对基于多级微反射镜的傅里叶变换红外光谱仪的衍射效应进行了计算分析,讨论了多级微反射镜宽度,衍射距离以及波长产生的衍射效应对光谱复原的影响。从模拟的结果可知,在衍射距离小于10 cm,反射面宽度大于0.5 mm的情况下,衍射效应较小,而且探索出了一种可以减小噪声的数据处理方法。文章的结论将应用于微型傅里叶变换红外光谱仪的设计、数据处理以及系统的优化。 相似文献

Low-temperature preparation of F-doped TiO2 film and its photocatalytic activity under solar light 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
A novel and simple method for preparing F-doped anatase TiO2 (defined as FTO) film with high photocatalytic activity was developed using titanium-n-butoxide and NH4F as TiO2 and fluorine precursors under mild condition, i.e. low temperature (lower than 373 K) and ambient pressure. The prepared samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), diffuse reflectance spectrum (DRS), photoluminescence spectrum (PL) and TG-DSC analysis. The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by decomposing X-3B under artificial solar light. The results showed that the crystallinity of TiO2 was improved by F-doping. F− ions can prevent the grain growth, and the transformation of anatase to rutile phase was also inhibited. The doped fluorine atoms existed in two chemical forms, and the ones incorporated into TiO2 lattice might take a positive role in photocatalysis. Compared with surface fluorination samples, FTO film exhibited better photocatalytic activity. The high photocatalytic activity of FTO may due to extrinsic absorption through the creation of oxygen vacancies rather than the excitation of the intrinsic absorption band of bulk TiO2. Furthermore, the FTO can be recycled with little photocatalytic activity depression. Without any further treatment besides rinsing, after 6 recycle utilization, the photocatalytic activity of FTO film was still higher than 79%. 相似文献

In this paper, a circular polarized electronically-controlled scanning microstrip antenna array is designed, which is based on composite right left-handed transmission line (CRLH TL) and is realized by varactor diodes. Proposed electronically-controlled antenna arrays till now are always linear-polarized as the axial ratio (AR) may be spoiled by the DC feed line, especially in the CRLH TL based case. A more separated CRLH TL integrated with active lumped elements is utilized to solve the problem. The antenna array is composed of the CRLH microstrip transmission line structure and circular polarized microstrip antenna. The direction of the main lobe varies from ?1° to ?20 ° by continuously modifying the varactor diodes bias voltages from 0 to 20 V with 5 V as a step. The AR remains below 3 dB in the scanning range. In general, a planar microstrip photonic bandgap (PBG) structure os a periodic array of holes etched in the ground plane of a microstrip line. To use a circuit with a PBG, the PBG structure cannot be fixed on a metal base and needs to be shielded. In this paper, two kinds of novel microstrip PBG unit cells with special patterns etched in the strip line, which can be used as the conventional microstrip circuits, are proposed and analyzed in detail. 本文阐述了一种新的光波导型三向力触觉传感器的工作原理和基本结构,并设计了实验系统。这种传感器由一个橡胶垫和一个光波导路等组成,在橡胶垫的一侧制作圆柱触头阵列,在其另一侧制作圆锥触头阵列,使得每个圆柱触头下面分布2×2个圆锥触头。圆柱触头与施力的物体接触,而圆锥触头与光波导板接触。施加到圆柱触头上的力的三个分量可以通过该圆柱触头所对应的2×2个圆锥触头与光波导板接触时溢出的光斑面积确定。通过CCD摄取此光斑送入计算机进行图象处理,从而可求出光斑面积大小。实验结果显示了力的三个分量能通过圆锥触头的四个接触面积求出。 相似文献

A Monte Carlo simulation is presented to describe the electron transport behaviours in the nitrogen direct current glow discharge. The energy and angular distributions of the electrons at different positions of the cathode dark space are calculated; their energy and density distribution features throughout the entire discharge are discussed. The influence of molecular vibrational excitation, typical for electron-molecule collisions, has been studied and the elementary process of active species generation has been illustrated. The simulated results reveal that, in the cathode dark space, the high-energy electrons are mainly forward scattering and behave as a high-energy ‘electron beam'. The sharp increase of the number of secondary electrons plays an important role in producing active species at the interface between the cathode dark space and the negative glow region. The vibrational excitation enhances the energy loss of electrons in the negative glow region. 相似文献
