H2SO4处理的Nb2O5/γ -Al2O3催化剂表面酸性与催化性能研究

用Hammett指示剂法、红外光谱（IR）、示差扫描量热-热重法（DSC-TG）和微型催化反应装置等研究了H₂SO₄处理的负载型Nb₂O₅/γ-Al₂O₃催化剂表面酸性和催化异丁烯（IB）与异丁醛（IBA）反应生成2，5-二甲基-2，4-己二烯（DMHD）的催化性能。结果表明随所用H₂SO₄浓度增加，Nb₂O₅/γ-Al₂O₃催化剂表面酸性增强，B酸量增加，L酸量先增加后下降。经H₂SO₄处理的Nb₂O₅/γ-Al₂O₃催化剂的催化活性明显增加，但当H₂SO₄浓度超过0.05 mol·L^-1时催化活性又急剧下降，这可能是因为在H₂SO₄处理的催化剂表面形成的强酸中心上，产物分子进一步转化为积炭且封闭催化剂活性表面，导致催化活性下降。

Order from Chaos: Self‐Assembly of Nanoprism from a Mixture of Tetratopic Terpyridine‐Porphyrin Conformers

Porphyrins have been widely used in the self‐assembly of metallo‐supramolecules. In this study, we introduced 2,2':6,2"‐terpyridine (tpy) into a porphyrin core to synthesize a tetratopic building block with multiple conformers. During the self‐assembly with Zn(II), such a mixture of conformers was able to form a discrete nanoprism with all building blocks in one conformation. Detailed characterizations, including NMR, ESI‐MS and traveling‐wave ion mobility‐mass spectrometry (TWIM‐MS), all supported the formation of the desired assemblies. AFM and TEM further confirmed the dimensions of assembled nanoprisms. Moreover, the photophysical properties of the ligands and complexes were noticeably different depending upon size and metal ion center.

据不同地貌、地质条件在30个县市按剖面、同步、随机取土壤样品372份．测定硒等微量元素含量．作等级相关分析显示。土壤硒含量与消化系统癌呈负相关关系．作相对危险度、剂量-效应及多因素分析,认为此负相关关系并非偶然现象．     

Chemical Constituents from Cynoglossum gansuense

Two new alkaloids, i.e., (2,3‐dihydro‐1‐oxo‐1H‐pyrrolo[1,2‐a]pyrrol‐7‐yl)methyl (2S*,3S*)‐3‐[(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl)oxy]‐2‐hydroxy‐2‐(1‐methylethyl)butanoate ( 1 ) and 1,2‐dihydro‐8‐methoxy‐2‐oxoquinoline‐4‐carboxylic acid ( 2 ), were isolated from the alcoholic extract of the whole plant of Cynoglossum gansuense, together with twelve known compounds Their structures were characterized by means of spectroscopic methods, especially by ¹H‐, ¹³C‐, and 2D‐NMR, as well as by HR‐MS experiments and comparison with literature data.     

ADSORPTION OF 4-METHYLANILINE IN AQUEOUS SOLUTION BY BENZOYL-CONTAINING POLYMERIC ADSORBENTS

New polymeric adsorbents (ZH-02, ZH-03) containing benzoyl group for adsorbing and removing 4-methylaniline from its aqueous solutions were prepared. Studies on the isotherms and the comparison of desorption conditions evidenced through the adsorption of 4-methylaniline in water onto ZH-02 and ZH-03, namely that there are chemisorption‘s transitions at a proper higher temperature. Mini-colunm adsorption studies of 4-methylaniline on XAD-4, ZH-02 and ZH-03 at 288 K show that the breakthrough capacities are 2.39, 2.99 and 3.19 mmol/g and the total capacities are 3.45, 3.92 and 4.35 mmol/g, respectively.     

Light-emitting diode-induced fluorescence detection of native proteins in capillary electrophoresis

A continuous-wave 280 nm light-emitting diode (LED) was used as the excitation source for native fluorescence detection of proteins in CE. The operating current and temperature of the LED were optimized in order to achieve high luminescence power. It was found that a forward current of 30 mA and a temperature of approximately 5 degrees C gave the best S/N. By using a set of two ball lenses to focus light from the LED, we achieved a spot of approximately 200 mum with a power of 0.1-0.2 mW on the detection window. Fluorescence was collected with a ball lens at 90 degrees angle through a bandpass filter onto a photomultiplier tube. In CZE an LOD of 20 nM for conalbumin was reached. In capillary gel electrophoresis all eight proteins from a commercial standard kit were detected with high S/N. For a 10 microg/mL total protein mixture, S/N was better than 3 for all proteins in solution. Further improvement in LOD should be possible on utilization of an LED with higher luminescence power.
