Recently, slow light in metamaterials has been investigated based on the coupling between two quasi-bound states, in classic analogue of electromagnetically induced transparency in atomic systems. Here we demonstrate the feasibility in achieving slow light in metamaterials, based on the mechanism of coupling between a quasi-bound state and a continuum state. The theoretical prediction by a two-particle model is in good agreement with the experimental result in the metamaterial composed of the cut and continuous metal strips. The present work illustrates the versatility of metamaterials, implying the great potential in many applications. 相似文献

收集了16种中国大米和11种日本大米,经过微波消解或干灰化法处理后,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定了其中Al,As,B,Ba,Ca,Cd,Co,Cr,Cs,Cu,Fe,Hg,K,Mg,Mn,Mo,Na,Ni,P,Pb,Rb,S,Se,Sr,Tl,V和Zn等27种矿质元素的含量,并用生物标准参考物质大米(GBW10010)评价了分析方法的准确度。研究结果表明,基于碰撞反应池技术(CCT)的ICP-MS能有效降低一些多原子离子对低m/z元素离子计数的干扰;与日本大米相比,中国大米中Al,S,Sr等元素含量显著偏高,而B,Cd,Cs,Mg,Mo,P,Pb,Zn等元素含量显著偏低(P0.05),采用聚类分析(最小方差法)对矿质元素含量进行处理,可正确判别两国大米。另外,还发现大米中Mg和P含量之间存在很强的线性相关性,相关系数高达0.9552。 相似文献

Experiments are carried out on partially premixed turbulent flames stabilized in a conical burner. The investigated gaseous fuels are methane, methane diluted with nitrogen, and mixtures of CH4, CO, CO2, H2 and N2, simulating typical products from gasification of biomass, and co-firing of gasification gas with methane. The fuel and air are partially premixed in concentric tubes. Flame stabilization behavior is investigated and significantly different stabilization characteristics are observed in flames with and without the cone. Planar laser induced fluorescence (LIF) imaging of a fuel-tracer species, acetone, and OH radicals is carried out to characterize the flame structures. Large eddy simulations of the conical flames are carried out to gain further understanding of the flame/flow interaction in the cone. The data show that the flames with the cone are more stable than those without the cone. Without the cone (i.e. jet burner) the critical jet velocities for blowoff and liftoff of biomass derived gases are higher than that for methane/nitrogen mixture with the same heating values, indicating the enhanced flame stabilization by hydrogen in the mixture. With the cone the stability of flames is not sensitive to the compositions of the fuels, owing to the different flame stabilization mechanism in the conical flames than that in the jet flames. From the PLIF images it is shown that in the conical burner, the flame is stabilized by the cone at nearly the same position for different fuels. From large eddy simulations, the flames are shown to be controlled by the recirculation flows inside cone, which depends on the cone angle, but less sensitive to the fuel compositions and flow speed. The flames tend to be hold in the recirculation zones even at very high flow speed. A simple and mild method for the separation of sulfonamide residues based on a condensation reaction with O-phthalaldehyde solution (OPA) as labeling reagent with capillary electrophoresis has been developed. A 58.5 cm × 50 μm i.d. (50 cm effective length) untreated fused-silica capillary was used. To optimize the separation conditions, the background electrolyte concentration, pH, column temperature, voltage and other factors were evaluated. The optimal separation conditions were as follows: 20 mmol L?1 borate buffer; pH 9.1; column temperature 20 °C; separation voltage 18 kV, pressure 50 mbar and injection time 8 s. Under the optimal conditions, 10 kinds of sulfonamide derivatives could be well-separated within 8 min, and the linear ranges were 0.35–100 μg kg?1. The detection limit (at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3) was in the range of 0.12–0.25 μg kg?1, and the quantification limit (at a signal-to-noise ratio of 10) was in the range of 0.35–0.70 μg kg?1. The sulfonamide residues from cultured sea cucumber samples were determined under the optimal conditions with satisfactory results. 相似文献

Methane (CH4) is a potent greenhouse gas and the second highest contributor to global warming. CH4 emissions are still growing at an alarmingly high pace. The design and exploration of efficient, stable and environmentally compatible organic emitters for an electrochemiluminescence (ECL) sensor is a promising topic. Herein, a novel environmentally-friendly luminophore, ZnBCBTP@MWCNTs, were fabricated via self-assembly of porphyrin molecules (ZnBCBTP) onto multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). The resulting luminophore ZnBCBTP@MWCNTs displayed not only the highly ECL property and but also the good accelerated electron mobility. Then, a label-free ECL biosensor based ZnBCBTP@MWCNTs was constructed for the ultrasensitive detection of uric acid. Excitingly, this proposed ECL biosensor performed a good linear relationship in the range of 0–300 μM with a low detection limit of 1.4 μM, thus offering another reliable and feasible sensing platform for clinical bioanalysis with good selectivity, stability, and repeatability. 相似文献

A novel solvent terminated microextraction method based on a natural deep eutectic solvent (L-menthol and lactic acid at a molar ratio of 1:2) coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography was proposed, which was utilized for the separation and enrichment of bisdemethoxycurcumin, demethoxycurcumin and curcumin in Curcumae Longae Rhizoma and turmeric tea. The effects of independent parameters on extraction efficiency were optimized by single-factor analysis. Subsequently, four predominated parameters affecting the extraction procedure, including extractant volume, salt concentration, demulsifier consumption, and demulsification time, were further evaluated by a central composite design. Under the optimized conditions, the linear ranges of calibration curves were 0.005–0.5 μg/mL for bisdemethoxycurcumin, 0.004–0.4 μg/mL for demethoxycurcumin, and 0.0045–0.45 μg/mL for curcumin, respectively. In addition, the developed method provided low detection limits (0.1–0.4 ng/mL) and high enrichment factors (279–350). Its intra-day and inter-day precision were carried out by relative standard deviation ranging from 2.2 to 9.2%. Finally, the applicability of this method was assessed by the analysis of Curcumae Longae Rhizoma and turmeric tea samples. The results showed that these samples were detected successfully and the spiked recoveries over the range of 85.3-108.9% with relative standard deviations of 1.6-8.9% were attained, indicating its high relative recoveries with good precision in real sample analysis. 相似文献
