We propose a new tunable laser source concept for multiple-wavelength interferometry, offering an unprecedented large choice of synthetic wavelengths with a relative uncertainty better than 10(-11) in vacuum. Two lasers are frequency stabilized over a wide range of frequency intervals defined by the frequency comb generated by a mode-locked fiber laser. In addition, we present experimental results demonstrating the generation of a 90 mum synthetic wavelength calibrated with an accuracy better than 0.2 parts in 10(6). With this synthetic wavelength we can resolve one optical wavelength, which opens the way to absolute distance measurement with nanometer accuracy.  相似文献

Ultrasonic longitudinal velocity and attenuation were measured for aqueous solutions of sorbitol at approximately 5 MHz. For pure sorbitol, the ultrasonic velocity reached 3200 m s−1, consequently leading to a high acoustical impedance (around 5 × 10Rayleigh) and good matching between the ultrasonic transducers and material samples.  相似文献

The stereoselective acetylation of meso-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanediol by vinyl acetate in the presence of three lipases gave the (1R,3S)-monoester in high enantiomeric excess (ee > or = 98%). The hydrolysis of the corresponding meso-diacetate in the presence of Candida antarctica lipase in phosphate buffer provided the opposite enantiomer. Optically active monoacetates were converted to both enantiomers of 3-hydroxy-2,2-dimethylcyclohexanone, a versatile chiral building block.  相似文献

The adsorption of the diazo dye Direct Red 23 onto a zinc oxide surface at 30 °C in the dark was investigated. The color reduction was monitored by spectrophotometry at 503 nm. The FTIR and Raman spectra of the Direct Red 23 adsorption as a function of ZnO concentration were registered. From the PM3 semi-empirical calculations of the atomic charge density and dipole moment of the Direct Red 23 molecule, it was demonstrated that the azo dye molecule may be adsorbed onto the ZnO surface through molecule geometry modifications, enhancing the interfacial area causing a variation in the bonding frequencies.  相似文献

Let M be a compact, minimal 3-dimensional submanifold with constant scalar curvature R immersed in the standard sphere S3+p. In codimension 1, we know from the work that has been done on Chern’s conjecture that M is isoparametric and R = 3D0, R = 3D3 or R = 3D6. In this paper we extend this result from codimension one to compact submanifolds with a flat normal bundle and give a complete classification.  相似文献

A new analytical method for determination of coenzyme Q10 (2,3‐dimethoxy‐5‐methyl‐6‐decaprenyl‐1,4‐benzoquinone, CoQ10) in human plasma was developed based on CE using a double tensioactive microemulsion. CoQ10 was quantitatively extracted into 1‐propanol/hexane and quantified by MEEKC. The microemulsion was prepared by mixing 1.4% w/w sodium bis(2‐ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate, 4% w/w cholic acid, 1% w/w octane, 8.5% w/w butanol, 0.1% w/w PVA and 85% w/w 10 mM Tris buffer at pH 9.0. The optimized electrophoretic conditions included the use of an uncoated silica capillary of 60 cm total length and 75 μm id, an applied voltage of 20 kV, room temperature and 214 nm ultraviolet detection. Selectivity, linearity, LOD, LOQ, precision and accuracy were evaluated as the parameters of validation. Owing to its simplicity and reliability, the proposed method can be an advantageous alternative to the traditional methodology for the quantitation of CoQ10 in human plasma with good accuracy and precision.  相似文献

Nd2CuO4±δ is the non-superconducting prototype of the Re2−xMxCuO4ty family (Re=Pr, Nd, Sm and M=Ceor Th) of n-type oxide superconductors. Four-probe DC conductivity, EMF in P(O2) gradient, and thermopower measurements have been used to characterise its electric transport and defect structure between 300 and 900°C and between 5×10−4 and 1 atm oxygen partial pressure.

The results show that Nd2CuO4±δ can be oxygen under-stoichiometric (with n-type conductivity), near-stoichiometric, and over-stoichiometric (with p-type conductivity) in different T, P(O2) ranges.  相似文献
