非晶态镍磷—镍钨磷双层组合镀层的耐蚀性能研究

本文对比研究了镍磷镀层、镍钨磷镀层及非晶态镍磷和镍钨磷双层组合镀层的耐蚀性能，分别进行了各种镀层的浸渍腐蚀实验，镀层的Ｘ射线衍射图象、镀层的扫描电镜图象、以及在工厂实际的腐蚀环境里进行的腐蚀实验。实验结果表明镍磷及镍钨磷双层组合镀层的耐 性优于镍磷镀层、镍钨磷镀层的耐蚀性。     

Intein-mediated biotinylation of proteins and its application in a protein microarray

We report here the first example using an intein-mediated expression system to generate biotinylated proteins suitable for immobilization onto avidin-functionalized glass slides. With this novel array, proteins are site-specifically immobilized on the glass surface and are able to retain their native activity. The advantage of the avidin/biotin linkage over his-tag/Ni-NTA strategies for protein immobilization is highlighted by its ability to withstand a variety of chemical conditions, which makes this new protein array compatible with most biological assays.     

Study on the Chromatographic Behavior of Bases on Dodecylamine-N,N-dimethylenephosphonic Acid-Modified Zirconia Stationary Phase

A new zirconia-based stationary phase (DPZ) was prepared by modifying zirconia with dodecylamine-N,N-dimethylenephosphonic acid (DDPA). DDPA was adsorbed on zirconia with only one phosphonic group, with the other being free. Besides the hydrophobic interaction provided by nonpolar dodecyl, DPZ also has dipolar interaction, ion-exchange or electrostatic repellent interaction provided by the free phosphonic group and amino group at different conditions. Separation of bases on this stationary phase was achieved with satisfaction owing to the various retention mechanisms. The influence of methanol content, pH value, ion types, and ionic strength of mobile phase are studied in detail. Translated from Chinese Journal of Chromatography, 2005, 23(1) (in Chinese)     

Three New Anthraquinones from Polygonum cillinerve

Three new anthraquinones, emodin-8-β-D-（2＂-O-coumarate）glucoside 1, emodin-8-β-D-（6＇-O-acetyl）glucoside 2 and physicon-8-β-D-（6＇-O-acetyl）glucoside 3, were isolated from the roots of Polygonum cillinerve and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods. The biological activity indicated that compound 1 had the scavenging activity on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl （DPPH） radicals （the IC50 = 8.5 μmol/L）, and compound 1-3 showed no activities against HL-60 and BCJC-823 cells by MTT method in vitro.     

Identification of the function of gene lndM2 encoding a bifunctional oxygenase-reductase involved in the biosynthesis of the antitumor antibiotic landomycin E by Streptomyces globisporus 1912 supports the originally assigned structure for landomycinone

The angucycline antibiotic family of the landomycins displays potent antitumor activity. To elucidate early post polyketide synthase (PKS) tailoring steps of the landomycin E biosynthetic pathway in Streptomyces globisporus 1912, the mutant S. globisporus M12 was prepared through gene replacement experiment of lndM2. It encodes an enzyme with putative oxygenase and reductase domains, according to sequencing of the gene and its counterpart lanM2 from S. cyanogenus S136 landomycin A biosynthetic gene cluster. The isolation of the novel shunt products 11-hydroxytetrangomycin and 4-hydroxytetrangomycin along with the well-known angucyclines tetrangomycin and tetrangulol from the culture of S. globisporus M12 provides evidence for the involvement of lndM2 in the early biosynthetic pathway of the landomycins, in particular in the formation of the alicyclic 6-hydroxy function of the landomycin aglycon. We therefore propose LndM2 to be responsible for both hydroxylation of the 6-position and its subsequent reduction. These reactions are necessary before the glycosylation reactions can occur. The results are in agreement with the originally published structure of landomycin but do not support the recently suggested revised structure.     

The triplet channel in the photodissociation of ozone in the Hartley band: classical trajectory surface hopping analysis

The triplet channel in the photodissociation of ozone in the Hartley band, O3 + hv-->O(3P) + O2(3sigma), is investigated by means of a classical trajectory surface hopping method using ab initio diabatic potential energy surfaces for the B and the R states. Because of the strong recoil in the R state along the breaking O-O bond, O2(3sigma) is produced with a high rotational energy. The nonadiabatic transition probability depends markedly on the coordinate along the crossing seam. As a consequence a unique correlation is found between the internuclear geometry at the crossing and the final vibrational state of O2(3sigma). The calculated distribution of the translational energy is in good accord with the measured distribution.

Molecular Beam Mass Spectrometry System for Characterization of Thermal Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition

A molecular beam mass spectrometry system for in situ measurement of the concentration of gas phase species including radicals impinging on a substrate during thermal plasma chemical vapor deposition (TPCVD) has been designed and constructed. Dynamically controlled substrate temperature was achieved using a variable thermal contact resistance method via a backside flow of an argon/helium mixture. A high quality molecular beam with beamtobackground signal greater than 20 was obtained under film growth conditions by sampling through a small nozzle (75 m) in the center of the substrate. Mass discrimination effects were accounted for in order to quantify the species measurements. We demonstrate that this system has a minimum detection limit of under 100 ppb. Quantitative measurements of hydrocarbon species (H, H₂, C, CH₃, CH₄, C₂H₂, C₂H₄) using Ar/H₂/CH₄ mixtures and silicon species (Si, SiH, SiH₂, SiCl, SiCl₂, Cl, HCl) using Ar/H₂/SiCl₄ mixtures were obtained under thermal plasma chemical vapor deposition conditions.     

Indium (III) Tribromide : An Excellent Catalyst for Biginelli Reaction

A highly efficient catalyst indium (III) tribromide is used to synthesize 5-alkoxy- carbonyl-4-hydrocarbyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones by a three-component coupling of β-keto ester, aldehydes and urea through improved Biginelli reaction.     

星形支化聚苯乙烯模型化合物的合成及表征

本文用阴离子聚合方法,首先合成了线形‘活’的聚苯乙烯大分子阴离子,然后用二乙烯基苯为偶联成核剂,制备了十三个4-80臂较窄分子量分布的等臂长规则星形支化聚苯乙烯的模型化合物,并用GPC—粘度计联用装置对之进行了表征。
