堆焊熔敷层表面纳米晶层摩擦磨损性能研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
用预压力滚压技术在堆焊修复层表面制备纳米晶层.利用TEM、SEM分析技术研究表面纳米晶层微观结构,利用CETR-3型多功能摩擦磨损试验机考察在干摩擦条件下堆焊层表面纳米晶层的摩擦磨损性能.结果表明堆焊修复层表面经表面纳米化处理后,表面形成厚度约为10μm(晶粒尺寸小于100 nm)的纳米晶层,最表面层平均晶粒尺寸约为10 nm.纳米压痕试验表明纳米晶层的硬度提高,最表面纳米晶层的硬度约为原始堆焊层硬度的3倍.与原始堆焊试样相比,表面纳米化试样的摩擦系数降低了10%,磨损体积降低了25%~30%左右.表面纳米化样品的磨损机制由原始堆焊层的磨粒磨损和黏着磨损转变为磨粒磨损,分析表明晶粒细化导致的高硬度、低塑性是摩擦磨损性能改善和磨损机制改变的主要原因.  相似文献

The mass and nuclear charge distributions of fission fragments from229Th(nth, f) have been measured at several kinetic energies with the mass spectrometer Lohengrin (ILL-Grenoble). The average proton e-o effect, which reaches 41%, induces large oscillations in the parameters of the isotopic charge distribution. A comparison of the data from different fissile nuclei shows the importance of the last stage of the process for intrinsic excitations.  相似文献

Some new aspects of qualitative molecular-orbital theory are developed within the context of group theory and a symmetrized Hückel approximation. Conclusions concerning the eigenvalue sums for sets of eigenfunctions of the same symmetries, the occurrence of repetitions of symmetry-adapted projections and the relations between eigenvalues of Γg and Γu symmetries are exemplified using the 120 cage structure of Ih point symmetry. Cucurbit[7]uril (CB[7]), in its amorphous solid state, shows one of the highest CO(2) sorption capacities among known organic porous materials at 298 K and 0.1 and 1 bar. In addition to the highest CO(2) capacity, CB[7] also shows remarkable selectivity of CO(2) over N(2) and CH(4). These properties, along with the existence of readily available precursors, indicate amorphous CB[7] might find applications in recycling CO(2) particularly considering the easy synthesis and potentially low manufacturing costs.  相似文献

We have observedγ-rays following the β?-decay of243Np and244Np after chemical isolation of neptunium isotopes from the products of the reaction of 835 MeV136Xe with244Pu. The ground-state of 1.85-min243Np hasJ=5/2. The decay of 2.29-min244Np (probableJ π=7?) populates high-spin members of the ground state rotational band in244Pu.  相似文献

The as-deposited and annealed Ge-Au film and Ge-Au/Au bilayer films have been observed by transmission electron microscopy. The bilayer with a composition of Ge-5at%Au film is amorphous, while the Ge-22at%Au film is polycrystalline. Higher concentration of Au raises the structural heterogeneity and instability. Fractals can be observed in the Ge-5at%Au/Au bilayer samples annealed at 60-100℃. The difference of the fractal patterns generated from Ge-Au/An and a-Ge/Au films call be attributed to the higher heterogeneity and instability in Ge-Au/An bilayers.  相似文献

We study the effects of inter-miniband electron tunneling and electric field domains on the current–voltage and conductance–voltage curves of biased semiconductor superlattices under the action of a magnetic field that is tilted relative to the plane of the layers. For this geometry, electrons in the superlattice minibands exhibit a unique type of stochastic semiclassical motion. At certain critical values of the electric field within the superlattice layers, the stochastic trajectories change abruptly from fully localized to completely unbounded, and map out an intricate web-like mesh of conduction channels in phase space. Delocalization of the electron paths produces a series of strong resonant peaks in the electron drift velocity versus electric field curves. We use these drift velocity characteristics to make self-consistent drift-diffusion calculations of the current–voltage and differential conductance–voltage curves of the superlattices, which reveal strong resonant features originating from the sudden delocalization of the stochastic single-electron paths. We show that this delocalization has a pronounced effect on the distribution of space charge and electric field domains within the superlattices. Inter-miniband tunneling greatly reduces the amount of space-charge buildup, thus enhancing the domain structure and both the strength and number of the current resonances.  相似文献
