维甲化合物与维甲X受体相互作用模拟及QSAR研究

用分子对接确定了一系列RXR激动剂与受体的作用方式,与X衍射测得的晶体复合物中9-cis-RA的作用方式相近。对接后的配体-受体复和物经分子力学优化后更接近药效构象,两者相互作用能与活性具有一定的相关性,相关系数R^2=0.64。用活性构象建立的CoMFA模型比低能构象建立的CoMFA模型有更高的可信度,其交叉验证相关系q^2=0.791,非交叉验证相关系数γ^2=0.988,绝对误差SE=0.099,f6,33=456.8。     

Wave localization in randomly disordered periodic layered piezoelectric structures

Considering the mechnoelectrical coupling, the localization of SH-waves in disordered periodic layered piezoelectric structures is studied. The waves propagating in directions normal and tangential to the layers are considered. The transfer matrices between two consecutive unit cells are obtained according to the continuity conditions. The expressions of localization factor and localization length in the disordered periodic structures are presented. For the disordered periodic piezoelectric structures, the numerical results of localization factor and localization length are presented and discussed. It can be seen from the results that the frequency passbands and stopbands appear for the ordered periodic structures and the wave localization phenomenon occurs in the disordered periodic ones, and the larger the coefficient of variation is, the greater the degree of wave localization is. The widths of stopbands in the ordered periodic structures are very narrow when the properties of the consecutive piezoelectric materials are similar and the intervals of stopbands become broader when a certain material parameter has large changes. For the wave propagating in the direction normal to the layers the localization length has less dependence on the frequency, but for the wave propagating in the direction tangential to the layers the localization length is strongly dependent on the frequency.The project supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (10632020, 10672017 and 20451057).     

地沟油检测技术研究进展

地沟油非法加工用作食用油,对人体健康有很大的危害,建立地沟油鉴别国家标准是当前亟需解决的难题。对地沟油检测方法的研究报道进行了综述及评价,并对未来地沟油鉴别研究方向进行了展望。     

基于多步长梯度特征的红外弱小目标检测算法

胚胎发育与孕妇血锌含量的对比观察

为探讨早孕时期胚胎发育与微量元素的关系，测定了１２０例胚胎停止发育孕妇血锌含量，并与对照组比较，结果表明，８２例血锌含量低于对照组，占６８．３３％。     

Transient impact responses of laminated composite cylindrical shells

The generalized ray method (GRM) has been successfully used to study the transient elastic wave transmitting in the beams, planar trusses, space frames and infinite layered media. In this letter, the GRM is extended to investigate the early short time transient responses of laminated composite cylindrical shells under impact load. By using the Laplace transformation and referring to the boundary conditions, the ray groups transmitting in the finite laminated cylindrical shells under the shock load are obtained and the transient response related to each ray group can be derived via FFT algorithm. From the numerical results, it is shown that the early short time transient accelerations of the laminated composite cylindrical shell under impact loads are very large. But the short time transient shear strain and displacement are very small.     

Synthesis of Ultrafine Mesoporous Tungsten Carbide by High‐energy Ball Milling and Its Electrocatalytic Activity for Methanol Oxidation

Ultrafine mesoporous tungsten carbide (WC) was prepared from as‐synthesized mesoporous WC using high‐energy ball milling treatment. X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and nitrogen adsorption‐desorption techniques were used to characterize the samples. Brunauer‐Emmett‐Teller (BET) surface areas of WC samples increased with the increasing ball milling time and kept constant at 10–11 m²·g^?1 for over 9 h. The electrocatalytic properties of methanol electro‐oxidation at WC powder microelectrodes were investigated by cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, and quasi‐steady‐state polarization techniques. The results reveal that ball‐milled WC exhibits higher activity for methanol electro‐oxidation than as‐synthesized mesoporous WC. The suitability of ball‐milled WC for methanol electro‐oxidation is better than platinum (Pt) micro‐disk, although the current peak is not as high as the Pt micro‐disk. Moreover, increasing the methanol concentration and reaction temperature promotes methanol electro‐oxidation on ultrafine mesoporous WC.     

失谐周期弹性支撑多跨梁中的波动局部化

分析研究了失谐周期弹性支撑多跨梁中的波动局部化问题,采用传递矩阵方法给出了系统的传递矩阵,采用Wolf提出的计算Lyapunov指数的方法,确定了局部化因子,作为算例,给出了结构中局部化因子的数值结果,分析了跨长的失谐程度、线弹簧和抗弯弹簧的无量纲刚度对弹性波局部化的影响。     

阳极氧化法制备TiO2多孔薄膜

本文综述了制备TiO2薄膜的各种方法,详细介绍了阳极氧化法制备TiO2多孔膜的进展,在非含氟电解液体系中,对纯钛进行阳极氧化处理可制得表面呈无规则生长的多孔膜结构;在含氟电解液体系中,则可自组织形成高度有序的TiO2纳米管阵列,并指出阳极氧化法是可在常温低压下进行、操作工艺简单、薄膜性能稳定、再现性好的一种最具工业化应用潜力的制备方法。
