The design and synthesis of an enantiomeric pair of 1,8‐diethynylanthracene‐bridged naphthalenediimide (NDI)‐based cyclophanes ( Cyclo‐NDI s) are reported. Each enantiomer of Cyclo‐NDI exhibits a circularly polarized luminescence signal with a relatively large luminescence dissymmetry factor (glum=±8×10?3). We have further investigated the modulation of through‐space electronic communication between co‐facially oriented NDIs in a discrete Cyclo‐NDI with changes in the temperature. Tuning of the electronic communication results from the conformational transformation of monomer‐ versus dimer‐like features of Cyclo‐NDI , as confirmed by UV/Vis, fluorescence, circular dichroic, and NMR spectroscopic analysis. The temperature‐dependent optical response in the Cyclo‐NDI through the conformational transformation could be utilized as a highly sensitive and reversible optical thermometer in a wide temperature range (100 to ?80 °C).  相似文献

The influence of atomic displacements around a vacancy on the electrical resistivity due to vacancies in simple metals has been calculated by the pseudopotential method. The influence of atomic displacements on the electrical resistivity was very large and the resistivity has a minimum at an appropriate relaxation. Therefore it is very important to take into account the effect of the lattice distortions considering the individual atomic displacements around vacancies in the calculation of the electrical resistivity due to vacancies.  相似文献

A single-atom-sized gold wire was successfully observed in real time by a newly developed defocus-image modulation processing electron microscope. Because of phase retrieval processing with spherical aberration correction, the single-atom strand wire was observed with high contrast and without contrast blurring. By carefully looking at the atomic distance, the contrast, and the dynamic behavior of the wire, we recognized that there are two stages of the wire. In the first stage the wire maintained the atomic distance in the bulk crystal, but in the second stage the wire showed the atomic distance of the nearest-neighbor atoms with weaker contrast. The gold wire was rather stable for a few seconds under strong electron beam illumination.  相似文献

A simple method to produce silver nanoparticles on a glass surface from silver nanolayer deposited by magnetron sputtering and thermal annealed is presented. Localized surface plasmon resonance of nanoparticles shows a red shift depending on the silver nanolayer thickness, the refractive index and the thickness of an ultra-thin silicon compound adsorbed on the surface. A highly enhanced Raman spectrum of the characteristic groups of a silicon compound adsorbed on the nanoparticles surface was obtained.  相似文献

New lactate (LA)-based terpolymers, P[LA-co-3-hydroxybutyrate (3HB)-co-3-hydroxyhexananoate (3HHx)]s, were produced in recombinant Escherichia coli LS5218 harboring three genes encoding LA-polymerizing enzyme (LPE), propionyl-coenzyme A (CoA) transferase (PCT) and (R)-specific enoyl-CoA hydratase (PhaJ4). When the recombinant LS5218 was grown on glucose with the feeding of butyrate, 3HB-CoA and 3HHx-CoA were supplied, probably via reverse reactions of the β-oxidation pathway and PhaJ4. LPE copolymerized the two monomers 3HB-CoA and 3HHx-CoA with LA-CoA, which was generated by PCT, to yield the terpolymers. Gas chromatography analysis revealed that the terpolymers consisted of 2.7-34 mol% LA, 38-81 mol% 3HB and 17-33 mol% 3HHx units, which can be varied depending on the butyrate concentration fed in the medium. In addition, 1H-13C COSY NMR analysis provided evidence for a linkage between LA and 3HHx units in the polymer.  相似文献

We synthesized the DNA oligonucleotide containing a new cross-linkable 4-amino-2-oxo-6-vinyltriazine (AOVT) nucleobase analogue (Et-AOVT) and evaluated these properties. Our results of the cross-link assay and thermal denaturing assay of duplexes containing AOVT demonstrated that the additional aza of AOVT has an impact on the duplex stability and crosslink properties. Our data suggests that the additional 5-aza of AOVT is involved in the hydrogen bonding with the complementary guanine, and this hydrogen bonding system successfully flipped the reactive vinyl group out to the major groove of the duplex demonstrating a new paradigm of a “cross-linkable duplex”.  相似文献
