The preparation of a 1:1 complex involving-cyclodextrin (-CD) and phenylpropiolic acid (PPA) is reported. A method using microextraction by packed sorbent (MEPS) and gas chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) is described for the determination of seven antipsychotic drugs in human plasma. The studied compounds were chlorpromazine (CPZ), haloperidol (HAL), cyamemazine, quetiapine, clozapine, olanzapine (OLZ), and levomepromazine; promazine, protriptyline, and deuterated CPZ were used as internal standards. The validation parameters included selectivity, linearity and limits of detection and quantitation, intra- and interday precision and trueness, recovery, and stability and were studied according to internationally accepted guidelines. The method was found to be linear between the lower limit of quantitation and 1000 ng/mL, except for OLZ and HAL (200 ng/mL), with determination coefficients higher than 0.99 for all analytes, and extraction efficiencies ranged from 62 to 92 %. Intra- and interday precision ranged from 0.24 to 10.67 %, while trueness was within a ±15 % interval from the nominal concentration for all analytes at all studied levels. MEPS has shown to be a rapid procedure for the determination of the selected antipsychotic drugs in human plasma, allowing reducing the handling time and the costs of analysis. Furthermore, GC-MS/MS has demonstrated to be a powerful tool for the simultaneous quantitation of the studied compounds, enabling obtaining adequate selectivity and sensitivity using a sample volume of as low as 0.25 mL.  相似文献

A new semi‐empirical electrotopological index, ISET, for quantitative structure–retention relationships (QSRR) models was developed based on the refinement of the previously published semi‐empirical topological index, IET. We demonstrate that the values of Ci fragments that were firstly attributed from the experimental chromatographic retention and theoretical deductions have an excellent relationship with the net atomic charge of the carbon atoms. Thus, the values attributed to the vertices in the hydrogen‐suppressed graph of carbon atoms (Ci) are calculated from the correlation of the net atomic charge in each carbon atom, which is obtained from quantum chemical semi‐empirical calculations, and the Ci fragments for primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary carbon atoms (1.0, 0.9, 0.8 and 0.7, respectively) obtained from the experimental values. This shows that IET encoded this quantum physical reality and that it is possible to calculate a new ISET (the semi‐empirical electrotopological index) through the net atomic charge values obtained from a Mulliken population analysis using the semi‐empirical AM1 method and their correlation with the values attributed to the different types of carbon atoms. This demonstrates that the ISET encodes information on the charge distribution of the solute on which dispersive and electrostatic interactions between the solute (alkanes and alkenes) and the stationary phase strongly depend. Thus, this new method can be considered as an initial step towards forthcoming QSRR/QSAR studies. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This work is inserted in a research program that consists mainly in the experimental and theoretical study of the effect of association between solute and solvent molecules in the solubility of gases in liquids.The solubilities of hydrofluorocarbons, HFCs, (CH3F, CH2F2, CHF3) in lower alcohols (methanol, ethanol, 1-propanol, 1-butanol) have been determined in the temperature range [284, 313] K, at atmospheric pressure. An automated apparatus based on Ben-Naim-Baer and Tominaga et al. designs was used, which provides an accuracy of 0.6%. A precision of the same order of magnitude was achieved.To represent the temperature dependence of the mole fraction solubilities, the equation R ln x2 = A + B/T + C ln T was used. From this equation, the experimental Gibbs energies, enthalpies and entropies of solution at 298 K and 1 atm partial pressure of the gas, were calculated.A semiempirical correlation has been developed between the solubilities of HFCs in alcohols at 298 K and the Gutmann acceptor number of solvents, AN, and reduced dipole moment of the gases, μ*.  相似文献

Reaction of the donor‐stabilized silylene 1 (which is three‐coordinate in the solid state and four‐coordinate in solution) with BEt3 and BPh3 leads to the formation of the Lewis acid/base complexes 2 and 3 , respectively, which are the first five‐coordinate silicon compounds with an Si?B bond. These compounds were structurally characterized by crystal structure analyses and by multinuclear NMR spectroscopic studies in the solid state and in solution. Additionally, the bonding situation in 2 and 3 was analyzed by quantum chemical studies.  相似文献

The present work explores, for the first time, the electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid (AscH2) and its determination in the presence of uric acid (UA) on the in situ activated 4‐nitrophthalonitrile modified carbon paste electrode. The kinetic constant κ for the catalytic reaction for the electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid, evaluated by cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry and RDE voltammetry provided values around 106 L mol?1 s?1. The sensor provided a linear response range for AscH2 and UA from 5.0 up to 120.0 μmol L?1 with detection limits of 1.6 μmol L?1and 1.3 μmol L?1, respectively. The sensor was applied for the simultaneous determination of AscH2 and UA in urine samples and the average recoveries for these samples were 99.8 (±3.1)% and 99.9 (±2.1)%, respectively .  相似文献

Although the petrochemical polymers have revolutionized the technological development, the intensive use of these materials have contributed to the global pollution. In this context, researches involving ecofriendliness materials are growing up, as well as, a current interest in developing materials from inexpensive and renewable resources, such as vegetable oils. In this work, is described the synthesis of polymeric materials by thermal polymerization from linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L.) and passion fruit oil (Passiflora edulis) and their characterization by gas chromatographic (GC), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, solubility in organic solvents, thermogravimetry (TG), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and Raman spectroscopy. The TG curve shows that those polymeric materials present two stages of decomposition. DSC plots of the vegetable oils showed some endothermic and exothermic transitions which are not present in the DSC curves corresponding to oil-based polymers. The Raman spectra of the polymers indicate declining of absorbance in the region of CC stretching (∼1600 cm−1). This absorption was used to estimate the degree of polymerization (79% and 67.5% for linseed and passion fruit oils, respectively).  相似文献

Summary Sulfonylureas are widely used for the treatment of non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus. Glibenclamide belongs to the group of substituted arylsulfonylureas. Many representative of this group shows polymorphism. The purpose of this work was to investigate the thermal behaviour and compatibility between glibenclamide and some excipients using thermoanalytical techniques (TG-DTG/DSC). The thermal and isothermal kinetics data showed incompatibility between glibenclamide and magnesium stearate.  相似文献
