A cascade radical cyclization process involving oxime ethers tethered to a brominated phenyl and an activated olefin moiety is described. The generated aryl radicals using tri-n-butyltin hydride react with the CN bond to yield neutral alkyl-oxyaminyl radicals, which were then simultaneously captured by the activated double bond to provide heterocyclic systems with a pyrrolidinic nucleus.  相似文献

The uptake of 2,5-dimethylphenol and 2,6-dimethylphenol on aqueous surfaces was measured between 279 and 293 K, using the wetted-wall flow tube technique coupled with UV absorption spectroscopic detection. For both compounds, the uptake coefficients gamma were found to be independent of the KOH scavenger concentration in the range of 0.01 to 1 M (pH > pK(a)) and of the liquid-gas contact times. In addition, the uptake coefficients and the derived mass accommodation coefficients alpha show a negative temperature dependence in the investigated temperature range. The mass accommodation coefficients decrease from 1.1 x 10(-3) to 1.1 x 10(-4), and from 5.4 x 10(-4) to 6.4 x 10(-5) for 2,5-dimethylphenol and 2,6-dimethylphenol, respectively. These results are used to discuss the incorporation of these species into the liquid using the nucleation theory. Henry's law constants (HLC) of both compounds were directly measured using a dynamic equilibrium system based on the water/air equilibrium at the interface within the length of a microporous tube. The measurements were conducted over the range 278-293 K in both deionized water and 35 g L(-1) solution of NaCl. At 293 K and in pure water, HLC were found to be equal to (in units of M atm(-1)): 2,5-dimethylphenol, HLC = (1270 +/- 240); 2,6-dimethylphenol, HLC = (250 +/- 80). All of the values for HLC in 35 g L(-1) salt solution were 5-55% lower than the corresponding values in deionized water, depending on the compound and the temperature. These data (mass accommodation coefficients and Henry's law constants) were then used to estimate the partitioning of these phenolic compounds between gaseous and aqueous phases and the corresponding atmospheric lifetimes under clear sky (tau(gas)) and cloudy conditions (tau(multiphase)) have then been derived. The calculated multiphase lifetimes (in units of hours) are lower than those in gas phase at a cumulus temperature of 283 K (in parentheses): 2,5-dimethylphenol, 2.2 (3.5); 2,6-dimethylphenol, 3.8 (4.2).  相似文献

Realistic molecular dynamics simulations of polyaminocarboxylate complexes of gadolinium (III) ion in water are performed, providing coordination numbers and average residence times in quantitative agreement with available experimental data. A theoretical analysis, based on fitting a fluctuating charges model on ab initio data, also indicates that charge transfer between the ion and the ligand is significant.  相似文献

We previously demonstrated that the NC1[alpha3(IV)185-191] CNYYSNS peptide inhibited in vivo tumor progression. The YSNS motif formed a beta turn crucial for biological activity. The aim of the present study was to design a YSNSG cyclopeptide with a constrained beta turn on the YSNS residues more stable than CNYYSNS. By nuclear magnetic resonance and molecular modeling, we demonstrated that the YSNSG cyclopeptide actually adopted the expected beta-turn conformation. It promoted melanoma cell adhesion and prevented their adhesion to the native peptide. It inhibited in vitro cell proliferation and migration through Matrigel by downregulating proteolytic cascades. Moreover, intraperitoneal administration of the YSNSG cyclopeptide inhibited melanoma progression far more efficiently than the native peptide. The increased solubility and stability at low pH of the YSNSG cyclopeptide suggest this peptide as a potent antitumor therapeutic agent.  相似文献

We present a "basin-sampling" approach for calculation of the potential energy density of states for classical statistical models. It combines a Wang-Landau-type uniform sampling of local minima and a novel approach for approximating the relative contributions from local minima in terms of the volumes of basins of attraction. We have employed basin-sampling to study phase changes in atomic clusters modeled by the Lennard-Jones potential and for ionic clusters. The approach proves to be efficient for systems involving broken ergodicity and has allowed us to calculate converged heat capacity curves for systems that could previously only be treated using the harmonic superposition approximation. Benchmarks are also provided by comparison with parallel tempering and Wang-Landau simulations, where these proved feasible.  相似文献

Diastereomerically pure alpha-trifluoromethyl alpha-amino nitriles obtained by Strecker-type reactions from chiral CF3 imines and iminium proved to be very attractive versatile intermediates for the synthesis of various alpha-trifluoromethyl amino compounds. From these synthons, both enantiomers of alpha-trifluoromethyl alanine, trifluoromethyl 1,2-diamines, and amino alcohols were conveniently obtained in enantiopure form in high yields in a few steps.  相似文献

Diethylamino‐substituted oligophenylenevinylene (OPV) building blocks have been prepared and used for the synthesis of two [60]fullerene–OPV dyads, F‐D1 and F‐D2 , which exhibit different conjugation length of the OPV fragments. The electrochemical properties of these acceptor–donor dyads have been studied by cyclic voltammetry. The first reduction is always assigned to the fullerene moiety and the first oxidation centered on the diethylaniline groups of the OPV rods, thus making these systems suitable candidates for photoinduced electron transfer. Both the OPV and the fullerene‐centered fluorescence bands are quenched in toluene and benzonitrile, which suggests the occurrence of photoinduced electron transfer from the amino‐substituted OPVs to the carbon sphere in the dyads in both solvents. By means of bimolecular quenching experiments, transient absorption spectral fingerprints of the radical cationic species are detected in the visible (670 nm) and near‐IR (1300–1500 nm) regions, along with the much weaker fullerene anion band at λmax=1030 nm. Definitive evidence for photoinduced electron transfer in F‐D1 and F‐D2 comes from transient absorption measurements. A charge‐separated state is formed within 100 ps and decays in less than 5 ns.  相似文献

Weighted event graphs (in short WEG) are widely used to model industrial problems and embedded systems. In an optimization context, fast algorithms checking the liveness of a marked WEG must be developed. The purpose of this paper is to develop a sufficient condition of liveness of a WEG. We first show that any unitary WEG can be transformed into a graph in which the values of the arcs adjacent to any transition depend on the transition. Then, a simple sufficient condition of liveness can be expressed on this new graph and polynomially computed. This condition is shown to be necessary for a circuit with two transitions.  相似文献
