The stereoselective synthesis of alkynyl 1,2-amino alcohols by the addition of 3-chloro- and 3-methoxymethoxy- allenylzincs to chiral tert-butylsulfinylimines is described. The methodology is applicable to the preparation of alkynyl 2-amino-1,3-diols (O,N,O stereotriads) using α-alkoxy tert-butylsulfinylimines as chiral starting materials. The scope and limitations of the methodology along with recent applications to the efficient asymmetric syntheses of natural and/or bioactive alkaloids and polyhydroxylated alkaloids are presented.  相似文献

In order to gain insight into the preactivation of merocyanine 540 (MC540) 1 for the photodynamic therapy (Gulliya et al., 1990a, Photochem. Photobiol. 52, 831-838) its photo-oxidation was investigated. After irradiation of MC540 1 on a preparative scale three main photodegradation products were isolated with 16-20% yields. They turned out to be derivatives of benzoxazole, thiouracil and thiohydantoin with the structures 4, 5 and 6, respectively. It may be possible that they contribute to the cytostatic and antiviral activity of preactivated MC540 1.  相似文献

We studied two InAs/InP quantum wire samples with different growth conditions. The photoluminescence of the first sample reveals up to six distinct peaks, while the second has only two pronounced photoluminescence peaks that are attributed to flat wires with heights that differ by exactly one monolayer. Despite the large band offsets in this system, the photoluminescence energy shift of these peaks with a magnetic field applied in the plane of the wires shows that the extent of the exciton wave function in the growth direction is much larger than the wire height, i.e. the wave function spills over into the InP. Moreover, the exciton wave function shrinks for increasing wire height. The wave function spill-over is qualitatively confirmed in the first quantum wire sample.  相似文献

A nonlinear interior point method associated with the kinematic theorem of limit analysis is proposed. Associating these two tools enables one to determine an upper bound of the limit loading of a Gurson material structure from the knowledge of the sole yield criterion. We present the main features of the interior point algorithm and an original method providing a rigorous kinematic bound from a stress formulation of the problem. This method is tested by solving in plane strain the problem of a Gurson infinite bar compressed between rough rigid plates. To cite this article: F. Pastor et al., C. R. Alkynes are used as building blocks in synthetic and medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, and materials science. Therefore, efficient methods for their synthesis are the subject of intensive research. Herein, we report the direct synthesis of alkynes from readily available carboxylic acids at room temperature under visible‐light irradiation. The combination of an iridium photocatalyst with ethynylbenziodoxolone (EBX) reagents allowed the decarboxylative alkynylation of carboxylic acids in good yields under mild conditions. The method could be applied to silyl‐, aryl‐, and alkyl‐ substituted alkynes. It was particularly successful in the case of α‐amino and α‐oxo acids derived from biomass.  相似文献

This paper describes the development of an amperometric biosensor based on galactose oxidase (GAOx) immobilization within a laponite clay film deposited on Carbon Screen‐Printed Electrodes modified by electrodeposited Prussian Blue and coated with poly‐(O‐phenylenediamine) (PPD/PB/CSPEs). Amperometric performances of GAOx@laponite/PPD/PB/CSPEs bioelectrodes were determined using several GAOx substrates. Using these modified electrodes the reduction of enzymatically generated hydrogen peroxide was performed at ?0.2 V vs. Ag‐AgCl. In an initial attempt, E.Coli transketolase activity on its immobilized form was followed using a bienzymatic GAOx‐TK biosensor.  相似文献

In molecular imaging, multimodal imaging agents can provide complementary information, for improving the accuracy of disease diagnosis or enhancing patient management. In particular, optical/nuclear imaging may find important preclinical and clinical applications. To simplify the preparation of dual‐labeled imaging agents, we prepared versatile monomolecular multimodal imaging probe (MOMIP) platforms containing both a fluorescent dye (BODIPY) and a metal chelator (polyazamacrocycle). One of the MOMIP was conjugated to a cyclopeptide (i.e., octreotide) and radiolabeled with 111In. In vitro and in vivo studies of the resulting bioconjugate were conducted, highlighting the potential of these BODIPY‐based bimodal probes. This work also confirmed that the biovector and/or the bimodal probes must be chosen carefully, due to the impact of the MOMIP on the overall properties of the resulting imaging agent.  相似文献

This preconditionner is constructed from approximating the original problem with the closest (in some sense) separable elliptic problem. A direct method is then used to invert the preconditionner.
