Various approaches to the tyrosine-derived fragment of the marine secondary metabolite diazonamide A are described. Initial efforts were focused on the originally proposed structure of the natural product, and a feasibility study established that a model 4-aryltryptamine could be readily prepared. Protected 4-bromotryptamine underwent Pd0-catalyzed coupling with the boronic acid derived from 2-bromophenyl allyl ether by Claisen rearrangement, O-methylation and lithiation-boration. The resulting biaryl was elaborated into an alpha-diazo-beta-ketoester, dirhodium(II)-catalyzed reaction of which with N-Z-valinamide gave the desired tryptamine-oxazole following cyclodehydration of the intermediate ketoamide. A potential precursor to the benzofuran ring of the original structure of diazonamide A was prepared in eight steps from N-Z-tyrosine tert-butyl ester. Iodination, O-protection and Stille coupling gave the cinnamyl alcohol 25, converted via the bromide into the allyl aryl ether 27. Subsequent Claisen rearrangement and oxidative cleavage of the alkene gave the lactol 29, converted into the desired benzofuranone 31. The revision in the structure of diazonamide A to 2 resulted in the targeting of an alternative tyrosine-derived model benzofuranone 41 synthesized in four steps from N-Z-tyrosine methyl ester 36 by a route involving Claisen rearrangement of cinnamyl ether 37. Poor yields in this sequence prompted an investigation into the intramolecular Heck reaction as a route to benzofuranone 50. Coupling of 3-iodotyrosine 44 with 2-phenylbutenoic acid 48 gave ester 49 that readily underwent intramolecular Heck reaction to give benzofuranone 50, albeit with poor stereocontrol.  相似文献

To probe the mechanism of gas-phase oligonucleotide ion fragmentation, modified oligonucleotides were studied using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization. The oligonucleotides were of the form 5'-TTTTXTTTTT, where X was a modified nucleotide. Modifications included substitution of hydroxy, methoxy, amino, and allyl groups at the 2'-position of the deoxyribose. The modified ribose contained adenine, guanine, cytosine, or uracil bases. For comparison, we studied oligomers where X was an unmodified adenosine, guanosine, cytidine, thymidine, or uridine deoxyribonucleotide. We found a very strong dependence of the matrix-to-analyte ratio on fragmentation for these oligomers. Analysis of these modifications suggests that the initial fragmentation step in MALDI-MS involves a two-step (E1) elimination of the base.  相似文献

The homologous phases corresponding to the formula AnBnO3n+2 observed in the systems: La2Ti2O7CaTiO3, Nd2Ti2O7CaTiO3 and Ca2Nb2O7CaTiO3, have a structure derived from the structure of perovskite by periodic crystallographic shears, which delimitate n octahedra thick sheets. In the [0 1 0]1 direction, the sheets are following each other with two types of arrangement.Crystals of terms n = 4,5, 5 and 6 were investigated by X-ray diffraction. According to the type of arrangement of the sheets, the phases studied have either an orthorhombic symmetry or a monoclinic symmetry, this last one giving rise to merohedral twins.  相似文献

The interactions of calix[6]arene and p-tert-butylcalix[6]arene with aliphatic amines in acetonitrile solution were studied by spectrophotometric titrations in the UV region and 1H NMR spectrometry. Calix[6]arenes can undergo two deprotonations by aliphatic amines and the extent of the second proton transfer is mainly governed by the size of the α-substituent of the amine. 1H NMR spectra show that the macrocycle adopts a 1,2,3-alternate conformation and that the α-hydrogens of the ammonium ions are shielded by the π-clouds of the aromatic rings. The X-ray crystal structure of the dihexylammonium complex of the p-tert-butylcalix[6]arene dianion, reported here, confirms the 1,2,3-alternate conformation and shows one of the two ammonium moieties encapsulated in the inner cavity of the macrocycle.  相似文献

(E)-1,2-Bis-chalcogen alkenes were stereoselectively prepared in good yields by the addition of diorganyl dichalcogenides to terminal alkynes using CuI/Zn/glycerol as a recyclable catalytic system. The antioxidant activity in vitro of four (E)-1,2-bis-chalcogen alkenes synthesized was evaluated and (E)-1,2-bis-(4-methoxyphenylselanyl)styrene 3b presented excellent activity. The catalytic system used in the synthesis was recovered and used directly up to 5 cycles without loss of activity.  相似文献

The upper and lower bounds of a harmonic oscillator with an octic perturbation are studied with the use of renormalized inner projection. It is shown that this relatively simple technique works even in the infinite coupling constant limit. Symbolic computation is very convenient and useful in these types of problems, where only a finite number of operations are required.  相似文献

A numerical study of the guided modes in a water-saturated poroelastic plate that obeys the Biot theory is presented. In the first part, we study the leaky guided modes and the angular resonances when the slow wave does not propagate. Two types of guided modes exist. The first ones occur from coupling of the fast longitudinal wave with the shear wave; most of them propagate whatever the frequency is, provided that it is not close to their cut-off frequencies. The leaky guided modes of the second type occur from coupling of the two longitudinal waves and the shear wave. These modes do not propagate (they are highly damped) as long as the slow wave remains diffusive. We show that the characteristics of the angular resonances can be linked to the leaky guided waves of the first type in the same way as for an elastic plate. The guided modes of the second type may not be associated to angular resonances. In the second part, we consider a thinner plate in a higher frequency range so that the slow wave can propagate. Once again its influence is studied both on the leaky guided modes and on the angular resonances.  相似文献

The effect of ultraviolet (UV) radiation and copper (Cu) on apical segments of Pterocladiella capillacea was examined under two different conditions of radiation, PAR (control) and PAR+UVA+UVB (PAR+UVAB), and three copper concentrations, ranging from 0 (control) to 0.62, 1.25 and 2.50 μm . Algae were exposed in vitro to photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) at 70 μmol photons m?2 s?1, PAR + UVB at 0.35 W m?2 and PAR +UVA at 0.70 W m?2 during a 12‐h photocycle for 3 h each day for 7 days. The effects of radiation and copper on growth rates, content of photosynthetic pigments and photosynthetic performance were analyzed. In addition, samples were processed for light and transmission electron microscopy. The content of photosynthetic pigments decreased after exposure to radiation and Cu. Compared with PAR radiation and copper treatments modified the kinetics patterns of the photosynthesis/irradiance curve. The treatments also caused changes in the ultrastructure of cortical and subcortical cells, including increased cell wall thickness and accumulation of plastoglobuli, as well as changes in the organization of chloroplasts. The results indicate that the synergistic interaction between UV radiation and Cu in P. capillacea, led to the failure of protective mechanisms and causing more drastic changes and cellular imbalances.  相似文献
