einer ebenen Platte.

EI-1941-1 (1a) and EI-1941-2 (2a) accompanied by EI-1941-3 (3) have been isolated from culture broth of Farrowia sp. E-1941 as the inhibitors of interleukin-1β converting enzyme. The structures of 1a, 2a, and 3 were elucidated by the analysis of NMR and MS data, and finally the absolute stereochemistries of 1a and 2a were confirmed by optical rotation data, or X-ray crystallographic analysis of p-bromobenzoate, 2b, respectively.  相似文献

A selective and sensitive chemiluminometric flow sensor for the determination of L-glutamate in serum, based on immobilized oxidases such as glutamate oxidase (GOD), uricase (UC) and peroxidase (POD), is described herein. The principle for the selective chemiluminometric detection for L-glutamate is based on coupled reactions of four sequentially aligned immobilized oxidases, UC/POD/GOD/POD in a flow cell. The immobilized UC was employed to decompose urate, which is one of the major interfering components in serum for a luminol-H2O2 chemiluminescence reaction. The H2O2 produced from the UC reaction readily reacted with reducing components, such as ascorbate and glutathione, and then the excess H2O2 was decomposed by the immobilized POD. L-Glutamate in the sample plug was enzymatically converted to H2O2 with immobilized GOD. Subsequently, the peroxide reacts with luminol on the immobilized POD to produce chemiluminescence, proportional to glutamate concentration. The enzymes were immobilized on tresylated poly(vinyl alcohol beads). The immobilized enzymes were packed into TPFE tube (1.0 mm i.d. x 60 cm), in turn, and used as a flow cell. The sampling rate was 30 h-1. The calibration graph for L-glutamate is linear for 20 nM-5 microM; the detection limit (signal-to-noise = 3) is 10 nM.  相似文献

The development of photocatalysts is an essential task for clean energy generation and establishing a sustainable society. This paper describes the aggregation-induced photocatalytic activity (AI-PCA) of amphiphilic rhodamines and photocatalytic functions of the supramolecular assemblies. The supramolecular assemblies consisting of amphiphilic rhodamines with octadecyl alkyl chains exhibited significant photocatalytic activity under visible light irradiation in water, while the corresponding monomeric rhodamines did not exhibit photocatalytic activity. The studies on the photocatalytic mechanism by spectroscopic and microscopic analyses clearly demonstrated the AI-PCA of the rhodamines. Moreover, the supramolecular assemblies of the rhodamines exhibited excellent photocatalytic hydrogen evolution rates (up to 5.9 mmol g−1 h−1).

Simple amphiphilic rhodamines formed supramolecular assemblies and exhibited aggregation-induced photocatalytic activity and hydrogen evolution in water.  相似文献

A permeameter for unsaturated soil was developed by observing the way in which pore water recovers hydrostatic equilibrium. It works like an hour glass that is turned upside-down everytime the state of reference (or hydrostatic equilibrium) is reached. The hydraulic conductivity is deduced from the curves of evolution of pore-water pressure and from the distribution of partial density of water at hydrostatic equilibrium.  A horizontal turbulent boundary layer of air carrying heavy solid particles is investigated experimentally. Mean and r.m.s. velocities of air and particles are measured by LDA, and particle mass flux distributions are obtained by means of a sampling method. The influence of the saltation mechanism is revealed by the large particle r.m.s. velocity in the near-wall region, and by the velocity lag of the particles in the outer region of the boundary layer, which is shown to be closely related to their free fall velocity. We report single molecule spectroscopic evidence of FRET in CdSe quantum dot (QD) conjugated with Cy5-labeled molecular chaperone systems in buffer solutions. Donor QDs are core-shell type nanocrystals covered with organic surfactants on their outermost surfaces, i.e. CdSe/ZnS/TOPO’s. As prototype molecular chaperones, we adopt prefoldins (PFDs), on which Cy5’s are labeled as acceptors. Donor QDs possess two-fold degenerate emission dipoles perpendicular to the c-axis, due to their Wurtzite crystal structures, while acceptor Cy5’s possess linear absorption and emission dipoles. Thus, their combination provides novel features to those in conventional FRET systems. PFDs are jellyfish-shaped hexameric co-chaperones of group II chaperonins, which recognize hydrophobic portions of denatured proteins and encapsulate them within their central cavities. Hence, PFDs will also capture the CdSe/ZnS/TOPO QDs due to its surface similarity to the denatured proteins. By introducing simple microscope setup for single QD-PFD-Cy5 spectroscopy, we have successfully captured the emission spectra in FRET regime. We also have observed peculiar features in time evolution profiles of single QD emissions conjugated with Cy5-labeled PFDs under polarization modulation measurements. Notable point of our hybrid conjugates is that they are biochemically in living action. We describe our present results in relation to possible protein reactions.  相似文献
