交通产业链上企业工程项目成本控制的影响因素研究

一些企业以轨道交通产业为纽带形成了交通产业链,轨道交通产业链上的企业要注重对相关工程项目实施全过程中的成本控制.从产业链的视角出发,围绕财务指标、内部业务流程指标、客户指标、学习与成长能力指标这4个方面,构建了评价指标体系和成本控制指标体系.运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法进行评价和分析,找出了影响轨道交通产业链上企业工程项目成本控制的主要因素.研究表明,有55%的人认为财务指标、内部业务流程指标、客户指标、学习与成长能力指标这4个因素对轨道交通工程项目成本控制的影响较大.     

Independent measurement of the total active 8B solar neutrino flux using an array of 3He proportional counters at the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory

The Sudbury Neutrino Observatory (SNO) used an array of 3He proportional counters to measure the rate of neutral-current interactions in heavy water and precisely determined the total active (nu_x) 8B solar neutrino flux. This technique is independent of previous methods employed by SNO. The total flux is found to be 5.54_-0.31;+0.33(stat)-0.34+0.36(syst)x10(6) cm(-2) s(-1), in agreement with previous measurements and standard solar models. A global analysis of solar and reactor neutrino results yields Deltam2=7.59_-0.21;+0.19x10(-5) eV2 and theta=34.4_-1.2;+1.3 degrees. The uncertainty on the mixing angle has been reduced from SNO's previous results.     

A study on the real-time radiation dosimetry measurement system based on optically stimulated luminescence

The optically stimulated luminescent (OSL) radiation dosimeter technically surveys a wide dynamic measurement range and a high sensitivity. Optical fiber dosimeters provide capability for remote monitoring of the radiation in the locations which are difficult-to-access and hazardous. In addition, optical fiber dosimeters are immune to electrical and radio-frequency interference. In this paper, a novel remote optical fiber radiation dosimeter is described. The optical fiber dosimeter takes advantage of the charge trapping materials CaS:Ce, Sm that exhibit OSL. The measuring range of the dosimeter is from 0.1 to 100 Gy.     

Iron(III) amine-bis(phenolate) complexes as catalysts for the coupling of alkyl halides with aryl Grignard reagents

Catalytic cross-coupling of aryl Grignard reagents with primary and secondary alkyl halides bearing beta-hydrogens is achieved using Fe(III) amine-bis(phenolate) halide complexes.     

Synthesis and structure of iron(iii) diamine-bis(phenolate) complexes

The structures and properties of six new iron(iii) diamine-bis(phenolate) complexes are reported. Reaction of anhydrous FeX(3) salts (where X = Cl or Br) with the diprotonated tripodal tetradentate ligands 2-pyridylamino-N,N-bis(2-methylene-4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol), H(2)[L(1)], and N,N-dimethyl-N',N'-bis(2-methylene-4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol)ethylenediamine, H(2)[L(2)], produces the trigonal bipyramidal iron(iii) complexes, [L(1)]FeCl , [L(1)]FeBr , [L(2)]FeCl and [L(2)]FeBr . Reaction of FeX(3) with the related linear tetradentate ligand N,N'-bis(4,6-tert-butyl-2-methylphenol)-N,N'-bismethyl-1,2-diaminoethane, H(2)[L(3)], generates square pyramidal iron(iii) complexes, [L(3)]FeCl and [L(3)]FeBr . Complexes have been characterized using electronic absorption spectroscopy and magnetometry. Single crystal X-ray molecular structures have been determined for complexes 1, 3, 5 and 6.     

Analysis of 'ARN' naphthenic acids by high temperature gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography

Examination by high temperature GC (HTGC) of the methyl esters of the so-called 'ARN' naphthenic acids from crude oils of North Sea UK, Norwegian Sea and West African oilfields revealed the distributions of resolved 4-8 ring C80 tetra acids and trace amounts of other acids. Whilst all three oils contained apparently the same major acids, the proportions of each differed, possibly reflecting the growth temperatures of the archaebacteria from which the acids are assumed to have originated. The structures of the 4, 5, 7 and 8 ring acids are tentatively assigned by comparison with the known 6 ring acid and related natural products and an HPLC method for the isolation of the individual acids is described. ESI-MS of individual acids isolated by preparative HPLC established the elution order of the 4-8 ring acids on the HPLC and HTGC systems and revealed the presence of previously unreported acids tentatively identified as C81 and C82 7 and 8 ring analogues.     

Non-fouling microfluidic chip produced by radio frequency tetraglyme plasma deposition

This Technical Note presents the direct surface modification of a glass/PTFE hybrid microfluidic chip, via radio frequency glow discharge plasma polymerisation of tetraethlylene glycol dimethylether (tetraglyme), to produce hydrophilic, non-fouling, PEO-like surfaces. We use several techniques including X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), direct enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) and immunofluorescent imaging to investigate the channel coatings. Our results indicate the successful deposition of a PEO-like coating onto microchannel surfaces that has both solution and shelf stability (>3 months) and is capable of preventing fibrinogen adsorption to the microchannel surfaces.     

Synthesis and characterization of immobilized PAMAM dendrons

This communication describes the synthesis and characterization of immobilized PAMAM dendrons onto a surface modified silicon wafer substrate (functionalized using plasma polymerized PAA) using a "growing from" strategy.
