A device for creating a cold nonequilibrium electron-beam plasma in a supersonic gas flow has been developed. A method proposed for generating this plasma is described. It has been established that methane is activated by direct electron impact in electron-beam plasma under specified conditions. It has been shown that applying an external electromagnetic field leads to a significant increase in the methane decomposition factor due to the involvement of secondary, low-energy beam electrons accelerated in the electromagnetic field. 相似文献

The kinetics of curing epoxyurethane oligomer PEF-3A by curing agents of different chemical nature has been studied by differential scanning calorimetry. The reactivity of PEF-3A has been found to be higher than that of epoxide resins owing to the polar urethane groups in its molecule. The strength of the adhesive joint has been shown to increase after modification of PEF-3A-based compositions by orthophosphoric acid. 相似文献

A Brillouin scattering study of the behavior of hypersonic longitudinal acoustic phonons in crystalline pentacesium trihydrogen tetrasulfate Cs5H3(SO4)4 · xH2O (PCHS) and its deuterated analog Cs5D3(SO4)4 · xD2O (DPCHS) at temperatures ranging from 420 to 120 K is reported. The effect of deuteration on the crystal lattice dynamics is investigated. The differences in the behavior of hypersonic acoustic phonons in the PCHS and DPCHS crystals suggest the existence of a hydrogen isotope effect in both the high-and low-temperature phases. A possible model of the isotopic effect in the high-temperature phase is discussed. An analysis is made of the acoustic response of the PCHS and DPCHS crystals in the region of the transition to the glasslike phase. 相似文献

A new technology of manufacturing γ-polyoxymethylene (γ-POM) by the polymerization 1,3,5-trioxane in the presence of a boron trifluoride etherate aprotic catalytic agent and a methylal telogen in the medium of the non-ozone-depleting solvent toluene, with an yield exceeding the yield of γ-POM manufactured by the existing industrial technology by 30% is developed. Regression equations for the yield and weight-average particle size of γ-POM synthesized in the toluene medium were derived by means of the optimal experimental design technique. The equations were used to optimize parameters of the synthesis and obtain γ-POM with the weight-average particle size of 15 μm and the highest possible yield. 相似文献

It is shown that the combined effect of the nonanalyticity of the channel for the motion of charge carriers and the Rashba spin?orbit coupling induces resonant anomalies in the transport characteristics of nanosystems related to the size quantization. When the characteristic length determined by the ratio of the hopping integral and the spin?orbit coupling constant coincides with the distance between the points of nonanalyticity, the size effect arises in the channel. It manifests itself in the complete reflection from the device, which can be treated as the Fano antiresonance. The current?voltage characteristics of the nanosystem with the nonanalytical channel undergo significant changes at slight variations of the spin?orbit coupling constant near its critical value. 相似文献

The effect of plasma polarization around a negatively charged dust particle is investigated with the help of Monte Carlo simulation of ion trajectories in the electric field of the dust particle and an external electric field. The induced dipole moment of such a system was estimated in a wide range of dust particle and plasma parameters. It is shown that the dipole moment is very large, and has a non‐monotonous dependence on the external electric field.
