Crosslinking behaviors of acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR)/poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) alloy, filled with anhydrous copper sulfate (CuSO4) particles, were investigated for the first time by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) under hetero and isothermal modes, respectively. In the heterothermal testing, (NBR/PVC)/CuSO4 compound showed two marked increases in the storage modulus (E′), corresponding to coordination crosslinking of NBR-CuSO4 and self-crosslinking of NBR and PVC respectively. During the isothermal testing, a dramatic increase in E′ was found at the initial stage while that of original NBR/PVC alloy was not detected. The marked increase in E′ of (NBR/PVC)/CuSO4 compound was mainly due to the crosslinking induced by coordination between  CN and Cu2+. The increasing extent of E′ increased with the rise of CuSO4 content, suggesting the formation of a greater number of crosslinks. Moreover, the activation energy (Ea) of crosslinking process was about 139 kJ/mol. In this work, fourier transform infrared spectrum (FT-IR) and equilibrium swelling method were also performed for the characterization of the compound. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 采用单级A/O程序复合膜生物反应器(HSMBR)处理高氨氮废水,研究了在低DO浓度下系统对有机物、氨氮和总氮的去除效率.研究结果表明:在低DO浓度下,COD,氨氮的平均去除率分别为94.4%和92.8%.由于进水COD/TN比仅为2.01,则使得总氮平均去除率仅为69.4%,但是当系统亚硝化累积率从60.5%~67.1%提高到83.5%~86.4%时,系统总氮去除率提高了17.7%.另外,DO在0.5~1.0 mg·L-1时,TN去除率为69.4%,亚硝酸盐氮累积率在60.5%~89.5%之间,可见维持低DO浓度可以实现亚硝酸型同时硝化反硝化.  相似文献

Complex formation between aluminium and quercetin(Q) in methanol was investigated by means of 27^Al solid-state, 13^C and 1^H NMR and MS(ESI), UV and IR spectra. Formation of the 1:2 complex was favored in methanol relative to all other solvent and the predominant species observed of Al(Ⅲ) has a 1:2 stoichiometry. The fine structure of 1:2 aluminum complex of quercetin was that the aluminum central atom chelated with two quereetin molecules and two methoxyl groups between two five membered rings, its coordination is six, the chelated site was 3-hydroxy-4-carbonyl.  相似文献

从蛙虹彩病毒(Rana gryliovirus,RGV)基因组中克隆了含凋亡相关结构域的新基因-cop(Caspaserecruit ment domain only protein,COP)基因的全部编码区,成功构建了重组表达载体,进行了原核表达,并在鲤鱼上皮瘤细胞(Epithelioma papulosumcyprini,EPC)中进行了亚细胞定位.序列分析表明,RGVcop基因全长288 bp,编码一个长为95 aa,分子量为10.4×103的推定蛋白.二级结构预测表明其含有5个α螺旋.同源性比对分析显示,RGVcop与其他6株虹彩病毒及人类cop相关蛋白同源性最高为94%,最低为33%.重组原核表达质粒pET28a-COP转化大肠杆菌BL21后,经IPTG诱导表达,获得一条约14×103的融合蛋白.重组真核表达质粒pEGFPN3-COP转染EPC细胞,经DAPI染色后,在荧光显微镜下观察显示重组蛋白在整个细胞中均有分布.  相似文献

We investigate the topological characteristics of complex networks as exemplified by the urban public traffic network (UPTN) in Chinese top-ten biggest cities. It is found that the UPTNs have small world behaviour, by the examination of their topological parameters. The quantitative analysis of the transport efficiency of the UPTNs reveals their higher local efficiency El and lower global efficiency Eg, which coincide well with the status quo of those Chinese cities still at their developing stage. Furthermore, the topological properties of efficiency in the UPTNs are also examined, and the findings indicate that, on the one hand, the UPTNs show robustness to random attacks and frangibility to malicious attacks on a global scale; on the other hand, the interrelation between UPTN efficiency and network motifs deserves our attention. The motifs which interrelate the UPTN efficiency are always triangular-formed patterns, e.g. motifs ID 238, ID 174 and ID 102, etc.  相似文献

The transition from a fiat solid-liquid interface to a skeletal shape during BaB2O4 (BBO) single crystal growth in Li2B4O7 flux is observed in real time by an optical high-temperature in-situ observation system. The movement of crystal step is also investigated. The observation results demonstrate that the steps propagate along and parallel to the fiat interface when the crystal size is small. Nevertheless, they will ‘bend' close to the face centre if the crystal size becomes greater. Atomic force microscopy reveals that more deposition places near the face centre give rise to the bending of advancing steps and thus the formation of a vicinal interface structure. Measurements of step velocity show that the velocity keeps nearly constant at different moments for one specific step, whereas the step on a newly formed layer advanced faster than that on a previously formed one when the crystal size is larger than 210μm or so. Thus interracial morphological instability occurs and a skeletal interface is obtained.  相似文献
