Total internal reflection–refraction beam expander

Beam expanders being used presently have complex structure and none is perfect. A novel beam expander is proposed first. The beam expander can magnify (or decrease) the diameter of incident laser beam according to the theory of total internal reflection–refraction (TIR-R) principle. The characteristic of the beam expander was studied by using ray-tracing method and computer simulation. The beam expander can propagate a parallel laser beam along the propagation axis and would not change the propagation direction of the beam. For a nonparallel beam the Lagrange invariant (the product of diameter and divergence angle) is not constant. This beam expander would be an effective device in some applications.     

Synthesis,Spectroscopic Characterization and Antitumor Activity in vitro of Organometallo Substituted Polyoxotungstates（RM）3P2W15—O59^n—（RM=CpTi,CpZr,C4H7O2Sn or C5H9O2Sn）

Tetrabutylammonium or potassium salts of organometalllic derivatives of lacunary polyanion (RM)3P2W15O59^n-(RM=CpTi,CpZr,C4H7O2Sn or C5H9O2Sn) have been prepared and structurally characterized by elemental analysis,IR,UV-Vis,^1H NMR and^183 W NMR spectroscopies.The title complexes exhibit antitumor activity in vitro.     

一种基于三阶Volterra滤波器的混沌时间序列自适应预测方法

基于Takens的相空间延迟坐标重构,研究了用于混沌信号预测的三阶Volterra滤波器的一种乘积耦合近似实现结构,并应用于典型的低维混沌时间序列和具有高维混沌特性的EEG信号的预测.数值研究表明:这种滤波器结构对于低维混沌时间序列的预测精度可以比二阶Volterra滤波器提高103倍,而且能够较好地对一些具有高维混沌特性的EEG信号进行预测 关键词： 混沌 非线性自适应预测 三阶Volterra滤波器 electroencephalography信号     

饲料添加剂唆乙醇的合成

本文研究了n奎乙醇的合成方法.由于采用较高效率的相转移催化剂和乙醇一水作重结晶溶剂，得到高纯度，高产率的喳乙醇.     

Structure, electrical and chemical properties of zirconium nitride films deposited by dc reactive magnetron sputtering

2 and Ar ambient. X-ray diffraction indicated that growth of ZrN with a preferred (111) orientation over Si(100) was achieved. The resistivity of the films varies from 200 μΩcm to 15 μΩcm depending on the N₂ content in the working gas. 2-Thienylchlorocarbene: reactivity toward alkenes

Absolute rate constants for the additions of syn- and anti-2-thienylchlorocarbenes to various alkenes have been measured. The reactivity, selectivity, and structures of these species were characterized experimentally and computationally.     

Effect of promoters on the behavior and properties of VPO catalysts for the selective oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhydride

A series of vanadyl pyrophosphate (VPO) modified by several additives has been investigated with the aim to reveal the promotion mechanism of the additives for selective conversion of n-butane to maleic anhydride (MA). Catalyst performance and various physicochemical characterization including XPS, XRD, FT-IR, DTA and BET indicated that the properties of additives, such as electronegativity and ion radius, contributed much to the effect of the additives on the structure and surface characteristics of VPO catalysts, and then influenced the catalytic behavior. The remarkable effects of additives on the surface vanadium and oxygen species were discussed. It was shown that maximum MA selectivity could be found with a moderate V⁵⁺ /V⁴⁺ ratio, and the catalytic activity and selectivity were improved, respectively, with the increase of surface active oxygen species, as well as as their amount and stability.     

在MOCVD外延生长中Ⅴ/Ⅲ比对AlxGa1-xAs外延层中A1组分分布的影响

本实验首次观察到用MOCVD方法在GaAs基片上外延生长AlxGa1-xAs/GaAs薄膜结构时,生长中所用的Ⅴ/Ⅲ比对外延层中Al组份x的分布的影响.当Ⅴ/Ⅲ比较低时,外延层中的Al组份出现很明显的层状阶梯形三层分布:靠近基片的一层中x值较低,而在外延层的表面层中x值较高.随着生长中所用的Ⅴ/Ⅲ比增加时,Al组份的分布趋于均匀.利用GaAs的高温热分解和Ga、As离子在晶体中的热扩散及其对外延生长的影响,对这一现象作了初步解释.     

Experimental Investigation of High Power Erbium-Ytterbium Co-doped Double Clad Fibre Laser

All-fibre high power erbium-ytterbium co-doped double clad fibre lasers are proposed and demonstrated. By using different back-cavity mirrors, the different double clad fibre lasers are constructed. It is experimentally found that the output behaviour of laser can be controlled by a back-cavity mirror. The lower the reflectivity of the back-cavity mirror, the higher the output power and the high the slop efficiency. The maximum output power is about 1.6 W and the slop efficiency is 27.6%.     

OSCILLATIONS OF SOLUTION FOR A CLASS OF HIGHER-ORDER NEUTRAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION

In this paper, the higher order neutral differential equation with continuous distributed delay is concerned and the oscillatory criteria are given.
